Chapter 5

Part 1:

In Boys' Hostel, at 9:00 pm:

Rajiv – Good night bhaijaan!

Samar – Good night bro!

Rajiv sleeps in few minutes while Samar is sitting near his bed and writing something in his diary...

While writing, he looks at corridor's opened door and he moves there to close it and...

He sees Karnika in the Girls' Hostel's corridor!!

Samar (thinking) – Is it a dream? yeah! I am really dreaming...

He looks at his hand and pinches himself... and again looks outside. But there is Karnika!

She is reading a book and Samar ... totally lost again...

Then after sometime she goes inside...

Samar – Oh God! She stays in the Girls' Hostel and her room's corridor is just in front of that of mine!

Samar (deep in thoughts) – Hey! You idiot! What are you saying? She is just like other girls and what happened if you saw her now? But she is unique... Her beauty is unique... And she is very nice girl... and... so what? You are not going to follow your heart!!!

Samar (confused) – What am I thinking?!! What is happening to me!!Why am I so restless?

He could not sleep the whole night as his mind was flooded with her thoughts...

In the morning, in the college (KPSC):

Kaksh – Hello everyone!

All reply (except Samar) – Hi!

Kaksh to others – What happened to Sam?

Harsh – Nothing...

Arjun – Lost in Karnika's thoughts huh?

Samar (retorted) – Just shut up!

Rajiv to Samar – Bhaijaan, Don't worry... She will meet you if your fate wants... (Smiles innocently)

Samar smiles back.

Kaksh – Hey guys! Do you know our Sam is a great poet?

Arjun (Surprisingly) – What! I mean... really?

Harsh – Wow! I am very fond of reading poetry... please Samar just speak out one or two...

Rajiv – Hey! Don't force him, if he wants to share he will... Kyun Bhaijaan?(Right bro?)

Samar is still lost in the thoughts... then after sometime...

Samar – I am going to the class... Are you all coming?

Harsh – Yeah I am... Oh! We should hurry otherwise we'll get late...

Kaksh – Can we go to canteen instead of class?

Rajiv nods in negativity and...

Arjun – Come on Kaksh! Let's go to the class...

Only few minutes are left for the bell to ring...

All the 5 run ... and finally they enter the classroom and the bell rings!

Kaksh and Rajiv sit together and Arjun and Harsh too...

Samar is in hurry but doesn't find any seat...

Teacher steps in and thank god! Samar finally gets a seat...

As he sits, all stand up to wish the teacher...

He manages to stand again and...

He is standing with Karnika!!

As Samar and Karnika stood they kept their hands on the desk in hurry and their hands collide...

Karnika looks at him and is taken aback.

Both – You here?

All sit down but they remain as it is...

All look at them and the teacher too...

He is Mr. Oberoi, English teacher, fat and wears huge spectacles covering half of his face. He is short tempered and of course his class is the most boring class for all students...

Samar (lost in Karnika's eyes and interrupted unknowingly) -

"Fate is nothing when you desire something deeply,

And world is nothing when you love someone deeply..."

Karnika is also lost in his words of love and is smiling...

Samar and Karnika realising that they are in the class...
