well that is what i said before too... Iam sure they will make amendments... !

True. There is someone I know who have been in relationship for 7 years and they couldnt have kids so they decided to get a surrogate. Spent like few thousand dollars in Delhi and went through some agency. When they applied for surrogacy visa it was like 600 dollars altogether something and it was rejected because they were not married. Although a 7 years of relationship as common law partner is as good as marriage but anyhow. They had to get "married" and they reapply again with new fees. The rest of the process was much more professional by the hospital and they stayed few months in Delhi and were blessed with a baby.

Yes raam agreed! There is more transparency now... Govt. Officials are now forced to work harder to cope up with the competition, there is less corruption in govt jobs as well... Earlier it was so much about the money , but now its hard work that pays off... Now interviews have been finished in some govt jobs, where they were not required as there was huge corruption in interviews as well!

Long overdue.
but I wish surrogacy was banned outright. If nature didn't intend someone to have babies, then be it. Try adoption.

The rate of physical and mental defects is really high in surrogacy. We have to ask-why? Injecting sperms and eggs in a test tube isn't a foolproof science. A lot can go wrong and does go wrong.

WELCOME move.

And that too. So France leaked the submarine secrets. What were they thinking. When had France ever been India's ally.

And what about Kill f**king chips?

Because it isnt discriminatory against single people or homosexuals or any other fine prints. Besides are we really expecting some stranger to do everything pro bono basis without any compensation? Surrogacy it quite complicated in India and the government does charge a lot for fees for it not to mention you must have a wife or husband. They only transplant the eggs it is not full on surrogacy like in other countries done through artificial or natural insemination.

it is unfair for homosexual couples, but india should modify the rule for them some day.. for now it stops exploitation and abandoning of babies.. its middle organizations who exploit this and benefit from it the most.. foreigners can go to US, mexico, and others countries where they can opt for surrogacy..

There is no such thing as allies in war business. It is a huge money market and these people prey on emotions. The US was posting its war ships during 1971 against India. France deliberately sold those defective subs. Russia sold their junk Migs which became flying coffins. There is so much ripping off going on its unbelievable. They loot the country with natural resources and rare earth metals and crops in lieu of their obsolete junk. They sell missiles to one country and defense system to another. Divide and rule.

Thanks dear😳. At times there is unnecessarily negativity spread about India. While its true that some things need to be changed but there are lot many things that have changed. In Govt jobs esp central govt ones employees have been asked to perform and give results and many non performers for many years have been fired. These are small steps but together they will make it big. Yes interviews for lower level jobs have been stopped for lower level and less skilled jobs say driver, cook etc.

not sure it is possible to have a "satisfactory" democracy for 1.2 billion people... everyone's demands are different and when not met pull out democracy card 😆😆

Yes it should be amended and there should be severe punishments for bad apples and also there should be a trust fund or some kind of insurance set up for the victims. They could easily do it with the revenue that they generate. Iam not in favor of a blanket ban. This process is very complicated and it just sounds simple for those who may not know. Way too much paperwork, money involved, DNA testing, exit stamps and all that. It isnt easy to abandon anyone. There is always upfront payment required and also bonded policies for the remainder. Foreigners can be anyone including people of Indian origin. They may not have a compatible match in other countries and would want their babies to look like them of desi origin.
