What does ratify the crime is anandi's refusal to file a criminal case against jagat.

Two completely separate things and one is not contingent on the other.

She can file a case against him to punish him and send him to jail while still remaining his legal wife.

True..But as iI mentioned in previous post,she's been blinded by the affection as also as she may hurt haveli log @ the ill fate of their ladesar.Next obstruction is the haveli / khandan izzat (A is a khandani aurat na)

For this reason only she refused even though Bhairon himself came forward at the very first instance

to file a criminal case against J,who later stopped by A bringing the izzat issue & won the hearts of haveli log.

But bhairon shd 've taken a decision n go ahead if at all he wants his son,izzat,justice 2 Anandi back.Why allow him to go ahead & suffer (himself & all incl G) later?

He must 've curtailed it earlier when he went to meet J at Mumbai itself na.What was the out come of Bhairon & Sumitra's visits to mumbai.had their pravachans n slappings worked out?

Similarly G also visited haveli to know about J.what was the outcome?

Even A herself allowed the affair to be chronic to the irreparable level.

There were occasions n opportunities neglected to create an un necessary (avoidable) mess that we are trying hard day n night ,tooth n nail with all our might n mind 2 find a way out.

Dear tinoo,u have a very good reasoning capabilities that I always admire.I request to use them to suggest the best solution that must knock the senses of CVs to pave the way for all of us to rest in peace.

We all are here 4 u to support for a practicable closure of the nonsensical n illogical treatment of the story that's dividing us.

Given the present scenario,what would be the best justice to all the characters unbiased?

@sreevask -- well thank you for the admiration but I believe I have said this several times.

My suggestion would be

1. file a case against jagya and ensure he is punished.

2. file for a divorce and ask bapusa to give me my share

3. move forward with my life and carve out my own identity.

I dont understand your logic -- why should she wait till she falls in love with someone else and wants to marry him?

At that time, it gives Jagya and gauri power to cite that anandi is having an extra marital affair (because she is still married to jagya) -- and consequently, anandi can be sent to jail for infedility or being badchalan.
