Kyunki 2: Mihir gets Tulsi’s name written in mehndi while Ritik nervously confesses love to Munni

In today’s episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, the celebrations for Ritik and Munni’s wedding begin with the mehndi ceremony. Amid the festive atmosphere, small emotional moments unfold within the Virani family.

Ritik appears worried about Samaira at the start of the episode. Soon after, the focus shifts to the mehndi function where Vrinda is seen searching for her children. In the middle of the chaos, she accidentally falls into Angad’s arms. The moment turns light and affectionate as Angad asks her to stop worrying about the kids for a while and enjoy the celebration by getting mehndi applied.

Nearby, Ritik carefully applies lemon and sugar on Munni’s mehndi in an effort to make the colour darker. Munni quietly reflects on how her life has changed. She remembers a time when she worked as a maid and now she is preparing to enter the Virani family as a daughter in law.

Another cheerful moment comes when Mihir decides to get mehndi on his own hand. Family members notice that he has Tulsi’s name written on his palm. This leads to playful teasing between the couple as they joke about a groom’s father applying mehndi during the function. When Tulsi reacts with mild irritation, Mihir asks the mehndi artist to write “Tulsi heart Mihir” on his hand, drawing laughter from those around them.

Confessions, tensions and family concerns

While the celebrations continue, Angad privately tells Vrinda that he feels romance has faded from their marriage. Vrinda tries to lighten the mood and responds with playful affection. Their quiet moment, however, is interrupted when Ritik and Munni arrive there while trying to find a private space before the wedding.

Angad quickly moves away, leaving the couple alone. During this brief moment, Ritik admits to Munni that he loves her and also shares that he feels nervous about the future. Their conversation is soon interrupted as Paridhi notices Angad and Vrinda earlier and later catches Ritik and Munni together as well.

Elsewhere in the house, Samaira argues with her parents. She tells them that their attempts to behave normally may fool others but not her. Samaira says she knows they will eventually separate. Ritik overhears the conversation and becomes deeply worried about the growing cracks in the family.

As the wedding rituals approach, the priest suggests that an elder married couple should sit in the ceremony. Ritik recommends Karan and Nandini, hoping that the moment might help bring them closer.

Gomzy walks away feeling ignored

Just before the wedding begins, Tulsi wonders whether Gomzy will attend the ceremony. Mihir assumes he will stay away, but everyone is surprised when Gomzy suddenly arrives.

A brief flashback reveals that Tulsi had called Damini earlier and personally requested her and Gomzy to come for Ritik’s wedding. Mihir warmly hugs Gomzy when he sees him, clearly happy about his arrival.

Gomzy, however, notices Karan and remembers their past conflict. Karan is surprised to see him there, while Nandini points out that Gomzy is also a son of the house and has every right to attend the function.

Meanwhile, Pari worries about her daughter Garima but later sees Ajay taking care of the child. The moment makes Pari realise she may have misjudged him earlier.

As the wedding rituals begin, Mihir asks Karan and Nandini to sit for the puja as the elder couple. The decision deeply hurts Gomzy. Watching the ceremony, he recalls how he has often felt that Tulsi and Mihir never treated him as their eldest son.

Unable to control his emotions, Gomzy walks out of the ceremony. When Tulsi questions him, he says that once again she has made him feel secondary and that it seems Karan matters more to them. Tulsi later expresses her disappointment to Mihir for unknowingly making Gomzy feel undervalued.
