Good lord you like angst, angst one holds will always provide courage and strength, the past of kushi that was unpredictable, I was expecting they meet an accident but taking thier life is real shock. Hell the life would have been in that age, first to process what is death and topmost neither parent was there at least if you have sibling, can expect the sharing. But her position musn't happen to any one let it be in fiction alone.

Arnav, combing her, tieing pony tree, naming her kukku and the emotion stir of kushi can't be explained better, you wrote with right dash of emotion.

The share of latent willingness started to surface let not hope somebody stone in the calm pond. I can hope only, you angst lover sure must be planning to throw differt size of stones to make different sizes of waves. Bring it on I am also the angst loving reader.

Poor Khushi so sad what happened in the past with her and her mum and dad...from fairly rich background to almost poverty is a big jump and suddenly a person belongs to a different class. Sorry state of affair.

Khushi got a real and proper kiss as a present from Arnav on her birthday and he did't have enough nerve to give her the earrings.
Loved the whole scene of kiss in the rain.

The way he saw the vast difference between Khushi's situation and circumstances to his and the realisation was written so naturally and well, and he is also right to think that he needs to cover a mile.

By the way when is Lavanya coming to India. That will cause more complication but then that situation might just help them to realise the true extend of their feelings for each other.

I am glad dadi was there asking about Khushi, at least she genuinly cares for her.

Khushi's past is so sad and heartwrenching. She finally got to have a happy time on her birthday with the one person she has loved for so long! The last line sounds very promising - about happier times for Khushi?
