Since the time of Dilip Kumar,BW stars have dressed only in all their fineries for Filmfare awards. Deepika was seen onstage hugging RS in jeans ,sneakers and an oversized white shirt . Filmfare brand took a hit. She was stating that,I came only for my Husband. F off Filmfare. Last time she did it to the same Times group- the once most powerful chief Editor Priya Gupta vanished..along with their entertainment section( cleavage controversy)

So I remembered right and there isn't anything why Jitesh would have a reason to support her strongly... He already had learned it the hard way since 2015 with SRK ... What Ranbir said in TBOB, is a rare thing in filmindustries...

Media houses earn a lot of money from sponsors and satellite rights for their award functions. For the first time ever in ..maybe 6 decades, Filmfare couldn't host its award functions-No stars willing to attend,simple as that.( i don't know about war time)

JP may be hanging on to his job by his finger nails.I doubt he will last,when he is not bringing in the money.Look at the stars he can manage to get for their magazine covers..forget about interviews with A listers.
