Somebody needs to give Saanjh another slap across her face for this question alone. The rest can wait.
Saanjh is allowed to be stupid, but she behaved like a sub-human creature with improperly developed cognitive faculty today. 😆

Yup. That was wow worthy too👏👏👏

Finally she has been asking those things which were on my mind too😆 now I don't really care who wins the case,

I just hope she remains the this strong.

PS: indeed Samay will be game changer, because at this pace and rate, there is no scope for Saanjh to loose the case.
Ideally when Arjun in his unconscious, he keeps blabber "Ayaan go away, she will destroy you... You don't know her... Go away" was enough to indicate that Ayaan will be destroyed... Because of Maya😲😲

Nobody has the right to mock somebody in the context of something like rape.

Saanjh can mock Arjun's family situation as much as she wants, but asking questions like "Why can't you handle a rapist" is disgusting. You either have to be a heartless asshole or possess sub-human intellect to even think of uttering such stuff.

So should Sanjh just concede because she can't ask anything to a supposed rape victim?

Everyone needs to know why could not Maya escape from him, was the door locked? why didn't she scream for help? why didn't she call security? where was her husband at that time? Was she alone in the house? etc.. That was the question to know further details.

There's a way to ask those questions. Saying, "LOL so you can handle everything but not a rape attempt?"makes one retarded. No sensible human being would ask such an abominable question.

She can ask for facts. But she cannot mock rape.

Agreed with Priyankazz

This is still a milder level... In real court, questions asked are just as pathetic and would make someone feel worse..
Just talking about what happens in reality and comparing it to what is shown.

In my pov saanjh was overconfident, she knows truth but don't know how to retrieve it. She has to remain grounded n cool to forsee unexpected threat (samay).
Maya was apprehensive i feel she wanted to separate ayan arjun but don't want to drag the case.

I don't think ayan is great help he doesn't even remember anything.

Right now no gud chances that saanjh will win.

No. Lawyers are no longer allowed to ask questions which are intrusive or overly uncomfortable in cases of rape.

A defense lawyer cannot ask a rape victim, 'Where did he touch you?' or any question which seeks to judge her past character.

A lot of changes are being introduced to the legal system in order to make things easier for victims for rape or sexual assault.

Saanjh was a behaving like a four-legged creature.

Are you a law student in the first place? If the judge isn't objecting her, who the hell are you to slap her and all?
Enough of your saanjh hatred please. 😆😆

Absolutely agree. Saanjh is a lawyer and she acts like a petulant kid who wants to one-up her opposition using ridiculous arguments. What is the correlation between handling business efficiently and fending oneself in an attempt to rape? Not only is it an insensitive statement but also from a logical and legal perspective, an absurd logic! If she'd maybe, just maybe put a body language expert at the witness stand and then asked Maya directly about why the heck was she giving into Ayaan's advances tamely, THEN it would have made so much sense.

What she did with Samay was witness tampering.

I shouldn't have expected much from this show😆
