Vandana trying to kill Maya because system failed her son is not correct. Ayan trying to harm because he was framed is not correct but still the reason for their action is system failed them.
When system fails people have a tendency to become criminals. And if they become criminals there is no difference between them and Maya. I have never said Maya is not a criminal. I am just asking if you are put in a situation like her will you behave different. If Vandana behave different, if Ayan behave different post the system failing them than going to kill Maya or trying to harm her, instead once again take the path of proper investigation and justice then yes they are different.
Maya is a criminal because system failed her. If I need to emphathize with any other character they have to behave differently believing in law, using its methods to unravel the truth than Maya's method. That's all.
Difference between a criminal and you is that when truth fails you once, you have the belief and trust in you to fight back once again within the means of the system to get justice. Justice has to be delivered in court and not in the street. For that someone who is denied justice has to fight once again within the system, knowing the system.
If that fight has to happen Saanjh has to stop mera duffer and concentrate on what Samay told her. it is justice for Ayan. She has to listen to her parents who told her she is obsessed about Arjun. Should have the courage to let go of Arjun than holding on to him. Can you also tell what Saanjh's mother felt was incorrect about her obsession for Arjun.
Vandana too has to stop going behind Arjun and try to kill Maya instead support Saanjh in letting go of Arjun and support her to look at the case objectively.
Behave differently from Maya when faced with similar situation. At this point everyone is behaving just like the 9 year old Maya who was denied justice.
