Fareb ya dhokha, kya doon isko naam?

Iss dagabaazi ka tumhe kya doon inaam?

Socha bhi na hoga tumne kabhi

Tumhare jhooth ko aisa doonga anjaam

Each of your poems for these times is doing full justice to show Durga. Lovely and heart touching. The ending is my favourite. Echo of the title iss pyaar ko kya naam doon in the lines.

Durga what a title , yes from his side it is indeed a LIE , a lie of life which is bringing him over and over at the same spot.Love these 👏👏👏

Jhootha hai dil aur dil ki baatein

Kisi apne ne dhokha diya dobara

Masoomsi wo muskaan jhooth thi

Aankhon ki kahi saari baatein jhooth thi

Thanks Javeria. That's true, he came such a long way to realise his heart's feelings but had to face this setback.

Thank you so much Viv. I am happy you found the last stanza powerful. That last shot of the breakdown scene with his angry eyes were conveying so much anguish. I've tried to depict atleast some of it.

jhooth was sach much too too god, durga... yes, to him, that is what she was... jhooti... liar. his very life seemed to feel like lie at that moment...

Indi, sach much? You loved it so much? Now I'm dancing here.

But on a serious note, was watching the scene again and again, and felt that that was what he must be thinking about her that she had been lying all along. Jhooth and from there I knitted this poem around it.

Thanks Mehr. Also thanks for sharing those beautiful thoughts. Yes, outwardly he seems calm, but it is a huge storm raging inside him which only Khushi can quieten down. But she will have to go through hell before that.

Rulane ke liye, dass ne ke liye, tapakti aansoon aur atki saanson ke liye maafi.

Par karen kya, aalam gham ka hai, ab rulana aur bhi hai baaki.

Thank you so much Wiwy. There was so much going on in his mind at that time, so I thought of going through each emotion one by one. Rabba ve started from the rain hug and I started from there.

Thanks Rhea. Full justice, I don't know. I still feel I could write some more, a little differently, maybe a different angle. Oh, I'm never satisfied with my poems. But, I think that's good. Keeps me egging for more clarity and a search for better words.

Yes, echo of the title. But, it wasn't deliberate though. I realised that as I was writing the lines. 😊

Faiqa, thanks for loving it. 😳 That's true, he tried to avoid a deceit again in his life so much, but he couldn't escape it. Though it wasn't for real, but it will take him a long time to realise that.
