If Saanjh had considered Maya as a rape victim, then would she take up the case supporting Ayaan? She is a defense lawyer for Ayaan. She cannot ask what should not be asked, I agree. Judge would definitely stop her if she crosses her limits.

Sorry to interrupt. But I feel that everyone knows what Maya is capable of.. She's not an ordinary girl. Neither am I saying she'S a saint. She has controlled manipulated people. No body can defend Maya.

But today's episode didn't seem like Saanjh is fighting only for Ayaans justice... it seemed she had some kind of pent up anger for Maya. Justice prevails when you are fighting honestly for it.

All the things Saanjh said didn't look she wants justice to prevail she wants to take revenge on Maya for taking her duffer. Her dialogues reeked of bitterness and jealousy for Maya. How she ducked the questions of the reporters about Arjun ki saath chakkar by saying they were just friends when actually it's her unrequited love and not just friendship. She tells Samay not to come... which meant Samay's statement was obviously against Ayaan not like I thought yesterday. If she knows Ayaan was searching just for keys I think she could have chalked out a plan to defend him if Samay's testimony sounds against Ayaan. But she does nothing of that sort but tried to hide the most important witness cuz she wants Maya to lose.

All I am saying her fight doesn't look like she's fighting for justice but for revenge against Maya and to separate Arjun from Maya. Who Knows maybe Arjun is in this too... cuz he sounded so immature in the witness box or maybe he is actually that naive.

Rest I felt she was doing okay. The questions she asked to Arjun were relevant. Arjun was uncomfortable and that is the main aim of any lawyer; to force truth out of witness' mouth.

No saanjh cannot stop samay forever. Samay can't deny court summon forever she is trying to buy some tym to collect evidence. Samay can turn the case against ayan without giving him chance. Usually in such cases victim (rightfully ) have upper hand but sadly it misused also by some people

This particular post reminded me of Aamir Khan's Satyamev Jayate. In that different people were sharing their experiences what are the uncomfortable or inconvenient questions that are asked. Saanjh has told Samay not to come to the court as she wants to win the case by hook or by crook.

She is not actually fighting the case for Ayaan but she is using this as an opportunity to take revenge from Maya. She said there are some ladies who misuse this and frame the innocent people.

She says that she always stands for the right. Oh really? She knows that Ayaan has done that but still she fights for him. She tells Samay not to come to the court. This is the height of hypocrisy.

If that medical report comes, her calculation will go wrong. Even if Arjun fails, Samay will be the trump card.

That question was definitely 'crossing her limits' if we go by real life scenario.

In every single sexual assault case, the defense lawyer is tasked with defending the accused. They may or may not believe their clients' innocence, but they cannot ask mocking questions to the victim. It is prohibited as per protocol and human rights sensibilities.

Saying 'one can handle everything' means that they would also be able to handle being raped? What kind of an effed-up reasoning was that?

I would have surely appreciated Sanjh if she would be right. How can she say Samay not to come just to win the case for wrong person? Her dialogue is good but not apt for this case. If she would fight this case thinking she is right would be a diff thing but here she knows that she is wrong still... really felt shocked!

thats like saying that all rape victims are wrong themselves cuz they didnt fight the abuse!!! 👏

so girls that got raped are wrong to not hand "handled" the situation cuz they are not physically as strong as men!
