Hi all..

My name is Shine. It was my first attempt to write something on our cute Maaneet jodi. I have read many FFs in this forum and now finally planned to write one SS.😊

Give me ur feedback on this.😳

*Not intended to copy from other FFs. If anything resembles the same, please do let me know and I will change it.*

Prologue:

Darkness... Darkness is all I could feel. Not in my room or surroundings but in my own Soul, thought a breath-taking beautiful girl dressed in a gorgeous saree, looking outside the window staring at nothing. She was wondering how her life has been changed upside-down in a split of seconds.

Her thoughts were disturbed by her Mom Rano Handa who was knocking the door.

Rano- Geet beti open the door dear. She took slow steps and opened the door. Her mother was mesmerized by her daughter's beauty.

Rano- Geet, u look so pretty darling, saying so her mother kissed her forehead and walked up to the cupboard and brought the necklace with matching sets that comprehend her saree. But there was no movement from Geet. Rano sensed it. She made Geet to sit in front of the mirror and started to put the necklace. She caught Geet's eyes, which had no expression but blankness.

Rano felt sad that her daughter is not happy with their choice, but its for her own good. If Geet is not happy then there is no use. So she softly spoke, Geet if you are not ready for this marriage then we can stop all this now itself but please don't do this to yourself beta. Your happiness is all your parents want. You say that you are happy with this rishta but I don't see any sign of it said Rano whose voice is now chocked.

Geet lowered her lashes not knowing what to answer her Mom. Its true that she is not ready for this marriage. But still she is doing this for her parents' happiness. Its very difficult to act normal all the time when you are actually not.

Khurana Family:-

Maan Singh Khurana-Age-29 A handsome, charm and soft natured young business man and MD of Khurana Industries. But when it comes to work he is very strict. Loves his family a lot. His family is everything to him.

Raj Khurana- Maan's father

Jhansi Khurana- Maan's mother

Annie- Maan's little sister

Handa Family:-

Geet Handa- Age 26. A very sweet girl but reserved type. She don't mingle with anyone easily except her near and dear ones. She loves her family beyond limits and can do anything for them.
