The cat and mouse game between Priya and ACD is disturbing Roja
pretty badly. She decides to take up this issue on a war footing and
solve asap. She takes a night trip to Heaven (Roja can defy Physics
and fly to wherever she wants a la Tamil cinema heroes !!) and has
a hush hush discussion with RajPriyan and Divya. They both accept to
execute the plan with alacrity

Roja comes to Aanandam thread and waits. The rest of Aanandam
fans are surprised to see Roja hanging around.. "some thing
is not right....."But Roja has a smug smile. Suddenly, ACD
and Priya come there holding hands and both are dressed in
casuals. Bon peeps out to see if it is raining and almost faints
when she sees a car parked outside .."Newly married...On honeymoon... Do not disturb......."

How did this happen????? Rajpriyan invaded Priya's dream
and did an emotional blackmail – " Priya , you promised to take
up my place and help my people. With so many villains like SKPD,
SR, Abi, Vishnu and Srini, you will never be able to do that unless
u have a powerful police officer by your side. Well, can you
imagine any one else who fits the bill better than ACD? Please
Priya, get married to him and take care of my people." Priya woke
up with a start and got convinced about the course of action. She
dials ACD's mobile no……

Divya visited ACD in his dream at the same time and made
a Karpagam remix.
" mannavane azhalaama? Kannerai vidalamaa?
Un yuirai nan irukka, yen yuirai nee yirukka???
Innoruthi uruveduthu iruppavalumm nana allava?
Kan eduthum paraamal kalanguvathum veen allava?

ACD woke up sweating profusely and reached for the
telephone…….

ACD's mobile and Omni's land line ring at the same time…….
Priya picks up the phone and ACD picks up his mobile –
both call each other at the same time… Priyaaaa...........neengalaaaa…….........

Next morning – marriage registration – JC and Shankar(???!!)
witness for ACD – Omni and Arjun witness for Priya, Raji wiping
her tearful eyes, Charu presenting the new car…… they are off to
Timbuktoo for honey moon – Aanandam fans are over joyed.......

(Bon and Jiggly chase Roja.... "You killed all the romance,
got them married???? how dare you???" The other "kill romance"
fan Eljay watches with glee......)

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

The lounge looks festive. It is fully decorated and all
the members are present. It is the "D" day for Tamil
serial' fans - the first star interview is on today in the
IF Radio!!!!

Atina is slightly nervous - " ozhunga sound ellam irukkumaa??
Hope they will broadcast the whole thing with out any
cuts..." - some one delivered a letter to Atina - she is yet to
open that!!!

Jas is relaxing, the past week was busy at work - she was
just able to sneak in only - now, she is back to her usual
routine - can spend as much time as she wants here -
" will Roj give me the tutor's post???" -

Usha is all excited - she is back to school and will do her
dream course - she has hidden her Garuda Puranam copy -
she is going to be busy from now on and she does not want
any one stealing her book!!

Ho is happy - she finished doling out bouquets and brick bats
to Vaathu - she cant wait to see what the others have in mind!!
' Roja said that I have to head Vaathu school.... Giri, Roja and
Jas as tutors..... ithunga moonaiyum epdi control panrathu???"
well, she does have a tough job ahead...

Tamil is away on a camp ... when she comes back, she is
in for some more surprises!!!

Pat is very pleased - she is able to log on to IF from work!!!
She is very cut up with MGR university's decision of giving
a Doctorate to an actor - "for what??? dancing for songs like
vadu maanga and mambazham??? I break my bones with my
job, home, children and work for my Masters'!!! This guy just
gets it??? " - A lot of others share the same view -

Sue is slightly subdued - some thing is bothering her - hope this
interview and its unexpected intrusions will cheer her up!!

Meli is busy - she is the coordinator - she makes sure that the
lounge has enough sofas. Kavi is still in the hospital and Meli has
to check kitchen supplies as well - Roja brought a giant coffee maker
2 days back. The broadcast schedule for SE Asia is slightly bizarre -
the members might need a lot of coffee!!!

Caryn is tired - she has been assisting Supree in the recipe thread -
she has promised Kavi that she will do all she can to keep the thread
alive and kicking!!! Supree has an advantage - she has a daughter who
is only too willing to assist in the kitchen!!! Between Supree and caryn,
Kavi need not have any fears about the thread!!!

Vani is back from her vacation - she read all the updates and
is now up to date!!! - " Looks like the serials did not move much .....
I have not missed much.... and thank God, i just had to catch up with
only one CK!!! too many of them would have driven me insane and
spoiled all my holiday fun..."

Giri and Roja are missing... looks like no one noticed!!! Atina
is walking around " kutti potta poonai mathiri" ...... Meli brings
her a hot coffee... " relax Atina, every thing will be fine.... ohh,
what is that envelope u have??? any thing important?" ..

Atina recalls that some one brought it some time back and asks
Meli to open. Meli opens and reads" Dear Atina, Good luck to
you for the interview broadcast. Me and Giri are slightly busy, we
will somehow be with you in the interview room..." love Roja.

Now, this worries Atina ... " somehow?? in the interview room??"
She gives a look of concern to Meli - " Meli , please catch these
two before they end up with some mischief during the interview, ok?"

It is Meli's job now to trace the twins - " ayyo, what a job???
No one can catch them unless they want to be caught!!!
Nimmathiya radio kekka vida maattanga intha Roja akka..
Ippo Giri sis vera kooda...... Roja akka orchid garland kathile
suthikka porennu sonnanga. Giri kathile eppovume jasmine
garlands irukkum... orchid kku no smell... hmmm enge orchid
and jasmine garlands irukko ange ellam thedanum. mmm"

Meli takes Serial, Rhodes and Vani with her to search for the
evil twins.... well, where are they and what are they up to?? we
shall find out very soon......

Meli, Serial and Rhodes get back just in time for the interview.
As Atina enters the sound proof room to conduct the
interview, she sees Meli entering. Atina raises an eyebrow
and Meli gives a negative nod - meaning - well, u guys know it!!!!

While all the activity was in full swing in the IF lounge, Roja
and Giri took a dash to Hahaha land - to meet Mr.Canseeall.
Roja had a sms from him about his new invention and the timing
was perfect. She had a quick consultation with Giri whose eyes
became saucers - the possibility is exciting and too good to miss!!!

The twins brought back what they needed from Mr.C -
promised to send him a feed back on his invention. Mr.C
was very helpful and explained the device in detail. The duo
got back quietly - with out much ado - some thing that has never
been their trait!!!

Rest of the members were attentive and ready for the live
interview - air conditioning is perfect, coffee mugs in all hands,
reclining on easy chairs - the stage is all set. Nithila/Jeeva is
already inside the room and Atina joins her - both nervous in
their own ways - Atina is dressed to kill and the artist has killed
to dress - some special dress made of some animal hide!!!

Suddenly, the members feel some swishing noise and the smell
of jasmine floating in the air - must be Giri, they think but no one
is seen - Ho takes her Rosary to pray " pei , pisasu, Mohini
ethanum vanthirukkumo??? Duo than illiye, apram epdi
ithellam??...." The recording room door is slightly ajar.....
phaatt - door closes.. Atina looks up and thanks Meli for
closing the door and Meli mistakes it to be pre interview
jitters - gives a reassuring smile to Atina!!!

Well, the preliminaries are over and Atina gets to ask about the
Tamil serials - Before she could open her mouth and ask what she
has in mind, she hears a voice telling her some thing in to her ears -
looks around, sees no one and puts it to hallucination - the voice
repeats and from here, the voice conducts the interview thro Atina -
Atina is in a daze and cant figure out anything!!!!

" Priya vukkum ACD kku eppo kalyanaam?? aaguma aagatha?
nanga enna dress pottukkanum nnu decide pannittom, CR enna
seyya porar???" - Atina asks.

The artist is stunned for a moment but hears a voice saying some
thing in to her ears - she goes to a trance like Atina and has no
clue to what she is saying!!!

" Ippothan Indhu and periamma marupadi oru round varranga -
Joe kidnap pannanum, KNK ai SR attack pannanum, Srini kambi
ennanum - ippo kalyanathukku enna avasaram?"

There is a swishing noise again which is clearly heard by all who
are listening outside - all are curious now and Meli quickly goes
thro the list of Q s prepared by Atina -" Oh my God, what happened?
why is Atina digressing a la Tamil serials?"

Atina: " Pancha maha pathakam nnu theriyum. Athile onnai
kooda Thols vittu vaikkalai. Athukku mele , he is adding more
and more to the list of primary sins. Thols thirunthuvaara? any chances?"

Artist: oru second thiru thiru nnu muzhikkiranga, apram
" Nallathu nadakkanum nna ella ketta activities aiyum
pannidanum,apram 1500 vathu episode le Abi wins nnu
kattituduvar."

Panic buttons are pressed and Meli springs up to action - rushes
in to the recording room, sprinkles water on Atina and the artist,
wakes them up and looks quizzically - both give a blank look -
nobody notices the swishing noise - twice!!

Chaos, pandemonium, clutter, incessant chatter - lounge is
topsy- turvy!! Roja and Giri enter slowly - oh my God, Giri has
the same mad gleam like Roja!!!! No one notices their entry and
so they seat themselves at the back and whisper among themselves -
suddenly all is quiet but the duo are oblivious - their voices ring out
clearly.......

Roja : Mr.C is a genius, illiya Giri?? we did become invisible -
could go in to the recording room and change the whole scenario,
I am impressed. But you should have discarded your jasmine
garland Giri, smell therinjithu."

Giri : " Apdiya?? enakku athu romba use aagiduthu Roja akka,
neenga Thols pathi kettathum enakku onnume puriyalai, oru
mathiri samalichen, sirippa vanthuthu"

Yes, u guessed it right guys - Mr.C made a coat which when worn
makes the wearer invisible - a la Mr.India!!! Roja and Giri tried it
out today and caused total confusion.

( For those of u who still have a doubt - the 1st Q was asked
by Giri and answered by Roja - the 2nd Q was asked by Roja
and answered by Giri - Atina and the artist were used as mouth
pieces!!! The swishing was because of the duo changing places!! )

The members are stunned - become immobile, speechless....
the duo walk out discussing about what feed back should
be given to Mr.C ..................

This is a Q by Jas to me when I was in the hot seat - Now that I
am off the toaster, I thought of making this open to all CK fans -
I do know that most of u do not visit that page!!!

Potato(PO)serves, garlic(GA) is near the net (VS)
Ginger (GR)plays in front and Pineapple(PL) faces the serve.

Love all - PO serves - PL gets all emotional - "Bible also
says the same.. PO is so nice and so I will just hold the ball
in my hand" GR looks back and sees PL stroking the ball -
gets angry, snatches the ball hits GA, GA gets mashed and
rubs on to PO......

"hmmmmm smells good" - GR remembers Supree's recipe
" garlic laced potato fry" - PO gets coated with GA and
is now handicapped - with out being hit in the eye PO is blind -
" where do u get such pungent GA??? SE Asia grows this
species??" Time out - umpire announces PL and GR as winners -

GR runs to GA coated PO, picks it up, hands over to
Supree and waits outside the kitchen for Supree to serve
the dish in a plate - PL gives a pathetic look - " PO, Bible
quote pannina ithuthan gathi, better luck next time".........
GR sappu koottufies and gobbles the potato fry ......
Her twin gets wind of this and comes running to share -
GR shares with jasmine with a mad gleam........

Roja: Giri illame PO fry epdi saapidarathu??? Giri, chellam,
Supree cooking epdi?? great illai.....

Giri : aama Roja akka, adutha match yar kooda vilayaiyada
poringa?? Na than umpire.....

Both lick their fingers - the rest of the IF ians drool -
ore jollu mazhai!!!!

(This was written by me for Muhurtham - For all those
who followed that serial and specially to our porumai
thilagam Pat - I was disappointed at the way they wrapped
up that padavathi serial, so took it up on myself
to rewrite - the end atleast!!! Depending on the
response, I will write the next and final episode -
inputs are welcome - those who suffered that serial can
send in requests for punishments - trust Roja to dole out
the best treatment!!!)


Jeeva sees Gannu/Rukku in the bed room.
Gannu's head on Rukku's lap and both their
eyes are closed - peak of ecstasy. The initial
shock of this revelation makes Jeeva angry
but she gets composed. Goes to her room, brings
her camera and captures the love birds.

Next morning, every body is up and about.. Nirmal is
the first one to go out - he rushes back in to the house
all heated up and calls out "ammmmaaaaa". Kalyani
comes and the rest of the members assemble as well -
as usual uninvited. Nirmal takes the gang out and shows
them the reason of his anger - their whole street is blazing
with the posters of the love birds - Rukku/Gannu faint.

It is not just that street, the posters are all over
Tamil Nadu - Ethiraj, Dhanraj, Suja's parents and
of course the rest (connected and unconnected) see the
love birds in action.

Kalyani takes the broom, Jeeva assists with cow dung
laced water, Srithar kicks with his hard shoes - the love
birds are on the street. Kalyani and co have a nice oil bath
and enjoy the hearty breakfast cooked by Jeeva -
pal payasam and basandhi included in the menu!!!

Gannu: Kannile neer etharku? Rukkuuuu
Kannile neeeeer etharku???

Rukku: kalamellam azhuvatharku Gannuuuuu
kalamellam azhuvatharku

Gannu: nenjile sumai etharku? Rukkuuu
Nenjile sumai etharku?

Rukku: namba seytha pava moottai - athu
namba seytha pava moottai

Thus singing, they are on the streets. Dhanraj joins
them and plays the thamboor, providing the perfect shruthi.
As they are singing and walking, Ethiraj sends his
adiyal gumbal all over to bring in the love jodi - he
does not know that he will get Dhanraj as a bonus!!!

To cut a long story short, Ethiraj's men find the
trio and bring them to a haunted depot - (Thols has just
vacated that place and took Saroja's bros to a decent
farm house) Rukku is tied to one end of a rope and Gannu
to the other end - They are tied in such a way that they
cant see each other's face - their backs face each other.
A pulley is connected - Gannu goes up and Rukku comes
down - just to make sure that even their backs are
not in the same level at the same time!!!

Rukku has visions of Jeeva " nee maama voda irukkanum
nnu thane ennai Nirmal kitte irunthu piriche, ippo paaru un
gathiyai!!" Gannu has visions of Kalyani " paavi paavi,
two timing rascal, epdi da antha kazhuthaiyaiyun ennaiyum
ore time le pregnant aakiney?? inime paaru, unakku hell than".

Both faint and the adiyals throw water on their faces and
wake them up " you have to be conscious and enjoy this".

Roja gets wind of this news and rushes to the depot
to make sure that this is for real. She rushes back to
the lounge and gets all those who watched and read the
updates " well, you have some entertainment, come on".
Pat hurries out and all reach the depot. Roja offers the
seat of honor to Pat - she deserves that much - and the
rest seat themselves comfortably. The adiyals get tired and
Roja makes sure to serve them cool drinks and snacks.

As Roja and Co clap their hands and encourage the adiyals,
Ganga enters................

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

Looks like it is festive season in the lounge. The lounge
is again decorated beautifully. The music is soothing.
Balamuralikrishna's utsava samprayatha krithikal
cd is playing - like a lullaby. But the members are brisk
and running in and out.

Meli has had enough of warning Anjali fans - repetitions of
posts and snide remarks on personal lives infuriate her. She
gave an ultimatum - " behave or else..." Nallu (Vikram) is
secretly very happy - who knows, she may be relieved
from updating this trash!!!!

Kavi is back - the lounge is maha thrilled - It might take
a while for her to resume cooking but her mere presence
has brought smiles on all faces. She is allowed to sit for
just 1/2 hour - an easy chair is reserved for her with
traction facility .

Jas is assuming the role of Chithragupthan - the moment
Roja announced that Thols will be the next one to get
bouquets and brick bats, Jas borrowed the mad gleam
from Roja and made full use of it!!!! She is not done yet -
it is just the warmers!!!! And she has a wicked smile -
"bouquets??? for Thols??? give me a break" -

Ho is all smiles - now she will come to know about Thols -
Though she had heard a lot about him, she never ventured
reading Kolangal updates - " one vaathu is all that I can
handle" - She is watching Rekha's kid like a hawk - he will
start running any minute and she does not trust vaathu!!

Supree and Caryn are very busy n the kitchen. Supree's
daughter has been given a corner where she can cook
what ever she wants - that kid is amazing, has a natural
flair for cooking and all the time tags along with Kavi, who
is only too glad to pass on all her culinary skills.

Supree and Caryn have ordered every body out of
the kitchen - they are busy inside the closed doors - the
smell is appetizing - Roja tried to sneak in but Supree
bribed her with garlic laced potato fry - " u keep off and u
get this , this and this...."

Sue is back to her analyzing self - she was upset about
her aunt's demise but has managed to surface - she is
analyzing with vengeance - with the new serial Megala, she
has more ammunition!!!

Riyana is faithfully updating Megala - too many K s and Ds
in the serial - she will probably make a list of the names
of all characters and number them - D1 could be Danda and
D2 could be Divahar!!

Giri is very busy - all u hear from her is "vichuk, vichuk, vichuk"
- she is swishing around!!! Her jasmine garlands
are touching the floor. She has some orchid garlands for
her twin.

Tamil is still away - it will be fun when she comes - she
will come out with the most innovative treatment for
Thols!!!!

Pat is just back from a short break - she is thankful to
Eljay for updating vaathu's Friday stunt - she reads the
update and fumes - "pot calling the kettle black??? vaathu
asking Santhosh to leave town??? grrrr" -

Atina is quiet - she had one whole load of Aanandam
sufferers thanking her for moving the cast to a far away
galaxy - GSLV F 04 lifted off without a flaw - will it
trace the cast of Aanandam??? Of course , this is
a good opportunity to know if there are humans out there -
if so, they might all dash to earth - the cast may continue
the serial there , can not put it past them!!!!

The only consolation for Shylock is that she need not
update the serial when aired in the galaxy - good riddance!!!

Roja is missing as usual - Vani has gone along with her -
can she control the mad Roja?? why did Giri choose Vani??
we shall know very soon.............

Roja enters the lounge loaded with carry bags -
followed by a dazed Vani. Giri rushes to meet her
twin and relieves her of a few bags. Both go in ignoring
all the others in the lounge.

The rest assemble near the dazed Vani who is gasping
for breath - Jas gives her an ice cold drink and wants
to know what happened. Ho is stroking Vani's head
and pacifying her. Vani at last speaks " ayyo, Ranganathan
street le ivvalavu santhu irukkunnu enakku theriyathu
ppa. Roja mattukkum engellamo nuzhaiyaranga. Giri
wanted me to keep an eye on Roja but Roja was the one
who brought me back. Roja/shopping/madras - inime intha
janmathile I wont do it again!!"

The impish duo is sitting behind locked doors - even
the window is closed - the rest hear only voices - "Roja
akka neelam enge? pacchai le vera shade kettene? che
nanum vanthirukkanum, inge konjam ellam pannalam
nnu I stayed behind" " Giri, antha red irukku paaru,
athu 10 than kidaichithu. But, I manged to get all the
colors of the rainbow - sari inge antha vishayam ozhunga
seythiya?"

Yes, It is the "Bangle Protection " (Valai Kaapu) ceremony
for Rhodes. Mr.Rhodes will visit the IF lounge for the first
time. The previous night all the IF members did a shashtanga
namaskarm to the imp duo and requested them to behave -
lest Mr.Rhodes bans his wife from entering the lounge ever
again. The duo sported a paavam face and promised to
cooperate but all are still very edgy!!!

All the members are glittering in their finery. Vani manages
to dress up and sits still close to the aircon. Kavi wanted to
check the kitchen and Sue got permission from the Dr to
take Kavi in - Kavi checks out all the food and is very happy
to see that Supree and Caryn have done a great job!!!

Mr. and Mrs. Rhodes enter - Mr. looks skeptical but Mdm
looks all cheerful. Rhodes introduces every one and looks for
the duo - the duo make an entrance, wow wow both are dressed
in their madisar saris ( their garlands in place!!) - Eljay
and Riya faint - " ivanga rendu perum ithanai pathavisa
iruppangala enna??" The duo have a smug smile and as
usual Caryn senses that there is some thing more than
meets the eye!!! She decides to wait.

Rhodes is seated on a high chair. Amidst the cheering of IF
members and Balamuralikrishna's melodies, every one
adorns Rhodes with various coloured bangles. " Hi, Roja
akka I asked for the rainbow and now I have all the colours
of rainbow!!"

Food is laid out - puli sadam, thenga sadam, akkara adisal,
lemon rice, curd rice, aviyal, paal poli, paruppu vadai, mysore
bonda, potato fry, basandhi, pappads, vadaams, fried mor milagai,
avakkai urugai, vanilla ice cream - last but not least a lovely cake
baked and iced by Supree's daughter!! Every one enjoys the food
and Mr.Rhodes is more or less convinced that this is not an unsafe
place for his wife to visit!!!!

Roja has bought bangles enough for 3 more valai kappus!!
She has saved some special ones for Tamil - well, looks like
she could be the next one, God bless!!

Jr. Supree brings the cake. ( Supree had warned her to keep
off the duo - "kannamma, antha pakkame pogathey enna??" -
but Roja managed to entice that kid (" I will take u to heaven
when I go next, ok? I will tell u stories, ok? me and Giri will
play with u,ok?...." )

Mr and Mrs Rhodes are asked to cut the cake - the duo and
Jr.S are far away from the table - no one notices - the couple
touch the cake with the knife and booommmmm, a loud noise
is heard - Mr.Rhodes is all jittery but Rhodes is cool ( well, she
does know the duo well!!) a big, life sized baby doll flies out of
the cake crying "daddyyyy" and lands exactly on Mr. Rhodes' lap
- The doll is kicking his limbs violently and Mr.Rhodes is unable to
hold - The duo and Jr.S are clapping their hands and laughing -
Mdm Rhodes joins them clapping her hands ( the duo made sure
to let her in to the secret - they do love Rhodes!!) Mr.Rhodes is
stunned and so are the rest!!!!

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

After the bangle protection ceremony, all is quiet.
Roja and Giri are sleeping - Jr. Supree kooda romba
neram hide and seek vilaiyadi vittu, both are tired.

The food was excellent - Sue had a real go at it and
forgot to pack some for Mr.Nair - Nair baiya was
furious - Sue promised to feed him at the lounge
on Jr. Rhodes' thottil ceremony.

Jas is yet to read the latest kolangal update - if she
had, she would not be playing three word game,
pattukku paatu etc., Kolai veriyoda alaiyara koottathai
lead panna poiruppanga!!!

Roja and Giri are having the same dream - dream le Ho!!!
" oldies romance enna aachu Roja?" - Roja and Giri unite
in the dream too - Paavam IF crowd - Rameswaram ponaalum
Sani bhagavan vida mattar apdingarathu is very true!!

Mrs and Mr. Megala, Mrs and Mr. Delhi Ganesh, Mrs and Mr
Annamalai and creeps' parents - all assemble. To spite the
director for bringing Rekha's ex, Roja plans to have the
oldies' romance!! Giri gets all the old songs-

Wow, Mrs.Delhi is the spitting image of vaathu -
but not preggie!!!

Delhi: I just called to say I love u.....

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

Lounge is teeming with members – all are present. It is
one of those busy days – August /September in IF
lounge is all about festivals/celebrations. Atina's
Star interviews, followed by Rhodes' Bangle Protection
and now it is Award Night . Decorations are over and now
the IF ians are relaxing – function starts only at 7pm.

Atina is still in a state of shock – GSLV F 04 sent some
snaps from the galaxy – Abi's smirk and RK maama's
suspenders were caught - ISRO sent detectives to the lounge
and Atina had to answer a load of probing Qs –
The mere mention of "Interview" makes Atina shiver –

Roja has asked her to chair the Award Night function –
Atina can never say no to Roja – she does have a
soft corner for Roja in spite of her constant clowning around
" no practical jokes, no foul language, no intimidations,
no bodily injuries, no hysterical laughs …. in short , none
of your usual tricks, ok?" – Roja imitated coma vakil and
his wife – just short of bleating " mmhee mmhee" !!!
Giri pushed Roja's head in all directions and confused
Atina - " what does this mean? an yes or a no???"

Pat looks happy – her Swiss chocolate won the US open –
4th consecutive victory- and Vaathu elicited a strange
streak of bravery last Friday – she spoke up for herself
but made sure to cover up for creep as usual, - not a word
about his misdemeanor!!! Pat is happy - " some thing is
better than nothing!!"

Rhodes had a tough time convincing hubby – he was not
thrilled with her idea of attending the function – " Oh no,
facing that crazy duo is nerve wrecking!!! What if they do
some thing to you??? Na innoru Rhodes kku enge poven?"
Rhodes kasakkified her eyes and the age old trick did work!!!

Jas, Ho, Sue and Kavi are deep in discussion – Kavi is
reclining in her easy chair – with traction.
Jas: Why is Roj so keen about awards?? What awards
and who are all getting it??
Ho: Jas did u notice some thing? Roja is holding on to her
handbag as if it houses her Yuir!!! The seven seas/ seven
mountains story is not applicable to her, I think – snatch the
bag and booooom she goes!!!
Sue: u are right Ho, even her twin has no access to that bag!!!
Giri has been looking at it for a while now – longing looks –
and Roja ignores???!!!

Vani is holding on to Eljay – She is still not out of her
Ranganthan street adventure. Her hands are shaking still –
she soiled a few of her skirts by spilling coffee – right now
she is off beverages!!!

Eljay is lost in thoughts as well – she wore madisar during the
wk end and some how managed to carry herself – some one
at the function commented about Eljay's madisar –
"Who taught her?? Sari ai kattikkanum, suthippala enna??"
– Eljay is looking for an appropriate moment to take this
up with Roja –" enna Roja, CK le nool suthara mathiri madisar
instructions aiyum suthal le vittingaala?? " – Roja has not
met Eljay's eyes – she knows that all is not well at that end!!!

Niti is just out of her fever – her son made sure to give all
he had to darling momma – this time around Mr.Niti is
not jealous " Thank God, he is momma's boy!!! You can
hug each other and go to slumber land – I am off to work"!!
She just read the Friday update for Kolangal - " oh , one
more BG song for Thols?? God forbid!!"

Riya is getting better by the day – Megala is her baby –
She has some regulars applauding her efforts and giving
moral support – She is not in Niti's shoes – not yet –
she is hopeful that this serial won't drive her up the wall –
Well, she is still young and dreamy - serial world will soon
prove her wrong – enjoy till then!!!

Supree and Caryn are baking a biggggg cake – Jr. Supree
was grounded – " no cooking, no IF lounge, no ketta sahavaasam,
Ok?" Jr. S knew that this was coming – she did some sleep
talking - " Roja aunty, Giri aunty, pls come and bail me out.
amma grounded me and I want to come to IF lounge vu vu vu vu"
Supree got scared and brought her over – Jr.S ran to Roja and
whispered " aunty, your trick did work, amma heard my
blabbering and brought me over" – thank God, Supree did
not hear that!!! So right now Jr.S is going behind Giri –
Giri loves baby girls – benevolently adorned Jr's ears
with a jasmine garland and taking her along!!!

Pokkiri is following Roja closely – he self appointed
himself as Roja's hench man. Tamil is staring at him
and needling him at regular intervals - " If u are Roja's
henchman , I am her right hand" both nudge each other
– keeping an eye on Giri all the time


Tamil has collected all the special bangles from Roja –
She is also "chilling chilling" like Rhodes!! She went
camping and is in a good mood – 10 days of "No Thols"
is "Great Escape".


Giri's eyes are fixed – on Roja's handbag!!!
"Roja akka, handbag looks very heavy, can I carry it
for you?" – Roja is all cautious and hugs her bag some more.
Giri never gives up – " what can I do next to make Roja
akka part with her bag??" Giri is also on the hot seat and
has no clue about Jas' next lot!!! Moreover, Roja will be
away for 2 wks and she has to make sure that the IF ians
do not rest in peace. Roja has already warned her about that
" Giri, after this , I am going away for 2 wks – you have to
shoulder the total responsibility, Keep them all on their toes -
all the time. Once I am back, I will take over sending shivers
through every one's spine, OK?"

Well, it is time for the Award night celebrations - All are
dressed in their fineries - the lounge glitters with diamonds,
silk / chiffon materials and healthy smiles of all the members.
Roja gets on to the podium - hugging her bag tight!!!

are extremely impatient . Atina is seated in the center and insists
on Meli joining her - Meli sits by Atina's side and holds her hands
for support!!!!

Roja winks at Giri – Giri has this amazing talent of reading
Roja's every move – She hops on to the podium and eyes

yourselves, ok?" She pulls out envelopes – well sealed – just
has nos on top- Giri will open as Roja announces –
ready, steady go……..

mustered all her energy and saw to it that the member
was banned – Bravo caryn!!!!

Caryn managed to bring out a good spread – Cake will be cut
