My Review of Main Tera Hero:

Tere babu ko itna maaronga ke aaj ke baad woh naa babu peda kar payega naa baby. 😆

Sorry but this was the first dialogue of Seenu's that made me crack up...that is apart from his intro scene in the school.

The first action scene was absolutely cool and then the way he gets all shy when the girls hug him. Aww cho chweet. 😳

Every dialogue of Seenu's was cho chweet, funny, hilarious, important, and cool!

And Krushna's voice for God was a nice touch. Oh and a small point...I think it was Salman Khan as the voice of Jesus right after the intermission, but not sure. 😉

Illeana and Nargis were nice touches, but for some reason I don't really like the 2. That was the only downside in the movie for me. Arunoday Singh was okay. He matched the role of the angry, over-possessive fiance really well, but he wasn't given much room in the movie to show anything else. Rajpal Yadav was awesome! It was so good to see him after so long. Anupam Kher had a nice role though he was seen less.

I won't give the movie away, but the first half was a lot of romance and comedy. The second half was quite a lot of comedy as well, but more action. Now mind you when I say second half I mean more like an hour into the movie.

The songs were too cool. Varun the rockstar!

And of course this brings us to the main part of the movie. Varun. My darling, my love, my handsome...😉 Need I say anything anymore! HE WAS TOO COOL!!!! COMIC, LOVING, ROMANTIC, FULL OF ENERGY, and THIS MOVIE TOTALLY RESTS ON HIS SHOULDERS and HE CARRIES IT OFF WELL!

Rating: 4/5 (just because of Illeana and Nargis)

it's a full paisa vasool film 3/5

Not much to say about story or anything as we all knew it's nothing extraordinary but it's VARUN's show all the way boy oh boy he did masala and how he simply was awesome and am not being biased here he really did super well reminded me of young Salman childhood days and made me whistle too in theatre hehe. The girls have nothing to do so I don't have anything to say about then except they looked pretty. The songs look fab on big screen esp galat baat and besharmi ki height wonder why they kept the best parts out of the promo. Also am so happy people accepted varun in this masala genre and the film did collected good total on weekend despite t20 wohoo varun

oh and i've seen the original and is till think the angad guy was a miscast ughgh sonu was way too good. and ram was awesome but varun lived upto it

Main Tera Hero: Fourth Day at Box Office

With a different and much entertaining story of a nasty guy named Sree Prasad (Varun Dhawan) from Ooty who is thrown out of the town virtually to go to Bangalore and prove himself. There he falls in love with Sunaina (Illeana) but then there is a cop Angad Bedi (Arunodaya Singh) who is in one side love with Sunaina. Angad Bedi bets Sree Prasad to pataofied' Sunania in three days and as one can expect, he does the same. And then Sunaina is kidnapped by some gangster (Anupam Kher) because his daughter his daughter Nargis Fakhri wants to marry Sree Prasad. Where first half of the movie is all about the intro and starting points of the movie, from there on there is complete chaos in 2nd half and how both the girls get their love is the climax of the story. It is a remake of a Telugu blockbuster, Kandireega.

First Monday Total Business of Main Tera Hero

The movie has concluded the first weekend with a fantastic collection at the Indian Box Office. And the audience craze is chasing similar pace on its 4th day too. First Monday seems to be happening in the case of this film as audience rush has not fallen much down if we talk about the fourth day performance of Main Tera Hero. It has accumulated an awesome amount of nett 22.73 Cr in its first weekend which is very appreciable. 4th Day business done by Main Tera Hero is also good and stands at near 7.5 Crores. It simply shows the optimistic trend being set by Main Tera Hero by its genuine romantic cum comedy based script and outstanding performances by the entire star cast especially Varun Dhawan.

By now movie has managed a good collection from the morning shows and evening shows and seems to be going good without any trouble.

Main Tera Hero Holds Well On Monday

Box Office India Trade Network

Main Tera Hero held up well on Monday with collections around 3.50- 3.75 crore nett. The drop is just 32% from Friday. The Friday was hit by the cricket and even if we take fair value for day one which woyld have been around 6.50-6.75 crore nett it is still a pretty gold hold with a drop in the 40-45% region.

The Monday figures give the film a chance of succeeding despite a weekend which was on the lower side with key being small drops over Tue-Thu period which then gives it a chance to hold screens and good second weekend.

Main Tera Hero has collections around 23.75 crore nett over four days and a normal weekdays trend will take it to 31.50 crore but with missed business over the weekend and a solid Monday it should do better over the week.
