Yes dreams can often be the product of over eating or over indulgence😆 we need to wake up.

I don't put any high value on dreams, but I wonder if they have deeper meanings. Most dreams are illogical, though. Like there is no sense of rationality or logic or systematic structure involved. It's like a magical, fantastical world - but even fantasies have a more coherent structure than my dreams. Is it because the part of the brain which is important to keep logic and rational thinking in perspective is in an unconscious stage - while the other part that has to do with creativity is more dominant (assuming my understanding of the lateralization of the brain is correct)? Or am I just spouting nonsense?

Most dreams are trash or an indication of hidden fears or stress.
But sometimes certain dreams do warn us. Pay close attention to early morning dreams. I have had some questions answered in dreams too.
some people do dream of lottery numbers too, now that is interesting.

Can you imagine all the wierd stuff that would going on in the world if everyone who was "following their dreams," did so after one of those late night spicy pizza dreams?
PS: If you want to make your dreams come true, the first thing you have to do is wake up.😉

These are pretty strong impressions, could not be just some movies, books or comics.
Looks like past life recollections.
If you have any fear of certain things then it can throw some light too.
Impressions could be in your subconscious mind.
Edgar Cayce used hypnosis to draw them out. I guess slowly more and more will be revealed to you.

Sadness, guess there is a story behind it all.
Shivering indicates some fear. Sadness could mean a loss or attachment or at times nostalgia.
