Deepika Padukone turns heads in Patan Patola as she joins Ranveer Singh for the event

The couple visited the Swadesh store to take part in a showcase celebrating Indian craft and the festive season. The appearance came on the same day as the release of Ranveer’s new film Dhurandhar, which opened to strong numbers at the box office. Despite a busy day, the actor made time for the event, with Deepika by his side.

Ranveer wore a cream sherwani paired with white trousers for the occasion. Deepika chose a Patan Patola double ikat silk saree, a rich handwoven textile known for its detailed patterns. The two walked in together, posed for photographers, and interacted with guests before stepping inside.

Deepika and Ranveer recently completed a family milestone as well. During Diwali, they revealed the face of their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, for the first time. The couple welcomed Dua on 8 September 2024. They introduced her to the world with a message that read, “Dua: meaning a prayer. Because she is the answer to our prayers. Our hearts are filled with love and gratitude.”
