True that. Trust the writers to take beloved characters and turn them into a pale shadow of who they once used to be. How I wish I could stop watching or at the very least feel less invested in the characters,

You have to be freaking kidding me.. after the umpteen times we have explained that Khushi trusts Arnav.. if people still say she doesn't.. then they are just being adamant that Khushi doesn't love Arnav.

Let me say this one last time.

Did Khushi ever ask herself.. why did Arnavji lie to me? No, right. She just was trying to investigate the evidence in front of her own eyes. Why? Not because she doesn't trust Arnav. But because she can't ignore what is in front of her eyes.

Suppose you tell your husband, honey, crows are black.. and your husband says no babe, crows are white.. dont you trust me, you tell me.. next time you see a black crow what do you do.. admit its white.. Normal people will ask the husband why he said the crow is white, when clearly it is black. But Khushi can't because Arnav will start with his dont you trust me, sweetheart drama.. clearly forgetting that he never trusted her even once!

She can't ask him about the DNA report, because he will go all crazy.. and accuse her of not trusting him.. when all she did was try to find proof to satisfy her own fear, given his explanation didn't convince her.. note, not that she thinks he is lying. She knows Arnav loves her.. there is no doubt about that.

If you ask me whose fault it is .. it's both their faults..

Arnav doesn't think it's necessary to convince someone with facts .. he expects people around him to blindly accept whatever he says or believes in.

Khushi on the other hand, has lost the guts in her to stand up to Arnav and demand answers from him.. ever since she got married, she became a SP bahu.. who simply accepts that her husband is God... and never says or does anything wrong! She blindly trusts him.

I am so sick and tired honestly.. of these people who just believe what they want to believe.. they are behaving like Arnav and Dadi.. and not thinking clearly. They say we are biased and Arnav haters.. I am not a Khushi lover or an Arnav hater, just someone who cannot stand these characters being butchered and will bash if the CVs do something illogical or nonsensical!

Infact it reflects what I had in mind. Kushi does trusts him... and gives him the benefit of doubt... but she wants to find the truth.. and a possibility that slaps on her face that this boy could be her husband's.

It is very very usual behaviour for a wife to act like Kushi.. infact no wife would be as patient as Kushi is...

I do not want Kushi to have this blinf faith that what ever her pati parameshwar tells is true and she is destined to follow that.. and I am actually releived to know that she tries to know the truth wothout breaking the trust she has in him.

I agree Tia, that "Dating" is a vague term! But when Arnav says "Khushi I am not Aarav's Father, dont you trust me? Sheetal and I were just Dating" what HE means is that their relationship did not reach THAT level of physical intimacey that will result in a child! THAT is what he meant, and he re-iterated it by asking her to open the DNA test and satisfy herself that he and Aarav have NO "Rishta"!!

But Khushi assumed after reading Sheetal's diary that he may have "Forgotten" any intimacey that he had with Sheetal?? HOW will he forget unless he is "Barney Stinson? (who has slept with like 100 women)! I never got the impression that ASR was a sexual athlete! So if that is not the case, how will he just Forget?? Remember this is a girl he was friends with and got on with well, and they even dated and became a couple briefly, only to call time when they realized it was "Not Love"!! (ASR's words). So, is it PLAUSIBLE that he would forget having that level of intimacey with THIS girl?? She is not some random "Bar Hook up" for him to just forget! Unless it was a one nighter at graduation or something when he was wasted? THAT is possible! That is the only thing that makes sense! If not NO man will say with such certainity that he cannot be the Father, IF he actually thinks there is even a vague chance of him being so!

I think Khushi needs to start thinking with her MIND as well as her heart! She needs to try and leave the emmotions of the "Kid who has no Father" equation out, and think rationally! She should TELL Arnav that Sheetal has disclosed to her that HE is Aarav's Father! THEN see what he has to say? This is utimaltey HIS call! He needs to decide if he CAN be the Father, and if he is dubious, then get another test done, confront Sheetal and ask her WHEN they were so intimate that this can happen?? She needs to get Arnav involved!

Like the SHYAM fiasco, she thinks she can deal with this on her own! We saw what happened when she tried that! Has she not learned anything from that phase? She needs to come clean to Arnav of what she knows! THEN he can act! It is not her job to "Move away" from the situation, so that Aarav can have a Father and Sheetal can just waltz in and try to take her place! She should know better than to think that Arnav would EVER give her place to any other women! Khushi needs to TELL Arnav what she knows!! There is no other way around it!

I agree. At the same time what I want Khushi to learn from this incidence, is to communicate with her husband. She needs to learn to trust Arnav with her feelings and Arnav needs to learn to be understanding and not make fun of her or ignore her thoughts.

Even I would LOVE for this to happen. Ya, Arnav and as a matter of fact even ASR will never separate a child from a mother. Asr too knows a heart beat relationship of a mother-child . If only cvs could make such nice scenes happen in our show !!! But then it is true that they need drama in a daily soap and so they will drag the track. But eventually I hope khushi will realise that her arnavji will never do what sheetal says and bring the truth out in front of sheetal and arnav.

does she cross question him about lying? no

all she does is think that he missed telling her some bits of the past

for whatever reason

she did dig

she did investigate

but now she has drawn conclusions based on that withc's story

plus the terrible raizadas who are jobless enough to keep pointing out the similarities

what is she to do?

Yes I am disappointed she did not confront Arnav

That she opened the DNA report

But then she is so mentally battered now

that it does not feel wrong

I want entire episode focusing on the wife Khushi.
I know she is selfless Blah Blah.
For 380 episodes I have seen her sacrifices.
At least give a single episode where she cries like a wife.
