Nipun and Priya need to create new threads for their updates. They cannot make a post within the episode thread. And they are part of the dev team with rights to make sticky threads. The 4 stickies are sort of fixed.

And we cannot have one thread for 3 contests. People need to see the threads on page one. Otherwise, we'll not get enough participants.

As Visrom pointed out we do have a lot of stickies currently, so what we can do is..

1) Cut down the weekly contests. Contests are mainly held twice or thrice a month where we award the winner+runner ups. Giving out presents to the participants always acts as an encouragement and members actually wait for the next contest impatiently. I would like to request Visrom to consider awarding the members who took out time from their personal lives and give their best to the activites organized by us.

2) Written Update and Video Updates need individual threads as two people are clearly doing the toughest job for us so people who cant watch this show on TV can watch it here in peace. They deserve their threads to be pinned for everyone to appreciate. I would prefer if these updates are kept a sticky for 3 days (max) i.e (Sunday-Tuesday)

3) The Discussion threads opened by Prabha can be stickied from the 4th day of the week. These threads will have all the updates posted over the weekends+ the discussion on the 2 cases we see per week. Need your views here Prabha..

4) DOTW and MOTW can be opened depending on the response. The moment the participation falls from lets say 4 pg to a total of 2 page.. it means members are loosing interest. This is when its the topic openers responsibility to modify the thread a bit more..add newness to attract more members. My request to Chinu and Bhavna who are handling these threads to give their inputs here. Since you both are the organizers, have you felt a fall or rise in the participation level? If its a fall we should move into Weekly games (GAME OF THE WEEK) instead of discussion.

As awards :
1)We can create a separate post where we basically announce the Winner and runner ups.

2)Put up their entries for everyone to see. (member/non member alike)

3)Give them signatures made by any signature maker of India-Forums. The signatures should carry their ranks (1st/2nd/3rd) alongside a big logo of CID.

4) If the contest you have organized is really grand and have received an humongous response then we can arrange *TITLE UNDER AVATAR* award. For eg,.. I received the title of -CID banner Contest Winner under my avatar..

The title under avtar is the biggest attraction I see. Will see what we can do.

Signatures - not sure, we need volunteers for this.

We cannot give titles for every contest opened as this title work is done ONLY by the Global Moderators. The Contest needs to be really exclusive for winners to receive titles.

You don't require volunteers for signature making. We have a separate section AVATAR AND SIGNATURE SHOPS where there are hundreds of members who are making signatures. You just have to request anyone of them to make 3 grand signatures for us.
