And done. I'm not going to go into the final scene - given the news leak, we all know the show down is coming. Oh but, quick mention to excellent camera work in revealing Gulaal's presence in that scene - her angry eyes, were pointed in such a misleading manner, it was hard to tell if her shocked rise of temper was towards Dushyant or Kesar - both seemed equally in the line of fire. But then came the precap - and now the article... and it seems obvious enough that Gulaal will try to snub Kesar and tell them both to first get back and get done with the pooja... Kesar being Kesar - on not getting answers will find the restless demons unleashed... and I suppose the real showdown will such a blast because he'll probably be forced to hold it back while Kunal is around? (We know he's planning to come and surprise Talli 🤢 ) So I reckon either he will just throw around bad mood when the guest is till there, and be getting told off by the elders which will provoke him to spill the beans - or maybe, just holding back on the temper will result in the outburst. Either way - high end drama to come... and last week for Dushyant? Sigh.
@bold - After seeing the precap that's what I thought too. Never expected Kesar to be the one to spill the beans though. I predicted that he'll be in distrust-Dushyant mode again at the slightest whiff of Dushy being shady but actually never thought it would be him to let out the truth...to be honest I'm kind of disappointed...It will be interesting to see how JK will act. On one hand she knows the truth of Dushyant being innocent in the dowry issue but on the other, will get a shocker at learning his murdering of his brother. Will she try to exculpate him by invoking his changed nature and disclosing raman's deeds in the process or will she choose to simply watch Dushy's downfall keeping in mind that saving Dushy will not be easy and thinking that at least one son will remain with her?
Btw - here's food for thought, before I close the post from me. So the family wants Gulaal to leave the house and go, because she knew all along, and did not tell them. Or is it, that the difference of being a daughter in law, and not child of the house finally comes to fore? Cause hello! Kesar has known it long enough too! Fine, a decade ago, he was a child. But what about now? Since the day he's come back - and far far more, since the day he's gotten his confirmation - that yes, Dushyant is the murderer. And yes, Gulaal knew it all and saved him. Why will he not be punished to withold the information once privy of the details?! Unfair much -? Or will he be?
It does seem unfair. If Kesar is the one to disclose the truth then it stands to reason the family will ask how he knows this and since when! So why only Kesar will get a bypass 😕 Have to say if that is the case then I'm disappointed by MB and PB. I get that they will be majorly disappointed and hurt (and rightfully so) but to throw Gulaal out overlooking who she is, her utter devotion to this house till now doesn't gel well with me. At least hear her out, she's human and like any human she makes mistakes! - this one is a very big one but still...it does show that whatever how the daughter in law is, at the end of the day she will always remain a stranger in her sasural...hope it will happen in a different way in the show...
Secondly, Kesar knows his facts. But he still doesn't know the reasons. Neither, of why Dushyant killed Vasant. Nor of why Gulaal protected him all this time. And to me, his learning of both those answers is significant. That Vasant was killed because Dushyant wanted Gulaal for himself. And that Gulaal protected him to keep the family knit together. The former answer, even more loaded, than the latter. I doubt it can brew up his jealousy for Dushyant again, or his doubt for Gulaal - but it's certainly going to be one heavy duty detail to deal with. Can't be a pretty sight, to say the least!
The angry impulsive young man is still there. He will have trouble keeping his anger and doubts under control that's for sure. Tough time ahead for Dushy indeed *sigh* Are we heading for a new Kes-Gul separation track? Looks like Kesar's 'I'll stand with you through your pain and sorrows' statement will be put to test...what will be interesting to see will be Gulaal's attitude towards Kesar now? Any guesses? After so much improvement in their relationship - to the point that both are coming close to realise leaving without each other is near unimaginable - henceforth, what/how will be their interactions?
