He was unbuttoning her top while kissing her shoulder. She felt disgusted. She saw a flower vase which is near the bed side table and caught hold of it. She hit his head very hard making it to bleed. He fell unconscious. Grabbing the chance she ran out of the hotel room in search of Deepak.
Part-7
(Continuation of the past)
Deepak was sitting in their favourite park in deep thoughts. She knew he would be here. They often used to come here and spend lot of time.
She smiled through tears on finding Deepak feeling that she is safe now and whispered Deepak.
He didn't turned back. So she came in front of him.
Her smile vanished on seeing his eyes in disappointment, angry, then disgusted look.
Deepak, she called him softly and came near trying to touch him.
He showed his hand as if indicating her to stop.
No... Don't call my name by your filthy mouth.
She was shocked and then shook her head while crying and said
it was all rohit's doing. I didn't cheat on you Deepak.
Oh really!! He said in a mocking manner.
Believe me Deepak with choked voice.
Believe you?... I believed only you all these days but you broke my trust today.
He showed her his mobile. Her eyes widened in shock on seeing pictures of herself and Rohit together.
Yeh sab jhoot hai she cried
Then what about this?
She saw a video clip of Rohit kissing her. Her head started to spin. What is happening here? It might be all Rohit's plan. How will I make him understand?
I was a fool. I should have believed Rohit when he showed me all this stuff. But now I came to see all from my own eyes. If he hadn't called me in the morning, then this could've continued behind my back.
You believe him but not me she said with so much hurt. He could care less now.

She tried to explain of what exactly had happened and how Rohit had planned all this but Deepak was not ready to listen.

she sounded really hurt with choked voice.
She couldn't digest the fact that Deepak was saying all this to her. She felt like she was standing on a fire. She stood there numb. Never in her dreams she thought that Deepak would just loose faith in her like this.
He is her life but what about him? Does he even love her to trust her enough?

She heard him say but was unable to react. She wouldn't give a damn even if the whole world is against her but Deepak, how could he do this to her!!!
It was not only about her love for him but also her dignity is in question. She would never let that happen. She knows who was at fault then why should she cry? Why should she explain herself when she was not wrong. Now after hearing so much of accusations and distrust from the one you love she didn't feel the need to. She will face it no matter what.
All my trust was broken. First Rohit and now Deepak. These people only broke my trust that I had on them. But here Deepak was saying that I broke his trust. I guess he never had them in the first place.
She wiped her tear filled face with determination.
When you come to know about the truth and repent then it would be too late. I wish... I wish I would never see you again Mr.Deepak saying so she left the place with no expression on her face.
Its been 2 years now, still Geet couldn't come out of her grave past. Its still fresh eating her within. She didn't see Rohit after that day. She would sure kill him when she sees him next time.
Though she said not to see Deepak again but the other side of her loved him so much that she was ready to accept him if he comes back to her after knowing the truth. Tears started to flow from her beautiful eyes.
To her dismay, she only heard the news that Deepak got married and settled in Australia. The little bit of faith that she had on him was also gone. She hate him but she hated herself more for loving him. She just couldn't take him out of her mind.
She was now staying with her sister Priya for a change. She easily found out that something is bothering Geet. Later when asked she couldn't hold back and vented out all her frustation, her inner turmoil to Priya.
Priya was very supportive like a mother, a friend and helped her to come out from the distress. She made Geet to work in their office for time being with Ajay. Priya thought that new environment might help her to come out of it.
Its been 3 months that she stayed with Priya. She tried all possible ways to get her old Geet back.
Priya- Geetu for how long you are going to be like this? Look at you! She made her face the mirror.
Look at yourself! Can't you see what you are doing to yourself. You are looking like a dead person. Thank God that you are staying with me. If mom and dad comes to know about this then..
No di.. I can't trouble them. It was all my fault. It was all... my fault... her voice choked.
How it would be your fault??? He lost the precious gift like you. He was at fault for believing all that non-sense. He was a loser!!
She took a deep breath and continued.
Please Geet, I can't see you like this. For God's sake, Deepak has gone. He never loved you ever. Why don't you get it, you fool!!! She was trying to knock out some sense in her.
What if he didn't love me enough but my love for him is true in all sense. She said with a slight tear.
But he don't worth your love nor your tears. Get that on your mind first.
Priya said while wiping her tears.
I know di. I'm not thinking about him anymore. I'm just.. I'm just trying to forget everything. And started to break down completely hugging Priya. 😠ðŸ˜
What wrong did I do di? To bare this torture... I'm helpless di.. I'm just helpless.. She felt so pathetic. ðŸ˜
Priya just patted her back and let her cry and vent how much ever she want. She knows how much sensitive girl Geet was!
Though it helped her little but she became more silent and would answer only when it was asked. She stopped trusting on people. Not that she thinks all men are same but she thought it is better this way and maintained distance with everyone. She lost all her hope and lived like a lifeless soul.
