naz .. when i click video frame to layers

it says " could not complete video frames to layers command because dynamic link is not available "

how to get dynamic link ?

^^^ Are you using cs6? I am facing same thing with mine so using cs5portable. I think you have to download the link from adobe.

How to change frame rate after converting a gif file to timeline? In some articles they mentioned 'change frame rate option' but can't see it. I am using cs5/6 both.
