Jodha's drunk/not drunk venom in history isn't yet clarified..but it seems in serial cvs r feeding venom to jodha for increasing extra spicy in track..so the base of any one track till date in show isn't implausible..but the way cvs add phaltu mirchi with every track its realy unsustainable.

Even if Jodha didn't drink any poison or any such thing, she could have been the driving force behind trying to catch the culprit...and that's why the two aspects have been linked in the show...

Making this answer as an update.

Was busy trying to get more information on Benazir track. But, could not get much, so posting whatever i have, TILL NOW. Actually, that book is not readable. It's badly tattered. The person, who translated that Persian source, could tell me few lines in between,😕 from this book. I am writing, what he told, in sequential order.(guess the rest yourself. No option)

Sending Vishkanya was a joint conspiracy of Mahchuchak Begum(Hakim's mother) and Abul Maali(Akbar's brother in law).
Yes, the vishkanya was sent by Abul Maali, in reality also, from Kabul, planned with Hakim's mom. (don't know was/when she exposed ..!..)

That book further maintained, Akbar was moved after this event. (could not read entire episode. Reason-book was not readable.!.
Still, i feel why was he moved after this incident..?..😕. Think.)


Regarding Vishkanya track the author mentioned -> Abul Fazl has not mentioned this incident...!

One more thing, that book mentioned one Kamal Khan. And, in references said him to be a Subedar of Punjab. (In episode Benazir talked of one Kamal Khan. Don't know if here also we have same Kamal Khan..)


Inference:
I feel this clears ONE confusion regarding timeline of the events. Since, this conspiracy was hatched along with Mahchuchak Begum, and she died in April 1564, obviously this means, that the incident, MATCHES with timeline of the show.

Further, the "next" episode about an attack, in that book after Vishkanya was -->> "Another incident, which involved Akbar and his Hindu Sultana was, when Akbar was attacked in Agra'a Palace only, by a person who acted to be a soldier. And, during some 'jashn' attacked Akbar, but missed. And, ate poison and died. So, the person was not identified, but he was suspected to be a Rajput who opposed Akbar's marriage with MUZ. Bhagwandas assured Akbar, Rajputs won't attack from back, and so if it's proved that it was any Rajput behind this,then he will fight against them. Akbar believed him, but investigated further. End-result was missing from that source. Let's see, if this comes on show.

@blue above -- What you feel by another episode involving Akbar and his Hindu Sultana, and WHY here Bhagwandas interfered..?Due to his sister?..!!...

Does, "" Another incident, which involved Akbar and his Hindu Sultana"" means that in Vishkanya episode also Harka/MUZ was involved..?? I could NOT read it, since book was not readable..!..

1 more attack on Akbar in Agra Fort itself is mentioned, after above attack. 😕.🥱, could not read it. Language was not clear.

After all, we are just digging history, and can't access every resource. Our badluck - got the book, still could not get the point totally. Despite doing every possible attempt, could not read entire account properly, but it clearly points to a MAJOR involvement of his Hindu Sultana/Begum, and it makes me wonder did she actually drank/ate poison. Kuch to hai. !.?

surely certain incidents did happen as a repercussion after his marriage to HK...but 1 piece of reality check...😃
In real history, Akbar did NOT get married to the Zehrili DoShiza...or even plan to do so...so his chance of drinking poison in this way is not possible...and similarly, HK running in to take the poison and drink it on his behalf , is equally not possible...!!😕
(Though I do not rule out the fact that HK did save her husband from certain life-threats..directly or indirectly...😉)
The animosity created by the CVs between the screen Ja-Jo needed this kind of a Life-Death situation...and hence this Nikaah-Poison-Drinking sequence was formulated...😳
Without this kind of extremity, the CVs would have been unable to close the Gap between Ja-Jo...
hence please forgive them for their Creative liberty and take a Chill Pill...!!😆

From what you wrote, what comes across is Jodha/MUZ WAS involved in this matter. That is why the sentense "ANOTHER incident which involved AKbar & his Hindu Sultana" that certainly means there was an incident BEFORE this.
MUZ would have been involved certainly in saving Akbar's life or atleast instrumental in revealing the conspiracy.

I think certainly seeing the real threat to Akbar's life SURELY his hakims would consider poisoning is strong possibility (that is why he had taster taste his food before eating). They could be keeping stock of anti-dote as a matter of routine with them. IN CASE an attack is made with poison they should be prepared. So if real MUZ did ingest the poison for Akbar, maybe they DID HAVE ANTI-DOTE handy.

It would be great if you can somehow read the book fully😊

About what everybody is asking IF REAL MUZ DID DRINK POISON TO SAVE AKBAR'S LIFE? AND HOW THEY ARE PORTRAYING IN THE SERIAL IF JODHA WILL BE SHOWN DRINKING POISON TO SAVE JALAL'S LIFE.

Here maybe we should look at the serial disclaimer - "UCHIT AUR NATIKIYA RUPANTAR" of actual events.
So maybe in reality MUZ/Jodha was instrumental in uncovering the plot on Akbar's life through Vishkanya, the CVs could have decided to do the natkiya rupantar this way😆

In serial JA - the Jodha-Jalal relationship has been shown deteriorated to such an extent that ONLY an act of such extreme nature can get it back on track.

Lets say if Jodha snatches the sevaiya from Jalal's hands and attempts to eat/drink them. If Jalal stops her AND asks somebody ELSE to eat say Zakira

The CVs can surely show that fearing such an accusation again maybe Ben ALREADY could have given Zakira the anti-dote to poison before. So what if AGAIN if nothing happens to Zakira, Jodha will be proved wrong

What if the screeching banshee & white witch AGAIN ACCUSE that Jodha is again accusing Ben without proof. What if they say Jodha spiked the sevaiya for Ben, and seeing Jalal also going to eat them snatched the sevaiya to STOP ONLY JALAL FROM EATING THEM. They can easily say since these kind of customs did not take place during Jodha Jalal marriage, she might know if Jalal also will drinnk/eat.

Jalal ALREADY thinks that Jodha is willing to go to any extent because of her jealousy towards Ben. Even with arrow in hand Jalal thinks this. In the scene when Jodha is walking out with Kanha in her hands Jalal asks her sarcastically if Jodha is now so jealous of Ben that she has decided to go back to Amer. The serial Jalal is so far gone in his jealous Jodha conviction THAT ONLY AN ACT OF SUCH NATURE FROM JODHA WILL SHAKE HIM.

I think that extremely vicious dialogue by Jalal in episode, that he feels ghrina to look at Jodha's face, he will not look at her even if she is dying - points to extreme step by Jodha. Only that can shake this kind of extreme hatred in Jalal.

I think that was the first time Jalal goes to Jodha's hojara after the "DHAKKA" incident, so after Rukayya accuses him of siding with Jodha, will all that in mind AND HIS DEVOTED HATE JODHA FIERCELY AUDIENCE in front of him Jalal utters he will NOT STEP INTO THIS HOJRA EVER AGAIN.

At NOT getting any kind of reaction to this Jalal was enraged even further, he was in such fuming insulted state, that he is insulting Jodha and she is not even reacting.

Such dialogue was inserted surely for Jodha to drink poison for Jalal so that he gets shaken up seeing Jodha on her deathbed and remembers his sentense.

If the CVs show Jalal stop Jodha and somehow she is proved right about Ben, that might not still fully get Jodha Jalal serial relationship back on track.

IF THEY SHOW JODHA DRINKING POISON FOR JALAL AND THAT SHAKING HIM UP TO RE-THINK HIS FEELINGS FOR JODHA, I want Jodha to later ask Jalal, IF SHE HAD NOT DRUNK POISON FOR HIM, WOULD HE HAVE COME TO FEEL WHAT HE IS FEELING NOW?

CVs have left only such an extreme step recourse to serial Jodha. If they show Jalal stopping her and Jodha proved right without drinking poison, I will be very curious then HOW just stopping Jodha is a turning point in their relationship which the soul talk conveyed - akele pan ki akhari raat and all that.

Jalal could threaten zakira that he will kill Ben and/or Abul Mali unless she gives zahar mohra to save Jodha. The very fact that they showed that elaborate search, zahar mohra in form of pearls means they plan to use them to save life, maybe Jodha's.

This Incident is hatched up...Means...the sequence of Nikaah-Poison-Snatching -Fainting etc is dramatization...as there was no such Nikaah...at least not documented ..but we really cannot rule out the possibility of HK risking her own life for her Husband...She was a brave and virtuous Lady...No doubt about that...😊

Hence, I would 1st like to know, do you want to know whether this exact sequence happened in Reality Or do you want to know what the CVs have planned...??😆
If , it is the 1st , then the answer is above...and if it is the 2nd..then ...Only EK Maiyya Knows...!!😆(Though I think that she will drink it...pre-cap shows so...)
