Krystal_watz Not every sentence has to be taken from general point of view. What ur saying is about women in general. Saanjh said in what context u should understand. Saanjh was telling about maya s nature. She was opening up to who is maya. Her manipulations and slowly how proved her arjun as women beater.

Even I thought the court room drama was pretty flawed, & Saanjh''s preparation & questioning quite faulty...

1)what big deduction did Saanjh do by deducing that Maya is Arjun's psycho boss wife???...The whole world can deduce that without a paper n pen in hand, without a diagram needed for deduction

2)what made her think that Samay could have been kept away from court?...He's the only n the key witness in the case... The prosecution will definitely call upon him...Saanjh should have anticipated that n prepared her questions for Samay accordingly...

3)I agree with some opinions here that it was an insensitive remark by Saanjh that if Maya could handle everything so smoothly, y couldn't she handle attempt to rape? Handling a business n handling attempt to rape are two different issues...Saanjh believes that Maya has trapped Ayan, but it hasn't been proven yet...Hence, presently, Ayan is the accused, & Maya the victim till proven otherwise...

4)Aneri needs to tone down her diction ...Saanjh sounded pompous & arrogant while talking to the media...Even the dialogues given to her were Ott...

5)All in all, I was disappointed with Saanjh's approach to the case n the court room drama...CVs, buck up, please...

There's no such thing as 'general'. Every 'general' person is an individual. And what Saanjh said was disrespectful to all rape victims.

Secondly, the question itself was idiotic.

Sanjh did a wrong thing today;

Stopping Samay from going to court ( I actually didn't understand her logic, if she is so sure that Samay is her prime witness which can topple over Maya's case then he should be present in the court at least)

Rest I felt she was doing okay. The questions she asked to Arjun were relevant. Arjun was uncomfortable and that is the main aim of any lawyer; to force truth out of witness' mouth.

But Saanjh doesn't know about Samay Maya equation.

Secondly, in a court of law, you have to speak logic and not based on personal biases. She said something which amounted to "If somebody if highly efficient, they should automatically know how to fight rapists". That was highly problematic.

That's because u r generalising all the women so u r missing the main plot. She said it for maya because maya isn't ordinary women. Maya has done a lot which she has seen. As audiences we saw how she attacked samay and threw him put of running car and was literally about to shoot him.
