Now also when she said yes to him he was like he has won first step in getting her with him. He was very professional with her. She might get difficult working with this maan. Wherever she saw him was far diff from this professional maan. She was working in friendly atmosphere earlier. Will she able to work here..? How he will treat her. She was stunned to his rude harsh behavior when he said to him maan sir.

Chap 45

Ok I usually start from the beginning, oh right not just me everyone tends to starts from that order lol but right now my minds splitting into half and so is my face, I don't know whether to be annoyed or angry and that stupid lip on my face is either jumping for a smile or a frown. I'm that confused lol.

Call me Sir' what an apt title, I had realised she'll take his offer which ofcourse I was happy with but excuse me! His order, let's call it that shall we, threw me like a ball to the face. He just didn't ask her to refer to him as sir, did he? All that work for nought, from being friends he wanted to go back to the SIR business, well then serves him right. Let him work his way around her heart, without any short cuts. I shall be interested in seeing Maan slogging it out lol, there shall be no sympathy at least not from my side. You can tell I don't like this ordering' business, apart of my character lol. You either ask nicely or you jump off a cliff, ok the second bit is for characters imagine that in real life, I'll probably die out of guilt lol and then get imprisoned lol.

You are right though, this Maan is despicably irrational. I for sure don't understand him, and they say women are impossible to get, well if you throw a dozen men like him in the mix then I suppose the saying shall be very different lol. If and when you get him or understand how his brain works, give us a shout lol. So with my rant, you probably figured I don't at all like the ending although my face is deceiving my feelings, maybe somewhere I do expect sparks to fly because ofcourse Geet wont take that sitting down. If he was going to go like that, I'm sure she'll also turn back and give it her all lol. That is an interesting prospect, the battles of the sexes.

Vyan, I do love his character. A part of me thinks that's it for his character, and that with Geet's shift to Khurrana Construction he'll also disappear, I so hope he doesn't. He was, actually is that friend that shouldn't be left behind, he needs to be apart of her life even if Maan hates it in the future, well serves him right Call me sir' like how dare he, ok I'm not off that point yet. If someone like that in my life asked me something of that sort, I'll through his job back in his face lol ok maybe not but still like WHAT on earth was that about? However I'll be shocked if he's pulling one on Geet then maybe, a big maybe I'll find it funny but still. Anyway were was I, oh yeah so yeah Vyan and Geet's bit was so good and cute. He needed to be the first person told, however Geet leaving in a week left me in wonders, what ever happened to notice periods but alls good at least that way she can work with Maan quickly.

Ananya is the missing portion of the Handa sister's lol, them three are perfect for each other. Do you have sisters since you agreed that sisters are born best friends, I have a few and we share a special relationship, a real strong bond I must say which my brother was jealous of (one and only lol).

But yeah I think that's it, blimey did I just work my way up from an update usually its going down lol. I am getting really greedy here whenever you update Im like is that it, I know good things take time so I suppose you can take your time but not too long lol. Might I just add when did Maan turn all flirty with Geet (don't answer that lol I know after the hosp episode) not that I'm complaining but seriously liking and astonished by his other side lol.

I'm glad you noticed that and pointed out of this blooper. That was something I took creative liberty at. I didn't want to delay Geet joining KC for a month or so. So I just let the one week be her notice period. 😛

As for Vyan, trust me, he's not going anywhere. Yes, the focus will be shifted and he'll be appearing lesser but he's going to be there, annoying the life out of Maan. 😆

My two favourite people getting engaged was a great to read. Whenever I think about Vyan n Kittu this Bol na Song comes to my mind.

Nidhi's and Geet's talk, well that was kind of relatable. Expectations and then what actually happens. But like G said Kittu will keep him happy.

I really like the flow of the story. It's like I am reading a classic story. Not too high on emotions. A mature take at the plot. It's easy this way to relate with the characters. You meet with people, hit it off well and then sometimes there are expectations from that. But not necessarily you have to end up being married. And I like the way you took the story. Like it happened with Vyan, you meet people, like them and may want to explore things a bit but if the other person isn't interested you can't do anything about it. If course you feel had but then that's life. You move on and find better people, and that busy sized organ does beat again for someone else.😉

That is a huge compliment. Thank you. But I'm not sure if I deserve it. I don't think this story can ever be called or compared with classics. Those stories are timeless, beautiful. This one, not so. But thank you, nonetheless. I'm glad you can relate to it.

Now, I don't know if I have said this before but I really love the binding between Raya-Geet, Anaya-Geet and Anaya Maan Ayush and Geet. So its a pleasure to read their conversations, interactions.

This get together reminded me of the old days. The two men checking out Geet and their reactions it was fun.😃

Their bickering about the fact that Geet must have look the prettiest, it's great to have such friends. And then Ayush cheating, Maan-Ayush causing commotion and the kids waking up. Loved everything about it.

And that part where Maan gets embarrassed when Ayush comments that how many thought you were the bride. Well, Mr.Ayush the first one to assume such things was the Khurana man sitting next to you. His mind seems to be in cloud these days. All he does is smirks, speaks in riddles trying to act all wise n mysterious.Can you kindly fix that for me? 😆

Just tell him nobody is interested in those sexy smirks of his. He can save them for that neighbour of his.

Haha! The sexy smirks are all that the readers her in the name of Maan and his hotness. I don't really dwell on other aspects much so let it be this way. 😆

And having said all that I cannot help but mention that Ms. Geet doesn't seem that unaffected.

It's strange isn't it? I mean she keeps thinking, dissecting every gesture, comment of his. Does it comes from the knowledge that he had once upon a time loved her? Or the fact that he isn't the same old Maan and his behaviour keeps her on her toes and she is easy of him. Does she think that he will pop another proposal if he gets a chance? Why does she keep avoiding him? Unless she hasn't been able to move on? Something something happens Nivi you won't understand!😆

Oh, dear Nivi! Do not fret, for Maan and Geet are soon to solve all your confusions. Lol.

That man amuses me. And I like him too. I don't care if he has moved on. He should have. He's smart and a loving Chachu, a wonderful friend. And the world doesn't revolve around one person,right? Any deep feelings you are able to bury with time. But the fact is, as much as we know he hasn't found some other person whom he can attach himself too. You move on but then you sun conciously keep searching, saying people to see if you can feel the same for any one of them. And the fact that she is back and is going to be in front of him, my heart does expect some sparks.

This paragraph is a testimony to the sentence you wrote just below it. Such mature baatein are surely a sign of growing up, as you said you have done.

When I read my previous comments I feel that are biased. It comes from the fact the hero is Maan n Geet. So I am trying to keep out the names while thinking about them.

Glad that they could meet and talk as friends. He complimented her. And dropped her home. Like old times. She thinks everything is fine. Back to normal. But then few days later ends up in his arms. What a twist. What a twist.

And here comes in play our perfect title COMPLACENCY

WONDERFUL CHAPTER

I have to mention that I like the mystery around Maan

Earlier he was sweet and such a bhola bhala but. But man now he has that appeal, he knows how to charm and also fluster others. Heartbreaker. Heartstealer .You've increased his desirability quotient mutifold times. His smug behaviour adds to the demonic demanour. Lol.

My thoughts are all over the place. No bhi samajhna ho samjh lena.
