Sorry if your male sentiment is hurt dear but what CV is showing in the show, as Biju said is hurting both male and female sentiments, this is a way to let out the frustration.. CV and many news portals follow this forum regularly. Hope this topic hurts their male sentiments at least (not yours), may be then they would get what we are objecting against .

As Dev is only planning for Sona to undergo the infertility treatment without her consent, hasn't been shown what treatments that would be. Similarly, it's just an imaginary thought of Bijoy asking something like to be done to Dev or Sona wishing the same, nothing more than that. Actually it is much less than what Dev has actually started to do, planning and signing legal papers (which is a criminal act) on behalf of Sona for medical procedures.

The show is already hurting and degrading female sentiments. People are ok with this. but are more concerned about how an Hypothetical scenario is hurting male sentiments. The TM is only drawing parallels by presenting a hypothesis.

We all are frustrated about the way Cv's/writers/makers are dumping down Dev & Sona's characters time and again for justifying Ishwari's wrong doings or each others wrong doings. If a character behaves insensitive & mindless or if we feel the track is illogical then who is responsible for those mistakes, Characters or our beloved CV's????

Even Sona is wrong no one is defending her let me make this clear I am definitely not. She is behaving very regressive. But one cannot compare Sona wanting child for whatever reason to Dev hiding the truth from her and the family plus influencing the doctor to act without Sona's knowledge. Every person has a right to live with dignity and his or her right cannot be messed with even by ones spouse. It is an individual right. Dev is messing with Sona's dignity. Dev's intention is wrong.

Let me tell you why some people need the high way..

- Sona pretty clearly told Dev that she has full right to know things about her body and baby and he has no right to hide some information from her.. Did Dev listen to what she said ?
- Earlier in many cases, like calling Asha maa case or folding hanky case, Sona told Dev directly where and why he is wrong, did Dev listen to it ? He listened to what Sona said only when he was made to go through the similar situation..


You see for different kids parents take different approach.. After getting complaints from teachers or parents of other kids if the kid still doesnt behave good and listen to his/her parent, then parent has to take the high way for punishments like locking up in a room, beating etc.. Not justifiable, but for some kids only those seem to work..
