OMG!

I can't believe I missed out on something so fantastic!It's amazing,the way you wrote Manyata's Point of view,and really,the last lines in Red were great!The prologue was amazingly written,I love your writing style,actually I am in love with your story already!I can't wait to read more,continue soon,will be waiting!

A/N - Oh my gosh, you guys are bloody amazing ❤️ Thank you so so SO much for the lovely comments and the likes, I honestly wasn't expecting any of that! And thank you all for welcoming me into this forum, you guys are such kind and warm hearted people. 🤗

I'm here with the first installment for this story, I'm working on the banner right now. Need some good images at the moment LOL! Alright so I played around with the different scenarios and chose this one as the first part. Of course, if I was the writer of the show I'd have started elsewhere but I'm not, so I guess I can get away with it. 😆 I hope you guys like it and enjoy it. 😳 Please feel free to leave a review, thank you. :)

Part One

They say that you only live once. It is wise to see the world how you please rather than create false lenses that make you see good things the world clearly does not have to offer, to treat it exactly the way it treats you, break boundaries that stop you from achieving goals and ultimately live a well spent life. A pretty cool way to die, having done enough to rest your soul peacefully. Who says doing what makes the proper sense always has to be the right thing? What is wrong and what is right anyway?

The world was a cold place, a place full of people who had hate, greed, selfishness, lust and deceit like diseases that granted no cure. It was sickening to see people fall prey to their inner immoral and lewd desires, so much so that you wished they just dropped dead. Yet somehow, these people lived among us without a care in the world, without anyone looking at them with a single accusing gaze. If these people were allowed to do whatever they wanted, then so was I.

Sadly, these rules didn't apply to me because it was a very wicked and cruel world that bowed down to the powerful and looked at the rest with disgust. The moral of the story, you lead just one life, any breath could be the very last. It's the part of life that is undoubtedly unpredictable, the one thing you cannot change no matter how hard you try. There is absolutely no reason to live your life in fear and let others walk over you. No. I wasn't going to live like this myself nor allow others to live this way either.

I was just a nomad, sort of speaking. A traveler, a drifter with no permanent place. Everywhere I went, I aimed to make a slight difference if not the significant amount I deeply desired.

Noise. There was so much noise around me. Warm wind caressed my exposed skin as I breathed in the smell of ocean. The sun was setting, slowly starting to disappear right before my eyes.

India. It was quite an interesting place, a little bizarre too. Having visited a lot of countries, this wasn't news to me. Every country was unique and bizarre in its own way I suppose. I quite enjoyed it here, it was lovely.

I had a terrible day however, which wasn't a new thing for me but it was slightly different today. I got into a little fight with the people I was staying over with for the upcoming few months as one of my practical experiments, at least that's what I would call them. They warned me to back off from certain issues happening within the area because it wasn't wise and would force them to evacuate if I so much as to dared to even attempt doing anything. It shocked me at first, I began to wonder why the people around here behaved strangely. The initial shock was soon replaced with curiosity and quite a lot of rage. I was not going to sit this one out just because I was told to, that was not included in my job description. I began to question them as they proceeded to dodge each and every single question.

Long story short, they kicked me out because I refused to back off. I genuinely failed to understand why I was always a problem for people.

"Maybe it's my hair.." I murmured.

Whatever it was, I was having a hard time staying here. I needed a place to stay for the time being before I was required to let certain people know of my whereabouts. At this moment of time, anything was acceptable to be honest. Just as long as no one found out I was out here creating a ruckus because I felt like it.

I needed a plan, and fast. Maybe I could spend the night out here and look for a place tomorrow morning, it seemed like the only option too. I sighed deeply, tugging on the strap of my duffel bag.

"Looks like you're going to be my new pillow, buddy." I had worse days than this to be brutally honest.

I jolted all of a sudden as a sharp pain shot up the length of my spine, I think I had been hit with something from behind.

"What the heck!" I hissed in pain, rubbing my back gently.

I looked ahead to see a small pebble, I had actually been attacked with a stone. Fantastic. I turned around just in time to dodge another blow, seeing the small pebble fly right past me.

"Are you freaking kidding me?! What the hell!" I growled, this was seriously starting to annoy me. And I was already in a terrible mood. Not a good combination. Not at all.

Who the hell was throwing these little demons at me and more importantly, why?

I stood up on the rock quickly and searched for the culprit. Whoever it was better had left already because I was in a terrible mood.

Furious eyes spotted someone else at the beach, a man, judging by his body structure and the build. He stood with one foot resting on top of a little rock as he faced the sea whilst holding something in his hands. Pebbles. Son of a gun.

Before my mind could even register anything, I was already marching my way towards the man. He didn't seem to register my movements however. I watched him raise his arm up as he aimed to throw another pebble. Dear god, was he short sighted? I was right in front of him and he was about to attack me with another stone.

"Hey!" I yelled, causing him to stop his movement midway.

Eyes connected in an instant. Deep chocolate brown eyes looked directly into my raging hazel eyes as I stopped walking and stood a few feet away from him whilst he continued to stare. Now I was bloody furious than ever, he wasn't even making any effort to actually apologize. Just staring at me.

"Hi, you just attacked me with your little rock army." I managed to say as politely as possible, trying not to choke the life out of him with my bare hands.

I waited for him to say something, obviously not ruling out the possibility of him suffering from something medical related because in my opinion, he should have apologized the moment he saw me otherwise. But clearly he hadn't. Hence, my obedience in not breaking his face then and there. I would wait until he gave me an opportunity. Or not.

"I didn't know you were down there." He spoke after a while, causing a fiery havoc within every nerve of my body. That was it? He didn't think it was necessary to apologize for his actions, what an arrogant man.

He dropped the rocks from his hands and fixated his gaze on me entirely. If I wasn't mad I'd definitely be creeped out with his odd manner. I took a step closer towards him, eyes burning in hot rage.

"You arrogant turd!" I spat venomously. He blinked, surprise written all over his face.

"You think your life is more important than everyone else's? You honestly think that it would be easy to throw stones at me and not apologize for it?! How dare you mister!"

Every word was like hot lava, flowing from my mouth and landing on his arrogant face. I closed my eyes and breathed in deeply, trying to control my temper.

'He's not worth it May, he is not worth it. Calm down and just leave from here before you do anything irrational and utterly stupid.'

I opened my eyes and turned around swiftly, taking a step forward in order to get my duffle bag only to be yanked back harshly. Before I could even register what was happening, my arms were immobilized, by the very same man I had just spared. I rolled my eyes in annoyance, taking in the firmness of his grip on my arms as he suddenly pulled me towards himself so that we were mere inches away from one another. He was pretty strong, and he looked as raged as me if not more.

But what exactly was he trying to do here, scare me with his physical strength? Because it wasn't working, I was just getting angrier and annoyed.

"Manhandling me isn't going to make you feel good about yourself, you egotistical jerk." I hissed, trying to pull myself away from him and create a little distance between us. Talk about invasion of personal space. His grip tightened, causing me to wince slightly as he leaned forward slowly.

"You have no idea who you're trying to mess with, girl." He growled against my ear, his breath tickling my exposed skin.

"Pretty sure I don't care." I retorted, pushing him back slightly because, well that was all I could do with his muscular build.

He looked at me for an extremely long time as I continued struggling with his vice grip on me, maintaining the intense eyes and a stiff upper lip. Alright he was pretty much pissed. Mission accomplished if you were to ask me. I smirked at that, realizing that he was at a loss of words and burning within.

A small smile formed on his lips all of a sudden. It wasn't a warm, friendly smile that gave you good vibes. No. It was cold, emotionless, and wicked. It caused an involuntary shiver down the length of my spine in an extremely unpleasant way.

"You just made the biggest mistake of your life, sweetheart."

His words were punishing, mocking me in an undefined way. In my life I had faced many people who threatened me exactly how he had, but I never took any of them seriously. This man was about to change that it seemed. Something told me that this wasn't going to end well for me. I frowned at that, was I seriously questioning myself because of this freak of a guy?

I didn't get a chance to respond as suddenly I was rudely pushed back. I stumbled slightly but regained control and stood in front of him, seething.

"Freaking jerk." I muttered, before turning around to take my duffle bag that lay abandoned.

"Pray for yourself and your rotting soul that we never meet again, you arrogant sod!" I grumbled, lifting up my duffle bag over my shoulder.

I turned around, surprisingly he was still there. And he didn't look all too happy as he continued glaring intently down at me. I glared back with equal intensity as I walked past him, making my way on the busy road.

I could feel his eyes burning two huge holes on my back but frankly speaking, I couldn't give a damn. He could stare all he wanted, it didn't make a difference to me.

"There goes my plan of spending the night at the beach." I groaned. The sun was pretty much set at this moment of time and I had absolutely no idea where I was located at.

I continued walking alongside the busy road with a dejected heart. I was so not going to be sleeping on warm mattress tonight, once again. "I mean I could still go back to the beach and spend the night there, can't I?"

Well, I wasn't going back there any time soon, not until I was assured that the mad man on the beach wasn't lurking around. There was absolutely no guarantee the he wasn't following me, he could have been following me this entire time and I wouldn't have known. But none of that mattered right now. If I did see him again and he attempted to do anything, I knew what I had to do in order to protect myself. It wasn't that big of a deal.

"What I truly need right now is a place to stay, haan nai toh."

But where was a place worth staying in, exactly?

I looked around once again, unknown to a pair of eyes observing me. Watching my every move from distance. Like a predator hunting for its prey.
