Adi-Imlie and that sense of a unit building again

I was expecting this whole week to be yet another flaming waste pile😆.....but lo and behold, a return to form for Imlie big time today😆.

We not only got a lovely Adi-Imlie scene right in the beginning of the epi but it was like every character got reset to their core traits😆.....especially Adi, Imlie and the Tripathis.

The beginning scene with Ts excited about Malini's return initially made me think ki ek aur Didi bhakti scene hi hoga but thank god it transitioned to more😆.....Imlie was stressed about what Malini will come and say to the family so the family sent her away to rest cuz she looked distracted😆. Phir inke patidev ne lagaya jugaad about how to go after her 😆.....idea aaya MIRCHI khaane ka😆...to use as an excuse to go get juice from the kitchen and be able to go to Imlie😆. Oh man, such a comedy scene....Aparna insisting that Sundar will get the juice for him and Adi's like, "Please don't DOMINATE me"🤣....."Main ADULT hoon aur apna juice KHUD laa sakta hoon"🤣. LOL he even was babbling something about how he thought mirchi meethi hogi toh galti se khaa li😕😆......BK was trying to offer JALEBIS to him instead of Juice but Adi was like sab log mujhe baksh do, mujhe bas juice peene jaana hai😆

I still can't tell if even the half mirchi he ate impacted his garam khopdi one bit😆....family ke saamne toh "si si" kar raha tha but Imlie tak pahunchte huye ekdum shaant ho gaya instead asking her ki tum theek ho?😆......I am so SO thankful today ki writers ko ITNE DINO baad basic Adi-Imlie vibe aaya beyond just keeping them in maatam mode....Hallelujah! This scene had everything....Imlie sharing her worries with Adi.....even if the issue remains Malini, she isn't excluding Adi anymore like she was previously.....and aaj they remembered to bring back some of Imlie's fun vocab too without doing it in a mariyal manner.....haha aaj ka WOTD was TERRIFAA gaye hain😆.....LOL@ Imlie explaining to Adi how this is the highest degree of darr/fear and him bursting out laughing over that😆. Adi was very assured in his stance today also.....telling her that the house of lies has to fall for a new beginning to happen....she thinks her world will fall apart if Malini tells everyone the truth but that world was built on lies for so long so it has to end some day.....Adi as always is more fearless about the truth between them😆.....baaki they did their standard argument over KC real hai ki nahin hai😆.....but aaj baat ghumaa li towards social media😆. Adi trying to show to Imlie ki bahut KC hain social media pe, inmein se koi bhi Malini wala ho sakta hai😆.....to which Imlie's like aur nahin bhi ho sakta😆.....LOL@ Imlie calling that KC ADRISHYA PRAANI today😆

Adi's patience was about to give up yet again as he grumbled ki he came there to calm down Imlie but she is doing his dimaag kharaab😆.....he was about to walk away but Imlie surprisingly stopped him this time 😆.....and switched the topic to asking if IMLIE hai social media pe ki nahin🤣.....this bit was so unexpectedly cute, man😆......Imlie cajoling him to search for her name on social media....Adi initially being like nahin hai koi account cuz Imlie toh EK hi hai unique piece😆.....how cutely was Imlie watching him in this bit, man.....awww....sookhe mein hariyaali after SO long❤️😆.....and then Adi making up a pretend account on the spot to tease his Jhalli😆.....Description mein bola ki "Imlie bahut khatte swabhaav ki hai"😆....to which Imlie was like, naa, that can't be me then😆....and Adi's like, "Oh haan, tum toh bahut zyada TEEKHI ho"😆.....and then switching gears to pyar se describing Imlie as "Ped pe ugti hai bahut saari ummeedein lekar.....aur khatti bhi bahut faayde-mand hoti hai😆.....lekin agar thoda sa waqt do toh meethi bhi ho jaati hai"......awwww, Babusahib❤️😆.....apni saari ummeedon ka description de daala ki kabhi yeh Imlie aapke liye bhi meethi ho jaayegi ek din agar aap patience rakhein😆

Icing on the cake has to be ki Imlie for once is acknowledging that she feels relaxed, assured when she is with Adi.....Finally, FINALLY the writers seem to be bringing out that sense of a unit between them properly rather than keeping them in limbo....Adi is reaching out to sambhaalo her more when she gets rattled and Imlie in turn is starting accept that support from him more too rather than thinking delusional stuff like last time😆......Please Sita Maiyya, kuch din ki consistency toh de dena in dono ko phir se *jodoes haath*

Phew, I wrote a puraan on that first scene😆....but surprisingly that wasn't the only good Adi-Imlie bit today😆.......second half mein mil gaya Adi-AC confrontation where Adi warned off AC in his own style ki BAS😆....aaj garam tawaa bahut hi low tone mein warning de raha tha so it was all the more INTENSE😆.....ROFL@ the way he was like, "Hum aapki pareshaani samajh rahe hain kyunki aap shock mein hain, toh aap bhi please humari WARNING samajh leejiye"😆.....

Iske baad Didi was jumping in here and there to do her OTT nautankis so not gonna expand much on that😆.

Overall though, a notably better directed/edited epi after AGES. Heck, I could even sit through Loservedi crap cuz other characters were all balanced out and in character......shockingly Aparna was also allowed to stand up for Imlie again against AC😆.....but I know yeh jaldi flip maaregi again with divorce news isliye isko Imlie ko support karte dikhaa rahe hain😆

Another telling bit was when Ts told Imlie to leave the hospital to not bear AC ki bakwaas but Didi still tried to make Imlie stay for loser Dev Papa's sake😆......but Adi intervened and said ki Imlie nahin rahegi yahaan pe and it was finally Adi's "Jaao" that made Imlie leave.

Precap mein sherni Imlie is back, this time twisting AC ki arm in response to AC trying to slap her again😆......I like this tag team approach....they aren't showing her dependent on Adi for protection from AC....he did get his chance to stand up for her but Imlie is still standing up for herself as well against AC and that's a pleasant surprise to me that she isn't doing lihaaz just cuz yeh Didi ki maa hai😆

What an episode on all fronts wohooooo now this was the episode of the show I take pride in ..

So rightly said by you sookhe main hariyaali baarish feels ... sucha wholesome feel to the episode and the Aditya imlie bits woh poora range of their relationship so nicely explored aaj throughout.. you are so right about the unit feel them sambhalooing each other in various ways ado being the pillar for the imlie to lean on but also letting her fight her own battle and not being her crutch.. I absolutly heart the confrontation with AC he warned her just the way he should have but he didn't let imlie be dependent on him neither of them did they had a lot of dignity in the way they are allowing imlie to take her own stand and fight it and kya mast lady bhi rahi hai dil ko sukokn types.. I havento talk about the parallel of the epi 9 here the way she came in front of him then and he also did at first then too I mean that was loop closed then but a very nice throwback again with his eyes spittinf fire his aanch being so dheemi meaning so much more intensity while she watches..sambhalooes herself what a SEETIMAAR moment ek dummy my dil went hmmmm hmmmm hmmm. Kalabaaziyaan kha raha tha and then they added a sprinkle of extra joy with Mr and Mrs T standing upto the bully and telling her to mind herself and imlie is only here on insaniyat basis as she told rightfully and how dare ac ji insult ghar ki beti wohooo. But word imlie kisi ki na so so it was only adi ki jao that did the job.. she bhanpooed his mood and knew he meant business and it had that perfect partner vibe sirf adi ki baat isko move kar sakti hai and same on him...I loved the tone and then her acknowledging so openly earlier how just him being with her calms her soothes her.. sach main kaano main ras bharna that Imlie ka itna honest confession

The first scene filled me with rainbows it is just songood when you get to se these 2 vibing showing what they are capable for just give them thoda sa substance and and will kill it...can't help but notice babusahib ki yeh wali shirt is kinda becoming lucky for us too now pehle the shehad and curry episode and aaj yeh hehe.. also I am loving apni real.imlie and her old hairstyle phir se apni apni si.. Bohat pyari wali

I was laughing and awwing at adi ka juggad to go and see his imelia haha uss tak pohnchate hi mirchi ki theekapan khatam caz she is his remedy to all ... mast bit tha jalebi nahi juice haha and then inlie ka itna khulke expressing ke aasamn is about about fall and he wants her to calm down I loved her expressing so openly bina jhijhak poora haq se knowing he will be able to calm her soothe her and she was right him itne aarams e reassuring ke sach toh aayeva hi and better the jhoot ka mahal falls down asap so she can feel.light too I loved the mixture of poignancy and mazaak masti.. to her being brining her bhayankar english back as terrify gaye hain making him laugh so.openly after itna time too what a lovely moment and it was so in flow to the baat chest moving to SM And imlie ki curiosity ke Babusahib kya bolenge and wanting hiim to linger a bit longer with her when he was pakk ke leaving ke ab humara dimaag kharab kar dogi toh better I leave. I loved her haq se stop na holding his arm going pileez tell me about imlie and adi itne aaraam pyaar se indulging her.. absolutly heart the parallel and they tried to draw it more with the phone then turned off to garam tawa scene him describing his imlie and what she is pedon pe umeed leke ugti hai is meethi if given time.. and khatti bhi bohat faaydamand and imlie ke ever so soft expressions basking in the love and sweetness .. man man man☺️☺️❤️ these 2 namoome dil jeet liye mera phir se and am kinda overwhelmed caz I didn't expected.. Do not want to kill the mood of the thread but I have to call out Didi’s feminism phuski bomb - she did jack today while her mom tried to assault Imlie after giving her grand monologue on fighting for Imlie’s rights just one episode earlier. My heart was all khush at seeing that empty vessel 😆

Aditya's on the spot poetic description of Imlie off a blank phone screen reminded me of Imlie's garam tawa poem about him. Nice episode and so looking forward to the ferocious Imlie tomorrow.

Haven't watched the episode yet but the precap has my heart! This was due since much long. Whatever happened with her was bad, but what she did with others because of that is even worse. After finding out about her husband's affair, something which she was doubtful of since years, all she does is curse the village woman? Why not curse Dev? Why not confront him? 🙄

Glad that Imlie stood up for herself. Enough of lihaaz etc, that woman who just goes about breaking tubelights on your head and trying to slap you at any occasion due to her frustration, she dosen't deserve the respect anyways.

It's high time AC had the taste of her own medicine. Don't know what the reaction of the Tripathis would be though. But fiery Imlie is back again! She's reached her limit with tolerating everything that has been done to her!
