And speaking trees is reliable site it never give fake information and quora is also reliable site

Even quora says draupadi never call duryodhan call blind son of blind king and it's is true that draupadi never call such thing

And when all link giving same number of birth when bhishm committed sin then how it is fake information

U can test all this whether all this reliable site or not by searching other things and see whether these site given reliable answer or not

And I have heard about thorns story from old people

Quora is an opinion site. Everyone can post their responses there even you could do that if you want. Everyone post there by their knowledge, you for example if write there you will write this very thing despite there is nothing in your knowledge to confirm your claim. There might be correct as well as incorrect responses there

Speakings tree I am not sure about its authenticity but as we can see they have given multiple verses in their article but they haven't given the verse which mentions the very point they are writing the article which doesn't seem the way of writing Itihaas, as it is by the look of it, this site seems more of an inspirational and motivational page than a page on Itihaas

Coming to the all articles mentioning things, and t very easy the responder in Quota copy pasted speaking tree

Many of us here have read Mahabharata and we didn't find any verse suggesting such Bheeshm having taken multiple births (forget about what happened thereafter) and so are finding it hard to believe on this story, therefore we are requesting you for the vesrses to ensure that it's not a miss from our side.

Coming to old people saying well friend you will find many old people saying that Lakshman drew the Lakshman Rekha but that's not the truth

Just because certain information available on a site is true doesn't mean that everything else peddled by same the site is true.

Draupadi's comment isn't deemed untrue because quora claims it. It's untrue because there's no mention of it in the authentic sources. Quora users derive information from those very sources.

Coming to the 73rd birth story, it's untrue.

^ Why?

Quora is open to all and anyone can respond. Some replies are authentic while the rest are not.

If quora gave you precisely what was stated in the epic, kindly show us where that 73rd birth is mentioned in the epic? Users cannot provide sources from the authentic versions because folklores find no place in the latter.

Vasus were cursed demi gods who took birth just once. I've read this in the texts and I don't need quora to believe what I read. I can provide citations for the same.

P.S. There are too many folklores associated with the epic. But there's a reason why they are labelled folklores.

As I said Quora is a user answer site /app. It's just like someone quotes your post on IF saying it to be true because everytime they got correct answer in India Forums. That's not how something is proven especially when we are discussing Itihaas

Coming to the second part, that's the major issue with this claim, they are not giving verifiably replies, nor are they giving the sources from where they might have verified their claim. A blog site with no reference to the verses isn't considered a verified reply

About old people as I already said they might tell you about Lakshman Rekha something not present in Ramayana at all. In fact many old people know more about the folklores than the actual epic

How can you say they are providing verified responses when there's no mention of the source material? 😅

In fact, our sources can easily debunk those claims.

Verified responses are those which tell you the source of the claims in the article, that definitely isn't being done here so they are not verified

As we already said that Mahabharata has no mention of multiple births of Bheeshm. The Mahabharata epic not the shows
