This is so shocking and heartbreaking. He was not only a great filmmaker but by all accounts an all around good guy. And given his genes (his dad lived till age 98) he probably had another 20 years to go. What a horrific way to die. I really hope the rumors that his son did it are false. That’s just going to make this an even more devastating tragedy.
