Wordd....I LOVED the fire in his eyes today. Kudos to GM for doing this very differently from the last time that Adi confronted AC in his need to protect Imlie....that was an Adi utterly unraveled, not knowing the scope of his emotions for Imlie but just expressing them in a VISCERAL manner.

Today's Adi was different in confronting AC....the fire simmering in his eyes was very different from the one we witnessed last time....powerful in a different way today because the Adi now warning AC off is one who owns what Imlie means to him in every way.....and that is why he didn't even need an outburst to convey the threat.....a low, deceptively soft tone somehow made it all the more powerful in conveying his threat to AC to back off from Imlie.

AC clearly isn't getting that the threat levels have increased😆....she brushed Adi off and still tried to sidestep him to talk to Imlie.....I feel like Adi was doing the lihaaz of others there but if AC keeps pushing her luck, next time the tone ain't going to be soft😆. Did you see the look in his eyes when AC was calling Imlie "manhoos"? 😆.....volcano phatne ke chances hain phir se😆

And then for Adi-Imlie, as you said....that sense of unit came through so well in this scene too....there was a haq in the way he stepped forward to shield her and a haq in the way she accepted him being her shield too....she never asks for him to come shield her but you can sense that subconsciously that is their bond since they have protected each other through so many dire circumstances....toh when he steps up for her like this, it assures her on another level even if she doesn't admit it.

And that doesn't means she's dependent on him to protect her....but it's that saath waala assurance she does crave from him. Baaki toh woh sabko khud niptaane ki aadi hai😆

PS-adi’s today’s outfit is lucky for us ,as we also got any adi first confrontation in this outfit.and we get clarification from adis perspective that how much he miss imlie and how protective he is of imlie. Thanks

Aditya stood for all of 30 or so seconds in between Imlie and Anu but that was an extremely significant moment. For Imlie seeing it firsthand after the abuse she had been through, that shield Aditya turned into was the tangible proof she needed. Small step towards trusting the partner in this forced relationship but one that was much needed. This is how her confidence will also improve. This is all she needs.

Baaki the casual way in which Imlie is able to talk about 2-2 Chaturvedis lying in the hospital doesn't make it seem likely that Didi ka mission of making Imlie a "Chaturvedi" is going to bear fruit😆.....Imlie toh laat maarne ko ready hai Chaturvedi name ko😆....

Dunno what lies ahead but I did appreciate the return to form today.....lol will take it for however long we get it.

More than those vachans, Adi ka vishwaas ke diye wala display seems to have broken through a bit😆.....cuz since then, Imlie has been a bit more receptive each time he's told her that they have to handle things saath mein and this rishta is not hers alone....ever so slowly she is coming around to listening to what he's saying and as of today, acting on it bit by bit too.

See when Imlie was abused by Anu, she felt alone, abandoned and dejected. She felt that Adi gave her dhokha. Today she saw first hand how he stood between Anu n her, Imlie gave him a look, that to me felt significant. Reminds me of their vachan to each other.

She also feels safe when he is with her, she felt that earlier and would soon want to feel that way all the time, instead of only when troubled or upset. That saath she will yearn for and will start reaching out more n more soon.
