Currently hosting the reality show Rise and Fall, Ashneer took to social media on Friday, September 26, to share what he says is a screenshot of an official email from the makers of Bigg Boss 19. The email, allegedly sent by a Senior Casting Coordinator from the show’s team, was addressed directly to Ashneer and praised his strong public image. “Your dynamic personality, engaging social media presence, and unique appeal have caught the attention of our casting team, making you a strong candidate for this exciting role,” the email stated.

However, Ashneer didn’t let the moment pass without throwing in his trademark sarcasm. Sharing the screenshot on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, he wrote, “Itni bhauklahat – kuchh zyaada hi competition de diya Rise & Fall ne lagta hai! Is bechaare casting director ki to khair nahi aaj.” The comment appeared to mock the idea that his current show might be rattling the popularity of Bigg Boss 19, pushing its team into a hasty casting attempt.

Taking a playful jab at the show's host Salman Khan, Ashneer added, “Haha! Salman bhai se pooch le!! Mai to free ho jaaunga tab tak.” He also poked fun at the email’s impersonal tone, suggesting it was part of a bulk mailing campaign rather than a personal invitation. “Yeh ‘mail merge’ kisi ki to naukri khayega,” he quipped, referring to the mass emailing tool often used in marketing.

While the authenticity of the email has not been independently verified, Ashneer's post has gone viral, sparking speculation and plenty of laughter online.
