Although I must admit before I say anything else that I read your parts and have been a constant follower of your FF, so much so that have re-read it couple of times as it has been simply a delight to read it and form a picture which is utterly beautiful..Your moments have been magical and so far am just loving whatever is being served..

Sorry for being this late in replying you but just couldn't find the right time to write back to you...

Well, I guess it's time that you show their reception and merge some small romantic moments with a dance as well full of passion .

Well although, Shiv staying home would have been so so romantic but I guess it will be nice to have him going to office as otherwise it would bring about a monotony in the story..Let's see how his life turns when he moves in there and also Gauri missing his presence..

As far as the charcacter, I guess both are going fine with Shiv being a lil extrovert and GAuri being a lil introvert though she's starting to feel comfortable around regarding the short dress convo you had with Jags(sry for poking in ), I guess on that part, I would be quite eager to see your imaginative style in this respect of how to bring about a situation in which Gauri remains shy yet Graceful in carrying the dress off ....Maybe a High-class business party with a dress code may help or anything else which you feel is good....

Her uneasiness to wear the dress, her hitches, but for Shiv she wears it and the Shivs' reaction and how he makes her feel comfortable..She forgets it all and just hands over herself to him.. He leads the way and she follows ever so gracefully...

Would be eagerly waiting for your next update..I hope that's on our way..Please don't delay further and try to update soon..

and then shiv walked with vivan.... to the door and pushed him out.... "bhaya... mera kaan toh chod dijiye....." and shiv left the ear....

and justured vivan with his hand to go.... and vivan gave a wink and head movement.... "Jaldi ana bhaya...." and smiled broadly....making Shiv come forward to hit him with his hand..... but vivan ran from there..... Shiv moved his head left and right thinking..... "Is ka kuch nahi ho saktha....." Shiv walked back in from the door closing the door..... and turned to see..... Gauri....Who had just finished sorting the gifts and was standing up..... She was looking adorable in her simple green saree.... the way she put her right forefinger tip caught between teeth and with the other hand on her waist… thinking… brought a smile …. he shook his head thinking.... he should just go from here before he gets carried away again.....As he started walking he saw gauri come out of her pose and look at him... and the moment their eyes met…. he smiled….and gauri smiled…. Then he walked towards the bed where he threw his clothes previously...and took his clothes…and turned to get ready…. while going towards the bathroom he turned towards gauri.... to catch her still looking at him.... but as soon as their eyes met... gauri averted her gaze....and lowered her eyes..... Shiv smiled at her shyness..... and said.... "Gauri..." Gauri looked at him.... but seeing the smirk on his face.... she felt uncomfortable as being caught.... and rolled her eyes... adjusting her hair behind her ear to get control.... and lowered her eyes again..... and said.... " Ji..." and then Shiv took a little *sigh* ..... "Woh maa bularahi hain.... Dadi, chachi, bua wait kar rahe hain....toh tum jao mein tayar hoke baadmein ata hu...." Gauri nodded her head with lowered eyes... and as shiv turned she looked at his back..... admiring his physique.... but shiv just turned again at the door..... and caught her in a eye contact... and raised his eyebrows...as if saying... "what are you looking at..." and Gauri instantly lowered her eyes.... and blushed... making her cheeks crimson..... she turned instantly otherway...... to not show her blushed face....... Shiv smiled... at her antiques and kept thinking.... "She is his blushing bride..." and closed the door to get ready......

As the door closed.... gauri took a deep breath.... and then shyed to herself..... for getting caught admiring her husband..... to control her shyness she was twisting her hands hard..... and blushing...... and then her eyes fell on the gifts and realised what shiv said.... and then she walked out of the room..... adjusting her saree once again and checking herself in the mirror..... as she was nervous of her official meeting with the family...... she walked slowly in the corridor and down the steps.....

All the family were seated in the living room sofa's...... she didnot lift her eyes...until she reached the last step..... she was feeling nervous...as she felt all eyes on her...... Nikhila walked to her.... smiled at her....saying.... "yaha aajao beta..." and walked to her and took hold of her hand ...... and walked gauri along with her....seing nikhila....gauri gave small smile..... but was still walking timidly.... with nervousness...

"Gauri yeh Shiv ki dadi..." "ashirwad lelo beta..." and Gauri bent to take ashirwad..... but dadi got up giving her ashirwad and said... "sada suhagan raho... kush raho beta..." and took hold of gauri cheeks in her hand..... and said..."Kitni pyari hai bahu..." to nikhila....
Nikhila smiled.... Gauri smiled nervously...... feeling very conscious of them looking at her..... Nikhila said..... "beta sab ki ashirwad lelo..." to gauri....and gauri nodded and was turning to take ashirwad..... but dadi said.... "Shiv ko bhi anede....dono ko eksaat lena chahiye..." and smiled and nikhila smiled..... and said...to gauri.... "Aaao beta hamare saat beyito..." and dadi made gauri sit beside her.... gauri nodded and sat beside them

Others were smiling seeing the nervous new bride..... and trying to make her comfortable.... and then shiv walked down the stairs wearing a casual checks half hands shirt with blue jeans.... getting down the steps faster..... smiling at everyone on his way down....

He walked towards everyone.... and he first looked at Gauri.....she was sitting there with

Lowered eyes… Shiv cleared his throat… "ahem" and then gauri lift her eyes to look at him… a small smile formed on her lips looking at shiv…. in all her nervousness… She was trying her best to look normal but Shiv saw her hands which were twisting in each other..... he gave a knowing smile... and then met her eyes…. And as she looked at him… he winked at her…. and gauri for a moment flapped her eyelids and then shuffling in her seat she was trying to see if anyone saw that…. From the corner of her eyes….which were lowered… But shiv just gave a smile and then looked at dadi..... and tried to take her ashirwad.... but dadi said.... "Abse tum dono eksaat ashirwad loge..." to this gauri got up and stood beside shiv...and dadi called dadaji ... "Aap yaha ayiye...." and they gave ashirwad as shiv and gauri.. bent to take ashirwad of dadi-dadaji .... after taking the ashirwad.... Shiv said.... "Kaise ho darling...." smiling at dadi....and winked at dadaji.... and dadaji patted Shivs shoulder knowingly.... smiling....

and dadi hit him on his hand near his shoulder and said.... "Chup kar.... tere darling toh agayi hai...ab toh yeh bolna chod de mujhe…." and Shiv instantly put his hand around gauri which made already nervous gauri a little more uncomfortable in front of everyone… But Shiv's hand on her shoulder patted her shoulder as if saying… "I am there…. Everything is ok…" and then gauri took a little sigh….and Shiv just pulled her towards his shoulder…. and said.... "yeh toh meri sweet heart hai.... lekin darling mein apko hi bulaunga.... akhir aap toh meri sabse sundar darling hona..." Shiv kept saying this...and Gauri who was standing there with lowered eyes started blushing at shiv being so forward at putting his hand around her infront of the family and saying her as his sweet heart.... seeing her blush dadi said.... "dekho.... tumne kya kiya..." "kuch bhi bolta rehta hai...." "sharmagayi… dekho…" and Shiv gave a big smile ….and everyone smiled along with shiv….. at how gauri is so shy…… then nikhila said…. Them to take all the others ashirwad too…. "Jao ab sab ki ashirwad lelo..." and Nikhla introduced each one to gauri and everyone in pairs gave their ashirwad….. all the while Shiv was holding gauri by the shoulder and leading her…. after taking everyones ashirwad…. There in line next and last was….. vivaan… with his hand lifted up to give them ashirwad and waiting for them to take his ashirwad….and telling shiv to take ashirwad from him… and Shiv made a face like "what.." and Vivaan said… with a goofy smile plastered….on his face…. "Ashirwaad…" and Shiv made a justure to hit him… and Vivaan ran behind the sofa…. For protection…. and Shiv leaving gauri now….that all the ashirwad was done…

He turned to where shyla was sitting and said…. "Chachi… yeh bahut badmaash hogaya hai…." And Vivaan said…. "Bhaya aap chahe kitni bhi complaint karle…lekin mein yeh moka gavane wala nahi hu…." …. And Shiv said…. Going behind him….. walking nearer to vivaan and vivaan walking away from shiv…. and shiv saying…. "Tu mere paas toh aa… mein dikhata hu… ki mein kya kya karsakta hu…" but seeing gauri all surprised at their silly fights….. Nikhila said…. "ab bas bhi karo shiv… vivaan tu bhi bait jaa…." And called ramu kaka to arrange for some snacks…. And coffee for everyone….

And Nikhila asked gauri to sit with her near dadi….. and Shiv went and sat with dadaji….Dadi and shyla praised gauri and maya just rolled eyes thinking.... "This girl doesnot have anything special... I don't know what shiv saw in her.... I had brought
so many rishta's much more modern than her… and he rejected.... She looks like she doesn't even wear western clothes...... but whatever its his choice…"

Dadi said... "Hum toh muh dikhayi tak bhi intezar nahi karpaye beti.... Tume dekhne keliye... kabse intezar kar rahe hain..." Gauri gave smile....
and dadi continued.... "yeh nalayak ko rasmon ke baare mein kuch bhi pata nahi hai...." pointing at Shiv.... shiv kept a face like what did I do? and then dadi turned to look at Nikhila and said.. Nikhila abhi toh saare rasme baki hain.... mein kal pandit ji se milne gayi thi... ganeshji ki puja ke baremein baat karne keliye.... aur woh bol rahe the...
kalse ek hafta acha din hi hain.... toh mein soch rahi hu....kal gauri ko paff phere keliye bhej dete hain.... phir parson hum shopping wagera kar leinge...
aur guruvaar ko iski muh dikahye rakhenge.... phir uske baad durga maa ki puja karenge...."

Nikhila said... "ji maa jaisa aap thik samjhe.... par maa... aap saare rasam hone tak aap yahi rahi yega.... aur shyla aur maya tum bhi... mere akele se nahi hoga...." and they all tried to interrupt... but said... "maa, mein kuch nahi sunungi...." and everyone agreed.... but shyla said... "babhi mein jake sab ke kapde sabkuch leke kal subha aaja vungi..." but nikhila said... "kal, subha chalijana.... waise shadi ke waqt aap sab yaha pe the naa... woh saare kapde hain.... meinne saare ramu kaka se.... wash karwake.... sab rakh diye hain.... Tume koi chinta karne ki zarurat nahi... baki ham kal jake le aayenge...."

As the ladies started their discussion.... boys started about business.... and slowly walked into library room.... where they sat down to discuss some business issues and other things.... Shiv was engrossed in the discussion and left with mahen, daksh and others....

Here dadi and others were sitting in sofas and discussing about next coming events and how to do what, whom to call... gauri was just trying to understand things..... and when ever needed dadi nikhila were asking for gauris concent..... after a while gauri felt better.... with only the ladies around her... although she didnot talk much..... she just gave small answers to the things asked to her....and kept listening to the conversation......

After a while, Nikhila called ramu kaka and said him to prepare the dinner and check all the rooms and set up as everyone is going to stay....

Now, vivan after sitting with the men for sometime felt bored with the discussions.... he walked out towards the ladies..... and while walking saw that...
the ladies were also engrossed in conversations and his babhi was sitting quitely..... He smiled.....

He started "Dekha... apne phir se shur kardi na...." everyone looked at him... questioningly....

"Aplog yaha... puri fuctions ki tayari kar raheho... aur bhabhi ko bore..." to this gauri who was looking at him felt surprised..... and nodded negatively...saying .."aisi koi baat nahi hain.... sach mein..." and vivan said.... "Aap ka toh pata nahi...babhi ...mein toh insab badon ke beech bore hogaya hu..."

"Jabi time milta hai sab log shuru hojate hain...." he then came forward took gauri's hand ... where gauri was hesitating.... not understanding whats coming next...... vivan said... "aap mere saat chaliye babhi... mein apko apki marriage album aur video dikhata hu..." ... But gauri hesitated... and said... "hum baad mein dekhenge... abhi bahut saare cheezein finalize kar ni hai...." but nikhila said... "beta... saari tayari toh hum mein karni hai.."
but gauri interrupted... "maa... mein bhi tayari yon mein help kardungi..." nikhila smiled and said... "beta... abhi toh shadi hu yi hai...aur yeh tumari shaadi ki rasmein hain....ab toh tum enjoy karo..." and gauri lowered her eyes a little sad...at the comment.... So, nikhila holding vivaan ear...said.."Jab iski shaadi hogina.... ham sab enjoy karenge... aur iski saari zimedari tumiko lena hai...haina shyla..." and shyla nodded in affirmation
.... and vivaan shouted.... "aouch..... aouch..... mera kaan.... mera kaan chodiye...." and when nikhila removed her hand.... he went behind gauri's chair and said.... "aaj mere kaan ki chuti... pehle... shiv bhaya aur ab badi maa... har kisi ko mere hi kaan milthe hain... marodne keliye..." and huffed....in irritation.... and everyone giggled at his irritation....
then he said... "babhi... ab jaldi chaliye.... varna koi aur mera kaan pakad lenge... dekhiye kitna lala hogaya hu....jaldi chaliye..." and he took gauri with him and gauri looked at nikhila for conformation and nikhila nodded as to go a head.... and smiled.... gauri smiled and walked with vivan... Dadi saw how gauri was asking conformation from Nikhila felt happy….. like being satisfied….

then after few steps.... Vivaan turned and said.... "badi maa... album kaha hai..... aur video bhi...." and nikhila answered.... "Shiv ke room mein.... jo..study table hain na... uske paas bookshelf ke drawers mein hain...." and vivaan said ok and they climbed up the stairs....

while going to the room... vivaan said.... "apko pata hain babhi... shiv bhaya aur mein bahut masti karthe the...aur palak bhi..." and gauri looked surprised at the mention of palak.... and vivaan said... "palak... ab... US mein hai.... apni graduation kar rahi hain..." and then vivaan continued.... "hum itna masti karthe the.... lekin jab se shiv bhaya ne office join kardi hain... har din woh kaam hi kaam kar the hain..." and gauri looked surprised as she had only seen him work for few hours that too when she was a sleep.... she knew he was working as when she would be out of her sleep or she would listen
to him screaming on the phone.... when she would get ready and come out.... but there would a completely different person when she actually was near him.... He would not even speak of any other thing except them..... and vivaan continued... "aur palak bhi US chali gayi... mein akela bacha hu..." and gauri smiled..... "App please in sab mein maat padiye babhi…. Phir se mein akela pad javunga…" "Hum sab ki friends ki gang bhi thi… us din aap yahan thi naa…. Humara pura gang ka match tha….. lekin last minute mein Shiv ne hand de diya….." "Agli baar mein sab friends ko le aavunga…. Aapse milane…" Vivaan kept talking and Gauri kept smiling and nodding her head and some few words…. She felt surprised how vivaan was so comfortable with her…. he had no hesitation…. He even called on their honeymoon from home to tell them what he wants from Singapore…..

Vivaan searched for the album and they took out 2 big albums and and a set of DVD's and then they sat themselves down....on the bed…. Comfortably…. And then Viavan started to show all the pictures….. and Gauri had been curious to see their wedding album and video too….. Vivaan told her about all the family members…. All other relatives….. and kids and other friends….. and they watched the video…..

Downstairs….. Nikhila and others planned all the other things…..

After may be 1hr…. Nikhila saw the time and it was getting to dinner time…. So, they all went to prepare the table for dinner…..

Here, in the library room…. Shiv, Mahen and Daksh were discussing about new avenues… that they could go into for business…. And issues related to it…..

Finally when food was ready….. Nikhila went to call gauri….. and she was standing at the door….. and… looking at how…. Vivaan and Gauri were sitting and seeing the video…and in between vivaan was saying names of relatives and others…. And asking about her relatives…. And gauri was saying their relatives….. She smiled…..

And then walked in….. "Beta tum dono bhi niche ajao… dinner ka time hai…baad mein ake phir se dekh lena…." To this gauri got up and said…. "Maa aap mujhe bulaya hota mein bhi madat kardeti…" to this nikhila smiled and said…. "Abhi nahi beta…. Abhi toh tumari pehli rasoi ka rasam baki hai….. kuch din ke baad hai…. Phir uske baad tum jitna help chahe utna karsakti ho…" and smiled to this gauri smiled too…. but felt a little uncomfortable as she wanted to get involved….. but Nikhila assured her that its ok….

And said…. "vivaan ne tume zada parishan toh nahi kiya na…." to this gauri said… "nahi maa…. Vivaan bahut acha hai…. Mujhe toda bhi bore nahi laga…. Balki…. Ab mein saare rishte daron ko pehchanti ti bhi hu…" and Vivaan got up and said…. "Thankgod babhi…. Ap pehli insaan hai…. Jinko… mere bolnese shikayat nahi…." And

Nikhila hit him on his head….. and Vivaan ducked behind gauri…. To not get hit…..

And Nikhila smiled and…. Said…. "chelo beta….. kahana khate hain… isko aur 2 gante milena tabhi iske paas bolne keliye kuch na kuch hoga…." and smiled and told them to come downstairs…..

Then nikhila went to call mahen and shiv and others…. And said…. "Papa apko toh rokna chahiye na in sab ko…. Abhi abhi toh aya hai shiv… aur yeh sab business ki baatein shuru kardi… use aaj toh chod dete….." in a complaining way…. A little irritated…. And angry….. and everyone came to nikhila and said…. "Maa, Babhi… Nikhila…." And Shiv came forward taking hold of nikhila's shoulder said… "Maa… I know apko meri chinta hai… lekin…. I am Ok….aur 10 din se office mein nahi hu…toh bahut sare chizon ko dekhna hai…. Kal keliye prepare toh rehna padegana…. Apko toh pata hain na…." and tried to continue…. But nikhila lift her hand and said… "haan pata hai…. Ki tum shiv kapoor ho…. Jisko apna kaam time pe ready rakhne ki aadat hai…" and shiv sighed….

But Nikhila said…. "Beta…. Lekin…. Abhi abhi tumari shadi huyi hai….Gauri ke saat acha time bitao…. Phir yeh waqt nahi ayega… zindagi toh hain naa…. Pura business karne keliye…. Aur phir daksh chacha aur papa bhi toh hain…. Toh de din who samalenge…. Pure 2 gante se upar ho chukka hain…. Agar vivaan nahi hota toh voh bahut akeli padjati…." And Nikhila sighed and then said… "Mahen tume toh samajna chahiye…." And everyone new nikhila was right….. and said…. "Ok babhi, Ok Nikhila, Tum tik kehrahi ho bahu…" and then mahen said…. "Acha mein saari business ki zimedari hum samalenge… shiv tum kuch dino keliye chuti lelo…" but shiv said… "papa meri shadi huyi hai… iska matlab mein business ko apke upar chod du… aur aap kitna kam karenge…. Mein manta hu ki… maa sahi keh rahi hain…. Mein tohda kam kam karunga kuch dino keliye…lekin chuti nahi…" he said it in a final tone… as to saying…. No more arguments on this….. and everyone sighed…. Knowing SHiv….. then to lighten the mood….. Shiv said…. "Maa, bahut bhook lagi hai….." with a puppy face and nikhila laughed and everyone laughed…. And nikhila said…. "tu naa sab baat manvana janta hai…." And patted his cheek lightly… and Shiv gave nikhila a hug….. smiling broadly….

And all of them walked out of the room…. Smiling….. All of them had dinner together…. And Shiv sat with Gauri….. and everyone pampered gauri saying her to eat this and that and saying that she eats very less…. And in between vivaan said…. "Bhaya… lagta hai… babhi apke haat se hi khayengi…." To this gauri who was eating little by little lifted her eyes and nodded negatively feeling embarrassed… but Vivaan insisted on feeding gauri…. and Shiv had taken a bite of roti from his plate with curry and brought it infront of her lips…. While gauri did not even lift her eyes to look at anyone… she was feeling shy and akward as everyone were looking at them….. and Gauri slowly tried to take it from shiv's hand but Vivaan said…. "nahi babhi…. Apna hi lengi…. Bhaya ko hi khilana hoga…" and everyone…. Smiled…. And giggled …. And said shiv to feed gauri…. and Shiv moved his hand a little further towards her lips saying her to take the bite….. and as Shiv moved his hand forward…. Gauri slowly took the bite from his fingers…. Rubbing her lips on shiv's finger tips….. Sending a slight shiver down shiv's hand….. gauri quickly then moved back ….. and everyone clapped and started praising the couple ….. Shiv smiled…. And vivaan said…. "mein aaj palak ko bahut miss kar raha hu…. Agar who hoti toh aur mazaa aata…" and to this nikhila said…. Maya … "Kuch dino keliye…. Use ana chahiye tha…. Acha lagta use bhi…" and maya said…. "nahi babhi usse exams hain varna usse kaun rokh saktha tha…. Aur who ane ko bhi tayar thi… usne shiv ko phone kiya tha…aur isne kaha ki…. Exams priority hain…." And everyone looked at shiv…. accusingly …. And shiv said…. "Mein ne thik hi toh kaha tha…. Exams priority hain…."…..

Just then phone rang…. And nikhila who was serving along with shyla….. heard the phone and went to pick it up….. nikhila said "hello" and on the other end…. "Hello badi Mom.." came the voice…with excitement…. And Nikhila said…. "Palak…" and said… "100 baras tumare…. Abhi tumare baremein hi baat kar rahe the…" and everyone listening to this smiled….. and Nikhila walked to the table with the phone while palak talked on the other end…. "Aaj mere bare mein nahi…. Shiv bhaya aur Gauri bhabhi ke barein mein hai…. Mujhe maa ne bataya ki aaj woh honeymoon se wapas aagaye hain…. Mujhe unhein wish karna hai…." And Nikhila said…. "han han wish karle…" and gave the phone to shiv…. Shiv said…. "Hello palak…" and palak said… "Bhaya… Congratulations!!!!...."

Shiv : "Thankyou…"

Palak : "Aur batayiye…. Honeymoon kaisa raha… in a naughty voice…."

Shiv : cleared his throat…and said…. "Tumare exams ache likhe ki nahi…"

Palak : "Mein hamesha acha likhti hu…. Lekin aap baat badal rahein hain…"

Palak : "Aap… hich kasha rahe hain… matlab achi huyi…."

Shiv : "Palak…" in a stern voice….

Palak : "Details to mein vaha aake zaroor lungi bhabhi se… after all hak hai mera…"

Palak : "Ok ab aap phone babhi ko dijiye…"

Shiv gave the phone to Gauri…saying palak wants to talk to her….

Gauri took the phone and said… "Hello"

Palak : "Hi babhi….. Mein Palak… hum dono ki introduction nahi huyi hai…."

Gauri smiled

Palak : "First thing first Congratulations Babhi…!!!"

Gauri : "Thankyou!!"

Palak : "Awww Babhi… apki voice itni sweet hai… ki mein samaj sakti hu… bhaya ki kya halat hoti hogi… apki baatein su ke…"

Gauri blushed…. Smiling…

Shiv curious to know what Palak said….

And Seeing her blush nikhila took the phone from gauri and said….

Nikhila : "Asa kya keh diya tune…. Teri babhi sharma rahi hai..."

Palak : "Badi mom…. Yeh meri aur babhi ki secret hai…. Apko no permission …"

Nikhila : "Acha baba… lekin yeh bata….. Tu kab aarahi hain….Tumare exams hogaye hain kya…."

Palak : "Haan badi mom…. Khatam ho jayenge…. 4 din ke baad… phir mein flight book karke aajayungi…. I missed Shiv bhaya's wedding…. Mujhe bhi babhi se milna hai…"

Nikhila : "Acha…. Jaldi se exams likhe aaja…. Hum sab bhi tujhe miss kar rahe hain…"

Palak : "Ok Badi Mom… mujhe tayar hona hai…mein phir call karungi…"

Nikhila : "Ok beta… jaldi ana…Bye…"

After that Vivaan made Gauri to feed Shiv…. by holding her hand with food to Shiv's mouth…. As shiv took the food…. His lips touched gauri's finger tips and Gauri's hand shivered a little bringing a small wicked smile on Shiv's face….
