A defense lawyer cannot ask a rape victim, 'Where did he touch you?' or any question which seeks to judge her past character.

A lot of changes are being introduced to the legal system in order to make things easier for victims for rape or sexual assault.

Saanjh was a behaving like a four-legged creature.

What i feel saanjh is trying to prove that maya is obessive wife who does not want arjun to reunite with his fly so she staged rape .

This was what many of us believe due to circumstantial evidence.
So it is important for saanjh to dig the past but i guess maya will use it as victim shaming card , without proof it will look as character assignation.

Maya was apprehensive i feel she wanted to separate ayan arjun but don't want to drag the case.

I don't think ayan is great help he doesn't even remember anything.

Right nowi no gud chances that saanjh will win.

I know she won't win because she's got a backstabbing boyfriend.

LMFAO I'm no Maya lover. I've bashed Maya and her blind fans countless times in this forum. I've also said that all of this later might turn out to be Maya's gameplan later on.

Penfolk, you need to learn a thing or two about Human Rights and Courts. Like I already mentioned above, lawyers are no longer allowed to bring up the character of a supposed rape victim. Neither are they allowed to ask a victim uncomfortable questions which make her recount her experience in open court.

Hearings of sexual assault cases are also in-camera and not open to the public.

Debate with logic and common sense, please. And also get some knowledge before you speak. Otherwise you're just a Saanjh fanbot like the Maya fanbots. I despise the bots on either side, so it ain't a problem for me.

Absolutely agree. Saanjh is a lawyer and she acts like a petulant kid who wants to one-up her opposition using ridiculous arguments. What is the correlation between handling business efficiently and fending oneself in an attempt to rape? Not only is it an insensitive statement but also from a logical and legal perspective, an absurd logic! If she'd maybe, just maybe put a body language expert at the witness stand and then asked Maya directly about why the heck was she giving into Ayaan's advances tamely, THEN it would have made so much sense.

What she did with Samay was witness tampering.

I shouldn't have expected much from this show😆

Radha, it WAS victim-shaming. If Maya is guilty, she should be exposed and punished. But Saanjh on her part has no right to ask such asinine and ridiculous questions.

Thats actually called getting taste of your medicine 😆. If she is so righteous then nothing can stop her to win why does that to include her so called boyfriend who does not even love. Why does she need her bf to win the case if she is so intelligent

Penfolk, please please don't tell me you support asking questions like 'Why couldn't you handle rape' to rape victims.

I get ur point , rape is sensitive topic.
I have enough reason to believe its manipulation at the same tym i don't support ayan's manhandling ( though we don't know ayan 's version)

How saanjh can expose maya without showing/proving her obessive side ? Her insecurity to share arjun with fly ? Her past antics to separate arjun n fly . To show motive of maya ti stage rape

Than part 2 circumstances evidence should are otherwise against ayan . It will require manipulation to prove maya's manipulation.

Maya has advantage of being victim infront of society, sad few women really misuse this law n real victim suffer.

I don't think yet it is victim shaming but i wound saanjh logic no t upto the mark.her logic needs evidence. She needs to tone down .
