Hey guys...
Firstly I want to say a big thank you to all those who've taken out their time to welcome me with so much warmth and affection on this forum. You guys have all been so kind with all the appreciation and replies on my posts for which I'm truly humbled.
On my last post, about the Day 3 analysis of Manan's"the mind vs the heart concept", many suggested that I get a thread going for this concept as it is a perception that I write a daily analysis on.

So here I welcome you all to the official thread of this ideology and I hope you all continue to like my work. For anyone who hasn't read and would like to read my first three analysis of this perception of mine, I'm attaching the following links.

Please don't hesitate to provide me with feedback (both positive and negative) and critique my work. After all, we're all a big manan family :D

Oh and who's seen the new promo? Drop in your thoughts of what you think may be stored in for us in the coming days.

Stay Smiling <3

DAY 4! - It's fixing time!

So let's just rewind, re-collaborate, recollect and remember what happened in today's episode. I mean from what I can recall... where was the role-play of the mind again? Or was there element of the adamant mind at all? There were hardly any portion in today's epsiode where the mind defeated the heart. A few specs were present yes, but they were almost invisible. From the inarguable orders of Manik to Nyonika, to the peaceful gaze his eyes reflected with which he adored her the minute he saw her standing on the college premises again, every inch of him screamed love. Unconditional love.
Some harshness was necessary for Nandini I feel. As now, it seems the delusional cloud of guilt and confusion has finally swept away after Manik announced his reasons of cancelling her expulsion in a rather raspy tone. The moment we had all been waiting for and in particular myself, finally showcased itself on the screen today and must I say what a scene it was. She's back! Nandini Murthy is back and with what great confidence, belief and faith in her love, in his love, in their love! "But if I can break it, I can fix it too"... oh how I've yearned to hear those words over this span of the whole of last week. The realisation that had been lagging behind for way more than needed. It almost seemed that this Nandini has just been re-born. She still possesses that determined yet calm attitude but her actions speak change. The change that Manik brought in her. The change of believing in their love. The change of loving and living the emotion of love from the heart. As they say... no pain, no gain! But Nandini's not going to back out this time... she has her biggest strength with her to win this round. Her love for Manik.

Now I feel Nyonika's solo performance was quite an important segment of today's episode. For us viewers at least. She seems to have forgotten in her rather over-confident plan of separating Manik and Nandini, that it's not difficult, but rather impossible to separate the two. We all know the insecure and rather possessive side of Manik that awakens when he sees danger, threat or a guy lurking around his beloved. 😆 So while she remains so utterly positive that Nandini's presence will only cause Manik to fall in trouble again, she overlooked the idea that when he'll have the one who is the solution to all his problems, beside him, then there will be absolutely nothing she will be able to do to win another victory over Manan's defeat.

Now to my utmost favourite, the atta scene. Was it beautiful or was it beautiful? The way she drags him into the bathroom to splash his face with water, was merely just a preview of who'll have the upper-hand in this finale round of hate vs love. (It's not really hate i know, but for manik malhotra... love is nandini and hate is also nandini... so either way he's bound to her for eternity). But let's not forget, he gave her a tough fight too. He took it to a whole new level and invited the showering rain to set their hearts on fire. The fire of holding her, claiming her and the fire of never letting go. The way he wanted so badly to just kiss her forehead yet the way he was battling with those emotions that were provoking him to bury every inch of her petite body against himself, was such a heart-missed scene of Manan. It was needless of her to even do anything, and our Manik Malhotra was fsimply floored by the presence of her ebing so close to his body, to his heart, to his soul. And then the mind beeped out a horn and he pushed her back blaming her for his own actions. What a winning scene that was! Made me grin the widest.

And the last, but definitely not the least... the entry of our Cabira! I felt that was like the cherry on the cake for me today. Oh how, just how he manages that perfect timing of his and catches our and his beloved Manan in the most embarrassing of situations. His carefree and house-filling laughter was the icing and his unbelievably astonishing question to Manik was the garnishing on the cake."Tu actually har baar, nandini ke paas aise, kaise pahunch jaata hai"... It's simply because she's the sole reason of his existence! He really is the blessing in Manan's life! He's that angel who's presence is enough to always make Manan realise that there is no one other for the two of them except themselves.

So guys... In this fight of the mind vs the heart, the mind is slowly weakening. It may return tomorrow in a stronger form... but the day isn't too far when it will have to accept defeat. He might have stopped her today to inflict the same pain that's he's enduring because of her... but tomorrow when his pain and her pain will unite, it will eliminate all the origin and traces of that exact pain itself. He might have pushed her away today for breaking his heart, his trust... but tomorrow when she piece by piece, sews together all the fallen pieces using her affection, warmth and tenderness, his heart will feel that essence of skipping a beat once again every time he looks into her eyes. His trust in her, his love, his life will return again and with such depth, that even they won't be able to measure the range and intensity of their own trust for each other. Their love for each other.

Hope you guys liked it! <3

DAY 5 - The Drops of Pain!

"I trust you Manik." Tumhe jo karna hai, woh tum karlo. Par, I'll keep fighting for us. Jab tak tumhe samaj na aye, that what fun it is, being together"
She has definitely understood the importance and need of Manan's togetherness in this life, now it's our Romeo's turn.Today, we saw the official kick-start of Nandini's project "Fix what's been broken". And undoubtedly, some scenes were necessary, others were touching and many were heart-wrenching. But we all should be used to those passion-filled, pain-coated and tear-soaking scenes of Manan. It's why we can't take our eyes off them.
He had claimed that he would make her life as difficult as hell. The most difficult till yet. But she made it seem so absolutely damn easy. He had hoped she would break. But it just continues to make her stronger. Her fearless stare into his stern eyes alongst with her words "I'll drink it", proved that their love for each other will become the pillar of strength in this fight of the mind vs the heart. And then he demanded for a second round! She coughed, but didn't decline. Mistaken was he when he thought that she wouldn't be able to see past that mask of his. He expected her to call him by his preferred name "Monster Manik", but little did he realise that his identity was not that which he or his friends knew him as, She was his identity. She shaped him to be the individual he stood today, Be it his extremist side of both the bad or the good, but only she knew how to bring out both the sides. She was the heartbeat that his heart echoed when he felt her presence around him. She was the first and last thought of the day that his mind dared to think. In fact, she seems to be the only thought. She is that smile which plays on his lips when her touch makes him forget all the worries in this world.

But it would be unfair on my part to say he has forgotten Nandini's importance and her need in his life too. It would be unfair of me if I were to voice that he was joyed at the sight of seeing her in pain and discomfort. If she could drink those drops of pain and let her throat burn for the night that is yet ahead of her, he has promised himself to always protect her and thus he drunk those pearls of affliction himself too. Ironic isn't it... or shall I say true love isn't it that the man who announced so smugly that he will make her go through the same pain that he's going through, has once again proved that she may love him unconditionally, but he loves her in such a selfless and self-sacrificing way that if the need be, he would even sacrifice himself for her but wouldn't stop loving her.

Oh with what such beauty that scene was portrayed. (Kudos to parth and niti). And then came the moment that stole the whole show away. How he had again thought that there would never be any realisation from her side of how much he loved her. He was confident that she'll never find out, but I guess destiny had something else stored for them. It was such a magical scene when she thinks of picking up his glass and sculling the drops of pain that he wanted to hide from his friends, from his love. It was almost as if his stars and her fireflies had come together in the night of that moment and called out that voice straight from the heart that he's again hiding something from her. Just like he's been masking the true reasons of his care-filled actions towards her, his motif today too was the same. But this time he couldn't succeed. She could see clearly through the cloud of illusion that he had tried to form in front of her eyes.

If we actually think about it, Nandini has to fight a fight within a fight from now on. Complicated right? She has to not only fight for Manan's unquestioning love, but she also has to fight Manik's battle in making him realise that there is no room for the mind when true love awaits you at the door of your heart. He made her realise that love is an emotion, an unbreakable bond that can't be untied so easily once sealed. It's not a thought which can be overshadowed by the constant thinking of a second thought. That's the reason that the actual drops of pain wasn't the glasses of vinegar they both had to drink. The painful drops were infact those tears that they drank within, before they even had the chance to run down their cheeks and make their way to the lips. The beads of pain were infact those tears which never left the eyes upon seeing their soul-mate in so much pain. the pearls of pain were infact those tears which if they had started to weep, would've never stopped upon seeing the unselfish love they both feel for each other.

So the mind vs the heart? Who won and who lost today? I would say neither the mind won, nor the heart. Her unwavering faith in him and his forever promise of always protecting her, won. Her willpower of not letting go and his morale of respecting her self-respect won. (Referring to the bedroom fight scene over her tights, when she lands up on the floor and he turns to glance in the other direction because she was feeling uncomfortable due to her bare legs)

She shook his grounds today and he again gave her another reason of why he couldn't let her go. This is just the beginning of their love story, not far is the day when his stars and her fireflies will witness and bless their union of forever togetherness.

So guys hope you liked today's episode just as much as I did! I seriously think I'm suffering from a Manan-OCD syndrome!😛

Stay Smiling :)

P.S. from the way they're giving this fusion concert so much importance and especially the last line by the principle saying this fusion concert will be the most iconic concert in the history of space academy, I think we may just be in for a couple of surprises on that day. A hopeful reunion of Manan on the night, perhaps on the stage itself and this may just be the new beginning for the music careers of both our lovebirds. Like I had mentioned in one of my posts which is separate to this thread... she is his lyrics and he is her tune. So let's wait and watch i guess!

DAY 6! - The Ice Cream Remedy!

"It hurts... it hurts to hurt you, Nandini."
Okay guys before I literally pour out all my emotions in this post, I would like to warn you all beforehand that I'm probably going to brag on and on and on about today's episode because it was simply uhhh-mazing! Like I don't know how much does Nandini love Manik and how much Manik loves Nandini, but I can guarantee you that I love them both more than how much they love each other. hahah And my love for them is nowhere near stopping. It's simply growing with the passing of every episode ;)

Alright so where to begin... firstly finallyyy there was the rise of a brand new day in today's episode haha Like seriously if 1 day was actually this long in real life, god knows how many times couples would break up and patch up again in the span of the one day 😆 But jokes apart.. the day ended on a rather magic-filled scene and the start of the fresh new day is certainly excitement-filled.

Today I feel I don't even need to bring up the mind anywhere in this analysis because our very own Manik left his mind at his home and landed up in front of our Nandu's house with endless cartons of ice cream and of course his bleeding yet love-filled heart. I know many of us agreed on this thought a few days ago that our Manan need to interact and communicate with each other more. (Special shout out to Sunny here!) We all felt that somewhere in this track of hatred and pain, the crux of all these problems is actually their lack of communication skills. Whilst their intentions are not wrong at all, the outcome of their decision of preserving some thoughts to themselves, has in fact become the main reason why the both of them are walking separately on this journey of love. But I feel somewhere that in today's episode, these loopholes were attended to and are being mended. It might have been just a short, abrupt-ending conversation, but it's enough to bandaid some of the wounds of the heart.

Just how absolutely heavenly and divine was the scene where he quietly grabs her wrist and eats the ice cream from her hands! Today I loved manik! He was my hero... my romeo... that even if it was just for a few minutes, he listened to his heart and spoke only what was in his heart. That tear-filled, heart-stopping look he gave her after she reveals to him how she knew about the vinegar in his glass was the turning point in today's episode. Nothing more needed to be said to express the state of his weeping heart inside. Even if he hadn't said anything to her after this revelation, she would've understood the unbearable pain his heart was experiencing inside. But he spoke his truth., He spoke his love. He spoke his care."It burns! It burns inside, don't you know that?! It hurts... it hurts to hurt you, Nandini" Oh just what emotions, just what intensity, just what love! The way he tugs her firmly towards him, and then let's her go with the same anger. A person observing them from a distance, would think this guy is a monster. But only when they would come a little closer and notice his weeping, wet eyes...notice his stumbling, stammering language... notice his apprehension-filled, agitation-filled fidgeting, would they realise that this guy is is absurdly, ridiculously, fervently, vehemently, crazily in love with this girl standing in front of him. Lucky for Nandu and the all of us, he left his mind asleep at home and so it was only the sole right of the heart today to question his inner-consciousness. "How could you even think of drinking that vinegar?" "Are you stupid?" "If, something would've happened to you, where would I have gone?" "Why do you always have to be so stubborn?" "How hard was it to say a simple no?" "You didn't even think about me for one moment. You didn't even think about us." "What do I even do with you?"... he may not have been able to bring all these questions to his lips, but they were being thrown around here, there, everywhere. It was like a volcano was spitting out fire balls and just causing the burning pain inside him to escalate. Oh how, just how did he manage to gather so much love for her.

Whilst he stood there, fighting with himself, arguing with himself as to why didn't she use her brains and refuse from drinking that glass of vinegar, his Nandu stood there like an innocent child, celebrating with herself, the arrival of her Manik, the presence of her Manik, the love of her Manik. And it was at that moment that he found heaven. The minute he saw he eating that ice cream! Her innocence extinguished the blaze that the questions of the heart had ignited. Her serenity did the job of an ice pack over the scabs which was her painful gift to him. Her purity washed out the flood of anger that had taken over him just a few seconds away. And her beauty inverted his frown into a smile... the same smile that she found to be the most beautiful sight in this world. He was calm when with her, composed when with her, complete when with her. He knew in those few moments, she was just her. Nandini was just nandini and that's why he had fallen for her.

Then it finally was her time to talk. But she knew there was no need of her to say anything. No need of her to prove anything to him. She knew when the right time would come, he would understand himself that there is only unity written in their destiny. As they says, actions speak louder than words... and today Manik's actions had poured out his whole heart in front of her. She new before his arrival, that he would come. Hence she had already been waiting. She let him speak his heart out today because today that pain she had given him, had caused him more damage than the pain of old memories. She rightfully opened that ice cream box and dug into the dessert because she knew it was the only way his pain would subside, his frustration would mitigate and it was the only way she would've convinced him on eating the dessert himself sometime afterwards... or rather eating it from her hands 😆 Oh just how complicated his heart can be sometimes! The heart wants to yell at her because he's mad at her for her actions, but the heart also wants her to bring into terms with him and then give her the possession of ruling the heart once again. But Nandu will not be content with just this possession. She doesn't just want his heart, she also wants his smile back. "What about your smile? Your smile is so beautiful Manik. And I want it back". She wants his trust back... his love back... she wants him back!

Now moving onto Nyonika's new game plan. Cute isn't it seeing the vamp-mother planning a game plan so confidently that will supposedly be the last of all interactions that Manik will ever have with Nandini. 😆 She claims to be giving him the freedom of doing anything with Nandini and permitting him to go to any extent with his tortures towards her. All she expects in return is that he will then move on with his life at the end of this chapter. Little does she know, that the end of this chapter will in fact be the start of an end-less book for Manan. Hardly does she recognise the irony that when a selfish move of manipulation couldn't unnerve Manan's pure love for each other, then how will keeping them in front of each other's eyes, for a whole day, for the many days to come, possibly be the reason of Nandini's departure from Manik's life. Looks like she seems to have forgotten that this so-called victory of hers, that she is showing off with such pride, is in fact a charitable victory that Manik pretty much gifted to her. Seems as if she's forgotten that never was there a time, and never will there be a time that Manik will trust her even in the most minimal of amounts, then how can he just overlook her hatred for Nandini. That's just not our Manik's style. So then we return to the idea of the mind vs the heart again where the mind has taken the decision to partner with Nandini for the fusion concert so he can make every moment of her day, a frightening and torturous experience. And on the other hand the heart has taken the decision of protecting nandini and following her everywhere like her very own shadow so that even a fly wouldn't be able to harm her, let alone Nyonika.

Hope you guys enjoyed today's episode just as much as I did! Can't wait for pandiji's first class with the two lovebirds. :P

Stay smiling! 😃

DAY 11! - His colour of love!

"What if woh... sach bol raha ho toh?"
Well I don't know about his words Nandini... but his touch of colours weren't certainly lying!

Manan, Manan, Manan... today's episode was full of them! But heyy... who says I'm complaining. She looked stunningly beautiful, he looked decently hot. He said let's play holi, she said absolutely not! But let us rewind a little to the truth game, once played AT Manik's house... my manik had so proudly once claimed "I have never taken a no for an answer". So how was he supposed to let her go without being the first one to apply his touch of colour.

Before I drown myself into manan scenes and start analysing their emotions and actions, let me just say that as usual it was a treat to see chaachi on the screen once again. Oh how we just love her to be the absolutely filmy and lenient chaachi who realised Manan's love before they even had the chance to pause and contemplate where they were heading. It's always such a blissful feeling to see her support Nandini and of course Manan, and today she proved that she loves Nandini just like, if not more than her own daughter.

Now let's start off with very first scene of Manan when Nandini confidently assures him that there is true love. "Manik... true love hota hai" She begs him to not try and separate Abhi and Mukti because even though it's only for a short span of time, they should have the right to experience that essence of true love that they are lucky to have. Manik's mind disallowed him to turn and look at her even once, but I feel Nandini's pain-filled words were able to make their way around into his heart. I loved that scene for that fact that even though she was talking about Mukhbi, there was a gist in her words that she was actually indirectly talking about their relationship too. The evidence of pain in her voice, on her face when she makes her request to not separate Mukhbi, was in actual her plea to him to allow her to reunite with her true love too. Her plea to allow her to be able to hold his hand again, to be able to kiss his forehead again, to be able to feel his arms around her again. But at the same time, she knew she couldn't take the risk of pushing his anger to the edge again otherwise the distance that already exists between them two, may increase. But how very much she wanted to be able to experience true love once again. Her true love. Manik. It was almost as if she had stopped herself from saying that "Let her experience love... the feeling that I wasn't able to grasp onto tight enough and experience".

I feel pretty much each and every Manan scene in today's episode had a double connotation associated with it. Holi. Why did Manik exactly want to play holi with Nandini? Was it because she hated holi and this would be the best opportunity for him to trouble her to any extent as he wanted? I testify false. Oh boy who was he trying to fool? He just didn't want to play Holi, he wanted to play holi with Nandini. She was after all the true meaning of colours in his life. She's the one who introduced him to the different colours, the various emotions and alternative feelings his heart was capable of feeling. He wanted to colour her in all his emotions today. And by all, I mean all. Including and especially including love. So much efforts to bring her to the holi party couldn't possibly have been just to drown her in colours and tinted water. His eyes were yearning to just see one glimpse of her. His fingers were impatiently waiting to leave his marks of love on her cheeks, his arms were eagerly awaiting to lock themselves around her waist so she wouldn't escape anywhere. And so he made a phone call to the murthy's with his train of excuses ready. I exceptionally loved when his stuttering started once again and he tried to defend his eagerness of needing to see Nandini. How he tried to cover up his need of her, by saying "Woh kya hai ki woh sab log actually pooch rahe the... you know sab log aa chukhe hain and they were asking nandini khaan hai... yeh woh... thinking about her, asking... missing..." Just how my baby wants to conceal his heart's longing and make it seem as if it wasn't actually his heart demanding to see her, but rather "other people". But our chaachi is no fool. She knows the demands of a newly-in-love heart. And when they teamed up, Manik knew, just knew that his lady love's appearance was now only some moments away.I loved it how he had it all planned out. How he knew where exactly to point and release his arrow. If she could purposefully fumble with her feet in order to fall in his arms, he knew an announcement of him being unwell would surely bring her to his doorsteps.

And his plan succeeded. The way she searched up and down, right and left for him. No corner she left unseen. No step she left unclimbed. And then as soon as she found him, she was pulled into his trap. I loved how after his smirk upon seeing her struggling with water, a genuine smile lit up his face as soon as she tightened her arms around him. It was unsurpassed to see his heart give in at that moment. How he didn't fight with his emotions and let his heart to the workings. It was exceptional to see how delighted he was to have her in his arms and not refrain from holding her there. "Relax...tumhe lagta hai I'll let you drown? hmm? You don't trust me?" The trust was necessary here. I was glad he brought it up. Because today, she had proven that her trust in him was unwavering, solid and forever. Didn't we all see how she knew that he was upto something, during her conversation with chaachi? She knew there was a great chance that his intention of calling her was one that she wasn't aware of. Yet she still came. It was such a double-edged sword, that scene. Because the question now remained, did he trust her trust? "Agar main haan keh doon, toh would you believe me?" It no longer is the question of trust anymore. Because from the inside they both know their trust in each other never shattered. Their blind faith was still intact because it was compelling them to time after time traverse the distance they had created amidst themselves. It is now the question of chance. Whether he's ready to give her another chance. Whether he's ready to name these un-named feelings the name of true love. Whether he's ready to accept that he never hated her in the first place, he never gave up on her for even a single second. Whether he's ready to exterminate every inch of darkness from his life and welcome back his shining star. Whether he's ready to accept that for him, love is Nandini. But he simply laughed off the question. He didn't want to let her see through his mask just yet. But little does he know that his Nandu already knows that he possesses no mask. She already knows that there is hope, because he has hope. Hope of their togetherness.

Honestly, the scene after was rather meaningful too. Oh just the irony when he says to her that she shouldn't trust him and he unwillingly pushes her away. It truly melted my heart seeing Nandini continuing to splash the water for a few seconds before realising that he had adjusted the water level to suit her height. How can he not have? He has promised to always protect her. And well Manik being Manik, always has to have it covered. And for her, he always is there himself to confirm that it's all covered.

His heart couldn't resist being away from her too long could it? Because within seconds he pulled her back towards himself. He wasn't even going to risk her falling this time, so he led her himself to the edge of the pool where his surprise for her was awaiting. The surprise that the mind had planned. His mind once again reminded him that for him, Holi was supposed to be his licence to endlessly torture Nandini. That the sole reason as to why he liked holi was because she hated holi. But was that the real reason he wanted to play holi with her? Was the colour-filled plates only awaiting Nandini's arrival so they could become the reasons of her tears, her anger? His mind may have been the one to claim that it wanted to play holi, but it was the heart that was craving to play it with her and only her. It may have been the mind who had demanded that he buy unlimited supplies of colour. But it was his heart that wanted to apply the first speck of colour on her spotless clothes and face. He didn't just want to temporarily soak, drench and colour her with these coloured powders, he in fact wanted to apply, bathe and drown her in the colours of his love. He wanted to claim his right of being the first one to smear colour on not only her face, but also be the first and last one to spill and spread his colours in every moment, at every step of her life. She thought if she'd warn him, he would step back. But how absolutely wrong she was. He was a good student. And he had learned it quite aptly as to how to be just as stubborn as her. She refrained him from using his hands... but there wasn't a ban for any other part of his body to be used."Tumne hi kaha tha na... haath mat lagaao." I felt as though at that moment, his mind and heart had joined hands. His mind allowed him to be the loving evil Manik who didn't reach out to help her when she slipped, but his heart ached for her one touch. And so he smeared the colour first on his own cheeks and then he finally leaned in and painted her in his colour. Red... the colour that connotes every one of those feelings, those emotions that are related to love in some way or the other. Love, passion, anger, heat, blood, heart. The colour that explains that he may be angry with her at times, but it's his love for her that he feels day and night long. The colour that proves that whilst most people have blood running in their veins, he only has her memories. The colour that justifies that whilst for everyone, their heart beats to keep them alive, his heart beats only to see her smile.
"Happy Holi... Nandini." His heart again smiled today, it again fluttered after skipping a beat as he saw her covered in his colour of love. He knew that the colour on her cheeks will eventually wash off... but he had also managed to spread his colour onto her soul... and that colour was never going to wash away.

So now the precap. Well well.. it seems holi is just an excuse, Manik's true intention is to remain as close to Nandini as possible. After all... he's been refraining himself so much over the last few days and so why let this opportunity leave from his hands. Gosh... they just looked so cute running around! <3 Aaand well as for the panditji... I just hope that's not a look of jealousy. Or perhaps now since that we know he has some sort of a connection with Nandini through her grandmother, is it his feeling of guardianship kicking in? I guess time will only tell. But one thing is for sure... this holi will only bring happiness into Manan's life. After all, holi marks the extermination of evil and the victory of righteousness.

Hope you all enjoyed today's episode!

Stay smiling

DAY 7! - Let the battle begin!

"Manik music is the most important thing in your life for you. Apne gusse ki vajeh se usse kharaab mat karo"...
How true would have these words been if Manik Malhotra wouldn't have met Nandini Moorthi. How precise sense would these words have made if she wouldn't have taught him the meaning of life, beauty of dreams and warmth of smiles. How non-arguable would the meanings of these words be if he hadn't fallen in love. But times have changed, priorities have changed, his life's aim has changed. Once upon a time, he was merely a college sweetheart, now he's a complete lover. There was a time when he played music through his guitar, his music now originates from his heart. There was a time when his songs were for his fans, now there is only one song in his life; Nandini. Music may be the most important part of his life, but it's merely a part. She...she is his life. The entire reason for his existence. He wakes up every morning with confidence that he'll see her today and sleeps every night with the assurance that there is a morning after every night. She's the reasons for his madness at times and the calm relief for the same madness. His care is for her, his anger is for her. His annoyance is for her, his forgiveness is for her. His tortures are for her and his antidote is for her. She already knows his love is for her... now it's time to learn that his music is for her too.

He had once said that he could die for her. And so when his heartbeats belong to her, what is the worth of music in his life when the one who he plays for isn't in his life. Let me share with you all a little secret today. This fusion concert will not just be any concert. It will be the concert that will witness the victory of true love. It will be a moment when it will proved to all those witnessing, that no battle is too hard of a fight when never-dying love resides withing your hearts. We will not just witness two talented musicians, showcasing their talent in front of an audience... we will be the spectators to the reunion of two heartbeats, two hearts, two minims, two souls. And when they finally reunite, it will be like magic. No longer will there be two of anything, it will only be the echo of one heartbeat, the existence of one heart, the reality of one soul and the playing of a single semibreve.

How can we forget? How can she forget that he's the same Manik who so unselfishly ran out of the auditorium room on the day of his album release. He's the same Manik who sacrificed his future, his friends' future just to be able to see his lady love in front of his eyes unharmed and safe. He's the same Manik who continuously was trying her number amidst of his performance that very same day, with no fear whatsoever of being caught and disqualified. She might not be able to figure out him just yet... but the time isn't far when she'll realise that it is this same music which will become the reason of their homecoming.

Manik had quite a mind-dominating start to his morning today. He had agreed to be a part of this concert with the prime mission of "Torture Nandini Moorthi Part 2" but it wasn't soon after when his guitar played its tune and the lyrics flowed from his heart that his mind seemed to have disappeared from within him altogether.

Yeh Dooriyan
Yeh Dooriyan
Yeh Dooriyan

In Raahon Ki Dooriyan
Nigahon Ki Dooriyan
Hum Rahon Ki Dooriyan
Fanah Ho Sabhi Dooriyan

As he sung, the pain of separation returned. As he played, the urge to hold her in his arms once again began to weaken him.

Kyun Koi Paas Hai
Door Hai Kyun Koi
Jaane Na Koi Yahan Pe

Aa Raha Paas Ya Door Mein Ja Raha
Janu Na Mein Hoon Kahan Pe

Yeh Dooriyan

He closed his eyes in the hope to find the answers from within his inner-consciousness. The answers that the mind had banned him from asking her. It was almost as if he was searching for these answers in his music. His music, his passion, his love; that had cheated him, and he was almost begging for an answer to his miseries now. Should he listen to his heart or to his mind? What if he welcomes her in his life again and she breaks his trust again? But then what if he let's her go and loses every chance of having her back? He was demanding for the answers to all his distresses. Just one sign... he needed just one sign from his music, his passion, his love that she wouldn't abandon him again... she wouldn't distrust him again... she wouldn't darken his world again. And then there came a point where he got some answers. That heart-melting look of his returned as agony washed through him again as his eyes landed upon her crying face. Her tears were his answers. Her tears once again brought tears in his eyes. Her pain was his answer. Her pain was once again felt by him. Her loneliness was his answer. Her state of loneliness once again overshadowed his need of revenge. Her longing for his was his answer. Her longing of his presence in her life healed the heart a little bit more today. But then when she couldn't live without him, why did she abandon him in the first place? Why did she let the darkness obscure her ability to shine forever for him? Why did she inflict him with such pain that she wasn't able to bear herself. Some questions remain. But that's the beauty of love. Love teaches us to be patient. It teaches us to love unconditionally despite the flaws and faults of our partner. Love teaches us to forgive. It teaches us to drown and then rise again.
This may not be the time for their love to rise just yet... but at least it has begun to surface. It has begun to accept that some moments of pain are necessary in order to earn a lifetime of smiles. Their time will surely come when they will learn to trust again, forgive again, start afresh again.

Now I can absolutely not fullstop and post this write up without mentioning the precap. He claims he can't live with her. But he also accepts that he can't live without her. She is elated at the thought that there is still hope. But instantly he warns her to not keep her hopes high. But she remains confident. "Bring it on Manik. Dekhtein hain keh kaun jeet-ta hai. Mera hope ya tumhari hatred" And so the battle returns... but this time his mind has challenged her heart. In the heat of the moment however, he forgot that she has an advantage. She rules his heart. He may have the memories of her painful betrayal to avenge his revenge but she has the possession of two hearts to fight this battle with; hers and his. And with his heart, she also has his love to prove her own love. His love will infact be her biggest strength in convincing him that it's only him who has the right to rule her own heart.

So as they say guys... let the battle begin! And may the best man win. The only exception in this case will be that it will neither be his win or her win. They will win!

Hope you guys enjoyed today's episode!

See ya'll around :)

DAY 8! - Miss Murthy vs Mr Malhotra!

Yes! I hate you! I do! Par... Pata nahi kyun tumse main... Door nahi reh pata..."

His loss of words again returned today to retell the story of his heart's dilemma. His fidgeting hands again returned today to recount for the ongoing war which was brawling inside him. His emotions-packed face was seen yet again today to unfold some of the truths he was unaware of himself. He looked at her, then looked away. He reached out for her, then pulled away. He shouted at her, then softened away. "I can't live with you. No!" Just how hard he was trying to convince himself with the use of these mere words that she was of no importance to him now. How difficult was the struggle to mask that pain-filled look which would reveal his true secrets to her if by chance he let the heart win over the mind even for a quick second. But as they say, whatever is bound to happen, will happen. And so his mask flew off. No longer could he conceal the truth of his heart, of his soul. His eyes which never failed to speak anything but the truth, voiced his truth again. They studied each inch of her face as if they hadn't seen her for years. His agonized eyes and bleeding heart found solace as they accepted, expressed and declared the most truthfu truth of his life; "But I can't live without you!"

If it was only in the hands of the heart, he would've cried and cradled her in his arms and whispered his truth to her in such a way that his voice's echo would remain in her blood, her heart, her mind, her soul for the forever number of years of their togetherness. But his mind still held a firm grip on him. He held her close to him, but with a fine line of railing between the two. He gifted her his heart's honesty, but within seconds, he challenged the notion of their reunion. It was already too late though. What Nandini's heart had been yearning to hear had finally come into revelation. Now there was no turning back. It was either a do or die situation. She knew life without him was one she couldn't imagine. She knew his absence would mean that there remains no other meaning to her life, her existence, her identity. She knew that if she lost him this time, she would lose herself in this world that was almost a stranger to her if he wasn't beside her. "So it means there's hope..." The sparkle in her eyes returned today. The sparkle which could light up his whole world. It was almost as if she has just learnt how to breathe again. The hope of eradicating all traces of pain from his heart was still existing. The hope of making him believe in love, in his Nandini, was still breathing. The hope of rescuing him from this never-ending darkness was still shining. The hope of motivating him to give into his heart and ignore the mind altogether was still alive. He tried his best to set that hope ablaze with his anger, aggression and so-called "hatred", but she knew he was hiding again. Hiding behind that mask which was full of tears, rips, breaks and holes. The tighter he tried to grab onto the mask, the more it tore and the easier it became for her to see right through him. Oh just how innocently my Manik tries to portray his anger again in order to convince her that there is a better chance of him not being able to live with her than without her. How hard he tries to struggle with his heart because he wants her to try and believe, he wants her to believe that he's capable of being a monster, he's capable of hating her, and he's capable of maintaining his distance.

It was exceptional to see how Nandini's confidence and willpower was once again restored after some quality talking time. No longer do they need the feel to say "let's take a break" because they are starting to understand the need of each other in order to share the inner-sentiments that are complicating the heart more and more. They are starting to understand that sharing pain doesn't necessarily increase pain, it halves the amount of pain rather. I feel as though, time after time, whenever Nandini feels her confidence levels to be shaking a little, Manik's unnoticed and rather impromptu entry always does the magic of restoring and strengthening that confidence. Quite ironic how he himself came as a ray of hope for her in order to talk to her about the hope of them being together.

For them it may seem to be the battle of Hope vs Hatred, but little do they know that neither is there room for any hatred in this relationship, nor is there room for any hope. Neither has he stopped loving her, in order to begin hating her nor has she lost her faith in him, in order to be depend on hope now. In fact his hatred is in actual the love that he realizes upon seeing her smile, it's the pain he feels when he sees her crying, it's the need he feels of her to be constantly around him. Similarly, her hope is in fact her promise of always shining for him. Her hope is in fact her blind faith in him of never hurting her and always protecting her. Her hope is in fact her lifelong allowance of only giving him the right to make her laugh, cry, angry, sad and all the other emotions that she's capable of experiencing.

Now moving onto Manan's training session towards the end of the episode. Oh how just how my Manik couldn't stand the idea of Nandini agreeing with Panditji over him. Yes it may be the start of a jealousy track which I was praying it shall not be incorporated, but I personally liked the scene because in moments like these, his frustration drives him to unknowingly listen to the heart.

"And I can't believe tum itni badi chamchi ho us pandit ki"

"Main panditji ki chamchi nahin hoon. It's just that he's right"

Oh if only Nandini had been facing him and seen the way he silently mocks her when she claims the panditji to be right, would she have realised just how irritated he gets on hearing her praise someone other than him. If only she would have noticed the way he annoyingly shakes his head and walks into the change room without letting her finish off her sentence, she would have realised how he can't even bear to have her thinking about someone else other than him.

The battle of his mind and heart didn't come to a halt till the very last scene of today's episode. His heart realised her need of an immediate drink, but his mind was in the mood to play games today. He claimed that he would cover up for her, protect her... like he always does. It's what my manik is known for. But the mind soon conspired and he no longer was in the mood to be "good". He wanted to pay her back for cutting his guitar's strap. He wanted to suppress the seed of confidence that he had himself implanted inside her. He wanted to interrupt the impression being formed by the panditji of Nandini being the traditional, hard-work, focused and mannered student. He wanted to be the reasons of her sorrow, of her pain, of her tears of her miseries...Because somewhere deep inside him his heart and mind both knew that she belonged only to him. He knew that she knew that only he has the right to make her happy, smile, laugh. But he wanted to make her realise that even if it's pain, only he's allowed to inflict in upon her.

For some reason, I also quite liked the scene of Mukti and Navya's bonding in today's episode. Maybe because it was showing the positive change in Mukti's character? The change of realizing the value of life, of love, of happiness? Or maybe it was the growing maturity and strength in Navya's character? Or maybe it was just the mutual understanding they have for each other despite their initial differences? Whatever it may be, I feel it was a rather pleasant scene to watch seeing those girls bond. Where once Mukti used to freely share all her thoughts with Aliya, she has seemed to find a similar companion and listener in Navya's friendship. Hence, she is able to slowly and maturely able to accept and understand Manan's relationship.

Okay so as usual, I got carried away with my emotions and again another essay has been posted. Sorry for having to read so much :P

Hope you guys all enjoyed the episode!

Stay smiling :)

DAY 15! - The catch-up date!

"Ohh... I thought your heart.."

Finallyyy my manan are back and I can brag about them as much as I want! But I think before I move onto them, I would like to focus on some of the other aspects of today's episode!
Let's start with Cavya shall we. Well well... Cabir as Navya's "boyfriend"... not bad, not bad! haha But gosh I have to admit the look on Cabir's face was absolutely priceless when Navya's mum refers to him as her boyfriend. He really is such a fine actor and truly knows how to put life into the character of Cabir. So a little bit of a bad news... Navya's mum has found out about the baby and whilst I feel bad for Navya because she didn't get a chance to properly sit down and make her mum understand the whole situation, I feel it's better for her that the truth is out in the open now. It had to be revealed someday and I would say the earlier it happened, the better because it will give enough time for Navya to somewhat re-gather herself and fight for herself and her baby in this situation. If she had delayed it, I feel it would have been more stressful for her and the baby because at the back of her mind there would've been that constant guilt of not only committing this big of a blunder but also not having to tell her mum about it. Now that the truth is out, I feel there is enough time for Cavya's friendship to deepen and blossom too These early struggles will teach both of them to become independent in life as well as find a sense of belonging within the company of each other. We will also gradually get to see a sense of maturity and a realisation of responsibility from Navya's character which will assist in her journey of motherhood. I feel whilst 95% of Navya was ready to deliver and give birth to this baby, there still remained a 5% doubt purely because she didn't know how her parents and especially her mother would react. But now when the air will be cleared out, I find that even that 5% dilemma will be eliminated from her mind. She will be fully ready to give birth to this baby after this as she will have a clear idea that she needs and wants this baby for hers This baby, along with Cabir's friendship will becoming the new reason for her life, the definition of her happiness and the new means of a fresh start for Navya. She won't have to deal with the fear of society or her parents. Honestly, I beleive that while Cabir is a little nervous about having this baby being born in his house, this baby will in a way complete his life too. We can all understand his rather hilariously reluctant state-of-mind towards this baby but I can just foresee that during his journey with Navya through her pregnancy and afterwards, he will find that essence of happiness that somewhat lacks in his life. There will be the awakening of tremendous love for this baby in his heart which will introduce him to an altogether new blissful feeling. This journey is going to be very vital in terms of shaping both the characters into more matured, responsible and more sorted individuals. I look forward towards this growth of theirs.

Moving onto Mukhbi. To be honest I'm heartbroken for mukti. How I just wanted to tell her so badly that omg no please just look under the bed once, I really feel for the girl because whilst everyone seems to be making their way to shore in a slow and steady pace, she's still struggling with the high and low tides of her life. We were so happy for her last week and earlier this week because she had started believing in true love... she had started understanding the value of love and happiness and I was happy that she was experiencing it herself. But now I'm just heartbroken to see her back to feeling cheated and lied to. Obviously we don't know yet what Abhi has written in that letter and this story can go two ways now. One would be that he has just decided to leave the hospital because he knows chemo has stopped showing its effect and it's possible that he may have left an address or phone number for mukti. Or this can take on a totally opposite route where he has left with his final goodbye to her and doesn't want her to try and find him. Honestly at this stage I think it's too vague for me to make a final assumption because today's episode didn't explore their situation in too much depth. I guess we shall just see whether mukti gets hold of that note or not.

And now onto my final stopover before I move onto my beloved Manan. So Manik and Dhruv seemed to have had the chance to have a short-stop talk and there was both a good side and a bad side to it , in my opinion. It was quite disheartening to see Dhruv mock Manik about his fan-following and how he repeatedly scorned him for pre-booking the tickets. I actually had been thinking about this for the last few days and was rather disappointed towards Dhruv's absolute null reaction towards him and Nandini. I mean we all know that every member of the Fab 5 is aware of Manik's feelings towards Nandini and they do know to an extent that they share a bond so deep that they will eventually reunite. But I just feel that Dhruv has almost decided to pretend like he can see nothing and he can't hear a thing either. I understand that his frustration towards Aliya has seemed to trigger these volcanic eruptions towards Manik but I feel there is certain extend as to how much you can overlook the reality but at this stage, Dhruv seems to be in no mood to listen to anything in favour of Manik. Like seriously how can he just forget everything that Manik has done for him? Apart from the sacrifice, because he doesn't even know about that at this stage, Manik has always made sure to be Dhruv's shadow, his pillar of support and his ultimate protector so absolutely nothing can cause him any sort of pain. I find it rather daunting that how can Dhruv just overlook and simply forget all of that? He was that one person apart from Cabir of course, who I had actually hoped will help my Manik through this hard time and in fact motivate him to not give up on Nandini. But let alone share his sorrows, he didn't even try.*sigh* I wonder how many more test my Manik will have to go through. Well I guess that one thing good in their conversation was that when Manik tells Dhruv that they need to have a talk, Dhruv agrees to it. Chalo at least there is still some sort of a desire from his behalf to listen and converse with his friend otherwise I think we all know that Manik would've been heartbroken.

And now to the finale segment of my post. My manan! I've got to confess that when they paired up on-screen in today's episode, my heart found solace and my eyes finally discovered delight. The episode started and his car halted to a stop in front of her doorstep and I was happy. Then I saw him abandon the idea of hooting a horn and instead he smiled a small smile to himself thinking about how close he finally was to her and my grin grew. Then I witnessed his adoring care towards her when he says "must be sleeping"... my heart melted because today he was terminating and resisting the idea of meeting her because he didn't want to disturb her in anyway. He was willing to hold on to his need of seeing her, only and only so her sleep wasn't interrupted. But what happened next was the reason of my uncontrolled smile and overwhelming glee. To his disbelief she rocked up at his footsteps, knowing that he wouldn't have deprived her off just one glimpse of himself. She was confident and hence she had been waiting. She knew her hope, his hope, would drag him to the murthy's residence. His need to see her safe and protected, his specs of jealousy, his impatience of seeing just one glimpse of her, drew him to her window once again. And then he opened his eyes to what had been awaiting him for what seemed like an eternity for her. When he saw the lights of her excitement, when he saw the decor of her wait, when he felt the touch of her love; he knew he was home. He was tired but that just made the scene all so much more beautiful. His struggle with himself hardly lasted against his exhaustion. His heart was just too content to be with her. To see her. To hear her.
Manik: "You know I've had a long flight. And a very tiring one. So instead of coming here, I would've gone home."
Oh how just how he wanted to make it all too convincing to her but he forgot in the moment that perhaps he should've considered where he actually was standing.
Nandini: "Lekin, aaye tum yahaa"
She knew she had a clear win. Their hope had won again.
I just loved the way she made herself comfortable on the floor and straightaway started updating him about her day. Oh she really just knows him way too well. She knew his mind would restrict him to start with this catching-up session so she might as well do the honors. She knew the questions that were making errands all over in his mind. And so before he even had the chance to ask them... she answered it herself in a rather teasing manner. "And btw... before you ask about the panditji haan... unhone kuch nahi kiya... kuch bhi nahi". She knew she had sparked the burning a little. It effected him, it was the question that had been bothering him all-day long. And he had gotten his answers now. His smile assured us that.
He figured at that point there was no point arguing and denying her. There was no point denying himself. He had been longing for this alone time with her throughout the whole day so he might as well cherish the moments. His heart simply released his love, care and trust to flow in every vein of his and he again felt that heavenly homely feeling. I saw my manan being friends today. The friendship that was necessary for their love to bloom and grow to boundary-less extremities. He opened up to her about his whole day and she felt the warmth of being able to share his experiences. Of being able to share his happiness with him.
Oh how my Manik had missed talking to his Nandu. Just the pure pleasure of being able to share endless and countless conversations. There was a part of him that wanted to open up more. He wanted to talk about V, his past, his memories, his dilemmas. Dhruv... Panditji... V. It was all building up on him. "I'm tired". The truth was he wasn't just physically exhausted but mentally drained out too. This whole mind vs heart struggle was raising all kind of questions within him. Who was he to Nandini? Why was he feeling this sense of discomfort seeing panditji around her? What had triggered Dhruv to think so wrongly of him? What is that unnamed bond that always brings them together at the end of every day? He was tried of himself and of all the questions existing inside him.

But then he felt the magic of her touch and the cyclone inside him seemed to calm down for sometime. He welcomed her fingers into his palm with the same ease that she had slipped them in with. It was exactly what he had needed at that point. The reassurance that she was there for him, with him. She waited for him yesterday, she waited for him today and will always wait for him at every step of life. She wanted him to know that no matter how tired he may be, she will always make him feel at home when he will return to her. She will never give up on him for even a single second. It was her way of promising that she missed him just as much as he missed her, if not more. And she will always continue to miss him whenever he leaves her again for a trip or visit like this. She was promising him that she will always remain his and he will always remain her despite all the joking and teasing. She was promising herself to him.

"I'm not angry. Gussa nahin hoon main... actually now it's not hurting that much." Her touch worked. Her balm of love and trust have almost healed him. I loved how just upon her one touch, he seemed to be feeling better. He seemed to be feeling calm about all of his inner-turmoils. He seemed to be confident that this time she won't let go of his hand again. And so he confessed that the pain and agony of betrayal had subsided. Again I felt the whole scene was much more beautiful with his half-denial when she teases him that she thought he was talking about his heart. "Hope karo... hope karti raho". He needed her to keep hoping because she was carrying his hope too. It almost seems that Manik has almost handed himself to his Nandu now. He is ready to go wherever she takes him, And why? Because he's started to realise that she had always trusted him. Her trust never wavered. So now he's begun to trust her trust again.

Now how can I absolutely end this response without talking about Manik's rather intensely aggressive side that surfaced today. She just loves pushing him to the edge doesn't she? And that's exactly what happened today. My manik flipped because his mind was still caught up in the words of panditji's question to him. His mind was going crazy thinking about the not-so-clear intentions of the panditji. "Waise... don't you think ki you're going to lose? Matlab... maan na padega, your hold on this game is slipping." Whilst she was referring to their hatred vs hope challenger here, he believed it to be in relation to panditji's challenge against him. While she talked about his hatred losing, he understood it as him losing her. While she meant it to be his grip on his anger loosening, he thought of it as him loosing her right on her. And hence the inner-volcano erupted. His hands pulled her towards him in the hope to make her realise that his firm on her is so strong that even if she herself wanted to loosen it, it was almost impossible. He wanted to make her realise that she wasn't some commodity that somebody could just win her over from him. She was a part of him and nobody without his permission could even touch her, let alone take her away from his life. His grip tightened today in the fear, the insecurity and the pain of losing her.

So as usual we have been left to witness the big announcement on Monday and I think I'm going to go crazy thinking about how he'll re-gain this position of his.

Hope you all enjoyed today's episode!

Stay smiling :)

DAY 17! - I need you!

He's left alone. Ripped, torn, wrenched to the height of limits. The beginning of his journey has come to an end today. Fumbling feet. Screaming silence. Shattering soul. It's unfixable. Irreversible. It's terminal. "Breathe"; screamed the heart. "Blink"; demanded the eyes. "Weep"; they cried in union. He lost. What may you ask? "I lost... the most... the most important thing." "Thing". It was undefinable. It's been a part of him for as long as he can remember. He's been a part of him for as long as he's learnt how to remember. His friend, his brother, his family. Words needn't to be said when their guitars used to strum in harmony. Conversations weren't priority when hugs narrated the unspoken words. He just stood there today. Confused. Baffled. Defeated. His blood-red eyes staring in absolute no-space. Refusing to cry. Refusing to blink. Refusing to accept the harsh reality.

"What?" his whispers to himself, whilst his brother stood there accusing him, were only loud enough for him to hear. His tongue questioning his inner-voice as to where he failed. Where did he fail his brother, their brotherhood. His eyes looking around to search for the answers behind this anger, this sudden unleashing of bitter hatred. He tried to find the answers on his friend's face. Perhaps he would be his support one last time. Perhaps he would himself explain the unrevealed reasons of this loathing. Just one last time.

"Teri yeh help... tera yeh protection... mujhe suffocate kar raha hai". The words speared through his heart. The heart which had the strength to bear anything. After all the heart is the strongest muscle in the body. And Manik's heart. It was one of a kind. Pure, unselfish, selfless. It absolutely hated the worldly concept of a give and take relationship. And today, his brother had condemned him for the sin that his heart could never have even thought of doing. He was blamed for each and every one of those things that his heart never permitted him to do. He was being accused for taking away the peace, happiness, life and love from his brother's life. The heart which knew only how to shower, protect, fight and endlessly given to his loved ones... was today held guilty for taking away too.

"Aur haan... aisa nahi hai keh maina koshish nahi ki tere ehsaanon ko kum karne ke liye. I have covered up for you..." Another dagger speared through his bleeding heart. The concept of give and take was re-visited. He hated it because it was nyonika's favourite. A theory, an ideology, a perception that stole my Manik's innocent childhood before he had even begun to understand life. A continuously-arising speculation in the Malhtora household that dumped my manik's soul into a swamp of darkness. The evilest of all propositions that compelled my manik to seek companionship within emotions like anger, wrath and fury. It left him stunned, confounded, dejected. Was it always about give and take?

Blinded by his insecurities, deafened by his resentment, paralysed by his animosity; Dhruv ledged out every inch of hatred flowing within him for Manik. No words were left unsaid. No remarks were left unspoken. No accusations were left undeclared. From the smallest of his jealousies, to the biggest of his rancour; he wrapped his pinching words around the tip of his sarcastic arrows and shot them one after the other, to where it always hurts the most; the heart. And just when my Manik thought it was the last of his arrows, the rather unrecognisable figure spit out his final pain-filled, venomous words that left the mark of a cobra's bite on my Manik's heart. He might've said it to Aliya, but they became the reason for his tumbling world "Manik can have you!"

The End

He broke the pure bond of brotherhood. And walked away as if no Manik ever existed. Like no best friend ever protected him. As if no brother ever nurtured him. Whilst it is understandable he was unable to trust his first lady love; Aliya because of her own confused sense of mind, but one would question him that can you not see it was never Aliya for him. It was never Aliya he craved the love of. For Manik it was always Nandini. Then why such bitterness? Why so much hatred? Why such detestation? Upon his exit, another set of steps followed. She was in no terms to reason today. Drowned and routed in her own painful tears. Slipping away in her own heart-broken dilemmas. Too hurt to think straight. Too hurt to walk straight. Next, a pair of heels followed the path out those doors. She needed to settle it with him for the very last time. "I need to talk to Dhruv." Enough of playing games. Enough of the physical drama. Enough of lame comments. It was either now or never. For she may not see it, I still blame her yet again for breaking this pure bond of brotherhood. The last set of feet showed reluctance to leave. They stood there in contemplation of whether to protect the one drowning in love's angst or whether to save the one burning in the flames of a broken friendship. But he reassured with a false smile that he will be alright. And so the last of the footsteps made their exit too.

But she stood there.

His shining star. His hope. His ultimate saviour. Maybe far from him, but never so close. The throbbing of his weeping heart, she could hear. The wounds of his bleeding heart, she could see. The tinge of his wounded heart she could feel. But pain is always meant to be shared. And so she followed his staggering footsteps. She followed his anguish frown. She followed those despaired eyes. She let him tread a few steps alone, only so he wouldn't dismiss her demand of letting her walk on the rest of the journey with him. She gave him his much-needed space, but only so he wouldn't space her out completely from his bubble.

"Jaao yahan se!" He rebuked himself. He hated himself. He wanted to punish himself. But he knew she wouldn't let him. He had promised himself to protect everyone. Everyone that were his life to him. But she. She was that sole one who vowed to protect him. Be it night, be it light. Be it rainfall, be it sunshine. She was his shield. His guardian. His protector. Any pain would have to seep through her veins before it even dare to sting his heart. "Manik, I know you need me!"

"No!" Shock overtook him once again. The pain was spreading like numbness through his body. He attempted to walk away once again. His stature resembled a zombie to be precise. Lifeless. Absolutely emotionless. But enough was enough! The alone time needed to end here. He either let her walk with him, or not a step would be taken. What once used to be his move to hinder her steps, was today her technique of locking him in place. Pushed against the wall, demanding the outburst of his feelings, his thoughts, his agony, his tears. "Shhh... don't... say a word!" She was scared. Scared for him. His silence was scaring her. His resistance was alarming. His hibernation, making her fearful for him. He was at a loss of words. Eyes rejecting every request to blink just once back to reality. Tears refusing to let go of the pupils. "It was Dhruv... my ... buddy...my..." A violent Manik was definitely better than a silent one. He needed to express if not talk. Yell, scream, break, punch, anything; but just no silence! Silence was dangerous. It meant he was falling in the well of utter darkness once again. It meant he wasn't safe for himself. It meant he was heading towards a dreadful dead end. She had to save him. She had to break his silence. And so she instigated him with her stubbornness. She swore to not utter a word and demanded he do the talking. But walking away was out of the question. "Talk to me!" And he let it all go. He let out the shrieking, painful cry of loss, defeat, loneliness. She was ready to bear it all. His anger, his frustration, his outburst, his violence. But just not silence. But before she could push him over the edge again, he shut her off and dejectedly walked off.

He continued to walk. Stoned. Despondent. Crushed. The words haunting his mind and heart. Making the pain unbearable. Intolerable. He loathed himself for the pain his brother was in. His world ripped apart. His life now meaningless, directionless. His heart. Which was on its last stage of recovery, now revealed tender, fresh wounds. The echoes of the hateful voice, increasing the pain minute by minute. It was becoming impossible to endure the spreading pain. His tears were becoming incontrollable. The reality was overpowering. He couldn't take it anymore. He needed her. And today, he wasn't going to lie.

"You were right! I need you."

The tear finally rolled down. The heart finally wept out a plea for help. The mind and the heart both begged for her to stop. He needed her soothing touch the most today. He needs her to protect him to the max today. The pieces have shattered everywhere today. But only she knows the correct placement. The heart's wounds won't stop bleeding. But her touch will heal them in no time. He's afraid darkness will envelope him and throw him into a never-ending black hole. But her presence will show him the light at the end of the tunnel. It's her time to shine today. Shine like she's never shone. It's her time to protect him in the cocoon of her arms. It's her time to balm his heart. It's her turn to fight for him.

Tomorrow she will assure him of her love. She will wipe his tears and kiss each of his wounds better. She will caress his forehead to put him off to a peaceful night's sleep. Tomorrow she will inch very close to making him a part of her once again. Because tomorrow, he will finally realise that he needs her not just today, but forever.

Honestly speaking, I can just feel my tears already coming thinking about tomorrow's episode and I know for a fact that I think I will enjoy writing about it just as much as I will enjoy watching it.

Hope you all enjoyed today's episode!

DAY 9! - It's one-all!

"Manik... fusion concert solo nahi ho sakta... iska matlab yeh hai keh do music ka milan..."

Aaand after much awaiting, my Manik finally smiled today. And who was the reason? His music, his song, his Nandini. Just like when they come together, a beautiful bubble of Manan is formed, similarly in this concert, the fusion of his music and her music will seal them in this Manan bond forever. I can still recall his smirk towards the end of yesterday's episode as he rejoiced his hatred's first victory against her hope. As the Panditji announced 5 extra laps of punishment for his beloved Nandu, he mocked her for her blind faith in him. He mocked her for her trust in him. But today, it was the same blind faith, same trust that brought his long-lost smile back on his lips. His "hatred" might have taken a step ahead of her "hope" but it was his Nandu's turn to shine today. And how could he forget, she's that star who can alone manage to brighten up his whole life. Her "hope" to a victorious leap today that will take some time for the "hatred" to catch up to. Whilst my Manik stood there throughout the episode, trying to bring peace to the war between his mind vs his heart, his lady love ever-so confidently played her own mind games today. Lucky for her that her mind and heart are on the same team. Her mind wants to defeat his mind so her heart can win his heart forever.

Manik's journey in today's episode was rather rocky. His battle with his mind hardly existed. He had to battle it out with his heart today. And it nearly got out of control. It took mere seconds for his smirk to change into a frown as he saw her struggle to keep going on the ground. He thought he'd enjoy the view of her punishment. He was again too sure that he's be at peace to see her in pain, in struggle to keep fighting. But once again his mind lost its essence and his heart pounded faster and faster with growing anxiety and restlessness. For a second he thought it was going to burst if he had to spend even one more second of watching her so helplessly run the laps of punishment that he infact deserved. He really did seem to go blank in the mind at the time. He repetitively cursed himself for being so heartless to the one who taught his heart to beat. His eyes continued to follow her as if they were trying to shield her from the sun's heat that was weakening her stamina. "How could you Manik? How could you just leave her alone out there?", his heart continued to question him. Manik knew that if there was a mirror around him, he wouldn't be able to face himself towards his own reflection. His heart wouldn't allow him that kind of permission. He was guilty of lying to her. He was guilty for the each and every moment he lied that he hated her and was going to make her life hell. He was guilty and punishment-worthy for that every tear that escaped from her eyes because of his harsh words. He was guilty for the every laugh he laughed; even if it was for just 5 seconds; but for everytime she suffered, His involuntary movement started once again. His fidgeting started once again. He had hoped that it wouldn't return today to give away his secret but little did he know that it was almost like an automatic response now. A response out of his control. Every time he would see her suffering he would find himself in the helpless and restless state of mind. The only way to overcome this helplessness was if he let his heart win this baffling war. Then came the point he couldn't take it anymore. He was holding back the urge to run to her and sweep her up in his arms so she wouldn't have to walk a single step more. But his mind wasn't going to let him give in that easily. So he finally spoke up. "Don't you think you're taking it too far?" Let us remind ourselves that this is the same Manik Malhotra who couldn't even stand the sight of this panditji let alone talk to him. But today, he spoke because she was in pain. The way he kept his eyes on her, even whilst talking to panditji was his heart's first victory of today. He could go to any extent to see her pain-free, misery-free and agony-free. So reasoning with panditji would be the least he'd be able to do for her in this situation. Seeing her breathless, he could feel the lack of oxygen himself. Seeing her swaying a little out of exhaustion, he could feel the ground shaking beneath his own feet. But the question remained... Had he taken it too far? The panditji had already answered him upon his first ask, but this question yet still remained that his heart couldn't help but ask him. Had he exceeded his limits today? The limits he'd himself marked which would allow him to keep his distance from her but it would also allow her to stay close to him. He was still searching for the answer within him, when the unimaginable happened. The hands that used to always stay on alert to save his love if the need ever be, were a little too slow today. And he knew the catch that he had just missed was one which was going to haunt him for the coming days. It wasn't just any catch he had missed. He had missed and failed to live upto his promise to her. That he'll always protect her, he'd never let her fall.He had missed the opportunity to hold her closely against his heart and feel the warmth and calm that only she could evoke in him. He had missed the lucky chance of losing himself in the depth of her love-filled eyes and allowing his heart to just heal a little more. But it was already too late. What was meant to happen, had already happened and Manik knew he would have to bear with the thought of someone else's arms around her for the rest of the day.

And so he continued to burn and fume. His heart continued to throb and bleed. Had he really just handed over his heartbeat, his ray of light, his Nandini to someone else? He tried to make music, but all that came out was sound. He tried to forget about the thought, but the scene seemed to be playing on continuous repeat, right there in front of his eyes. The way he practically storms into the room where Panditji and Nandini were talking; expressed the restlessness, the madness he was feeling upon knowing that she was with the same person who had just replaced him in the catching sequence a few minutes ago. He was in pain. And this time it hurt more than it had at the magistrate's office. Because this time, he was responsible for the state of his own heart. And when he saw him again, he felt his ground shake. He may have not realised it, but that was his first step into this journey of self-realisation. The realisation that it really is impossible for him to stay away from her for long. He knew that if there was a reason that he could get through his day with enough sanity, it was because her presence kept him rooted. It allowed him to stay Manik. And the bear thought of having her spend the moments that she could have instead spent with him, was tearing him apart from inside. He was used to her following him around anywhere and pretty much everywhwere. In amidst of all this "hatred", he had forgotten that she was the only hope, the only strength that he had to fetch hi out of this pool of misery, hatred and darkness. He wanted her time all to himself. It tore him because she was supposed to be concentrating on winning their battle of "hope vs hatred". And so he stored out of the room, just as he had stormed in; without listening to her.

I've got to say that today for me, the show-stealer was Nandini. That girl knew just how to step into lead today. It requires quite some guts to step by step follow Manik Malhotra and it seemed as if she had taken an oath to not give up until she was able to heal another part of his heart today. My poor Nandu, she had solely hoped that it would be her Manik to save her from falling when she enacted to faint. But little did she realise, that in order for that to happen... she had perhaps needed to stand closer to him and not panditji :P But either way, the victory was still hers in that situation too. Manik's fuming anger and possessiveness drove him crazy through the first half of the episode. His anger was showcasing the passion, the love, the need of Nandini that flows through every vein inside him.

Oh with what bravery My nandu followed behind him on that staircase despite his deathly, stern looks. And when she bumped her head into someone else's guitar, he absolutely blasted!
"Kya kar rahi thi tum uss pandit ke saath?"... the question that he had been continuously asking himself ever since she had walked off with panditji from the oval. If only he could see that even in this so-called "hatred" of his, he demands all her attention, all her time to himself. if being angry with her, torturig her was his right then today he expressed that demanding her presence at every moment, even amidst all his anger and frustration, is also his right.
But she knew exactly had to set things right. She had been hopeful that when she would reveal to him that she had infact fallen so he would catch her, he would melt. But it wasn't going to be that easy. His mind once again, manipulated his anger and he ended up saying what he wasn't meant to say. "Bulllshit! I would just let you fall. Instead I would be happy watching you fall". And then he fumed even more because she decided to just walk away. He fumed because he wanted her to convince him that no, he would catch her if there ever came a situation. He fumed because the whole day his heart had driven him crazy with his jealous emotions and their were questions he still needed answers to but instead he let her walk away. He fumed because she was supposed to be fighting a battle of hope for the both of them, but instead she seemed to be the last person to care. But little did he know that when just like a Nandini promise, a Nandini challenge is never forgotten either. And so she executed the game plan that her mind and heart had come up with together. She used her mind and dropped the bottle to make the floor wet, and she used her heart to trust blindly on her faith in him and stepped on the bottle. She wanted to fall for him, for herself, for them. She wanted to fall because she knew he had been disappointed just as much as her when he wasn't able to hold her in his arms. She wanted to fall for herself because she only ever wants to feel his presence, his touch and his hold in her life. She wanted to fall for them because every time she lands up in his arms, their heartbeats start to beat together reminding them that they are the reason for each others' existence.

"My hope wins. One-all Manik!"

And then appeared the most beautiful sight in the world. His smile. A genuine smile. The smile she had been longing to see. Oh just how much I had wished she had hid in some corner to see his smile return in his life. To see that in fact she was the reason and only means that could bring that smile back. H's hatred may have lost at that point but he was more happy that her hope had won. That his hope had one. At that moment, relief and calm filled through him once again. It required only one touch from her behalf to calm down his all-so jealous heart. He knew that more than anything, she had fallen or at least pretended to fall for him. She had fallen to assure him that she only ever wants to land up in his arms. She had fallen to retell him that she still trusts him blindly that he would never let her fall. She had fallen to assure him that she will fight for his hope till the very last day of this fusion concert.

Before I wrap I just wanted to talk a bit about Cabir and Navya's growing relationship and the precap of tomorrow's episode. So we've seen Cabir making the effort to call Navya's mum adn asking her to come to Bombay to visit her. So I'm assuming it's not too far now when her mum will find out about the pregnancy and perhaps break all her ties with Navya? This would be the fresh start of Cavya I believe as once again they both will be on the same page of disowned, hurt and love-less. We've seen Cabir struggle with his mum and how ultimately he was left all alone to face the world. Similarly we will now see Navya's struggle of trying to resolve matters with her mum. And during this time period, Cavya will become the biggest pillar of strengths for each other. We have already started to see Cabir's feelings of ignorance and isolation as the rest of his friends are busy to sort out their own individual lives. And I feel this is where he will find his support outside of Fab 5 too.

Now for the promo. My manik has himself confessed that there is hope. He can see it himself now. He can almost feel her presence back permanently into his life. But his mind has been banning him to tread on that path. On the other side, Abhi's words will bring in a new level of confidence in Nandini. As they say, if you really want to understand the importance of life you should ask someone who is dying day by day and isn't able to do anything about it. Abhi has always been the elder brother, the guide Nandini never had. And again we will see that tomorrow he teaches another very valuable lesson of life to her. She won't waste anymore time after this in winning back Manik. We will see her urge to spend more time with him too perhaps because life's too short and predictable. I'm excited to see how their growing love for each other will keep them away any longer.

Alrightey guys... so sorry this wasn't posted sooner. Nevertheless I hope you enjoyed last night's episode!

Stay Smiling :)
