I can't sleep before it is almost dawn, mostly.
So, given I sleep all afternoon and half evening, I dun dream. There is one incident in particular which kind of tugs at me, though. I am an absolute freedom-freak, and I feel everybody conspires against it, and my obsession with independence is fierce. So this reminder of alleged conspiracy aroused once whilst I was asleep at night, it was rather dramatic and I reckon, I was stuck somewhere closed, and my relatives were being rather harsh on me, severe and I remember waking up all teary, dint know you could be emotional while you are asleep. But it did oddly make sense as it has a logical connection with my character. So, dreams, if they occur at all do hold relevance, I believe. Must be a science behind it, is there?
Yes we tend nit to hold ourselves back in dreams and are mire willing to express our feelings and fears.
Day time often we tend to supress our feelings and I guess it gets embedded in our subconscious.
Fear is a powerful tool and many fear ghosts and demons and they creep into our lives thru dreamsš.
There is a scientific explanation to most dreams. Except when we dream of lottery numbers and they come true.
