Actor Kapil Nirmal, currently seen playing Kapil Bhatnagar in the popular TV show Mangal Lakshmi, has spent several years navigating the ups and downs of the television industry. Reflecting on his journey, the actor shared the best piece of advice he has received during his career: “The best advice I’ve received is to understand that we are all human, and emotions are a part of life—they come and go. You can’t hold on to every high or low for too long. Staying grounded and balanced is the key.”

When it comes to success, Kapil believes it is more than just fame or recognition. For him, true success lies in consistent self-improvement, having patience, and never stopping the journey of growth. “Of course, a little bit of luck also plays its part. But if you can keep moving forward despite the challenges, that’s true success,” he added.

Kapil also addressed a common misconception people have about actors. While many think the life of an actor is all about glitz, glamour, and ease, he says the reality is quite different. “Many people think actors live glamorous, stress-free lives. But behind the scenes, there’s a lot of hard work, long hours, and constant effort to stay relevant. It’s not always as easy as it looks on screen,” he shared.
