A very beautiful update Mari!
The first thing I want to tell you is that this update specifically made me want to go back to the prequel and read it all over again. Especially the Ayush and Anaya part. When Anaya mentions that Ayush would make her fall and laugh at her. It reminded me what a cute couple they are. And how sweet their romance was. And I noticed it today only, Yana and Shay, the names are derived from their parents names. Yeah I'm a tube light.
Now we come to the fall, that had me all attentive you know. Focusing on her thoughts and the body language. It was like I was watching the scene. Reminded me of the good old days. Thank you for that.
And at times like these, the mask slips. He tries hard though.
Mari, you know it's like calling in love all over again with your writing. To be honest I'd almost forgotten what it was to love you and your writing and this story. Distance does that sometimes to you.
So she is beginning to think about accepting his offer. And Maan he didn't tell at his home that he had offered her a job. And then when he said said somebidy's up and I don't want them to think that there's something between us. Ah! That's the catch line there. He's done a lot of growing up. We're not going to see the old love-stricken boy now. In place of him is a man who knows how to guard his heart and secrets. Or at least tries to guard his heart. There's also something like once bitten twice shy. He's doing what anybody would do, being wary. One time is an enough of an heart break. Fool me twice and shame on me.
I loved loved their phone conversation. Ah! So they were flirting. And needless to say Geet did feel the thrills of it.

Yes, geet isn't there a hot boy around you? Go out on a date woman! Easier said than done. Ask me? There's such a shortage of hot men in our world. Lol.And the mention of hot but and who comes in front of her eyes, Maan. Geet...behen...zara sambhal ke... And the pain she feels at the end of the chapter when he says he doesn't want people to think that they are romantically involved.
