Chapter 2
Sorry for late update. Enjoy it. Do comments and leave any suggestions. Please bear with my grammatical errors, mistakes and sorry if I make anyone offended with my writing.
"Good morning Papa!" greet Ruhi cheerfully clueless about the incident yesterday. "Good morning beta", raman answered back unable to face her daughter directly because he knew he can't cause more pain to another innocent life. "Papa, ishima already left for clinic early morning, why don't she take a leave today since her birthday is today." Claimed Adi innocently not knowing that his statement brought a realization to his papa's brain. "Mera madrasan birthday is today! The most special day for her just turn into a mourning day, what did I do?! Oh god! Give me another chance to heal her god! She is everything for me..." plead Raman in his heart. "waah bhai, congrats! You just gave ishita the best gift ever!" Simmi gave a sarcastic reply. "Such a best gift yaar for someone's birthday, not to forget if the person is your own wife" Mrs.Bhalla said the bitter truth. "What gift papa?" asked Ruhi unknowing that the gift' broke apart her mother. Mrs. Bhalla asked the kids to finish their breakfast and Simmi will take them to school. "You know what Ruhi, I'll tell you what to do for ishima's birthday...we will..." shared adi with ruhi the masterplan for their beloved ishima's birthday. Meanwhile, the entire bhallas family just ignored the present of Raman there. He is considered gone, vanish with his wrong doing the day they knew the bitter truth. He leave his house when he knew his present there not helpful at all. He went to Dr.Manoj's clinic not knowingly he will get a twist of life there. "Manoj you know what, raman is such idiot, he can believe in my so innocent acting...how can I carry a baby when I hate kids to the core. Stupid emotional man, he really can't control his emotion, so desperate... he will never change." Shagun proudly claimed the shocking truth. "Well shagun, the praise should be for me too, I'm the one suggesting the surrogacy crap because I knew it Mr. bhalla will be trapped, he did not know how sweet this revenge felt. I want to make his life a hell since he make my life a hell too once when I'm supposed to be a great entrepreneur but he is the one causing me to fake my profession, I'm not a doctor who had a golden heart to help those needful people, I just care about money. He stole my chance to be a great CEO so I chose to be a fake doctor to steal his happiness." Manoj revealed himself. Raman is totally taken aback by this cruel truth. He just being manipulated by these disgusting people. "You are a bloody cunning humans, you know what Shagun I wish you rot in hell and yeah Manoj aka the best CEO, I never regret becoming the one who stole your chance becoming a great CEO because a loser like you will never be on top, your life just meant to be at bottom." Raman fired an enraged words. "Hahahaha Mr.Rkb, sorry to destroyed your little happy moment, there is no pregnant Shagun, no baby, no happiness. And good luck with your baanj wife." Manoj claimed arrogantly. He can't tolerate it when people calling his dear wife with that dirty word. He beat Manoj blue and black and suddenly ACP came with his team to arrest the whole scam and con clinic workers. It is revealed that the clinic is in wanted list that running illegal business. All of them had been arrested and ACP revealed another shocking truth towards raman.
"Raman, Shagun is arrested not just because she involved with the scam, she is the one who killed Rinki." Shock is understatement for Raman, how could a woman killed another woman and that is her own sister. "Yes Raman, she is a murderer, I investigate the case and found out she hired a man to kill Rinki, he shoot Rinki at the same time Mihika play the game, that is the reason the evident showing Mihika as the suspect. Her motive was told by the hired killer because she did not want her secret of taking revenge from Bhalla's family being spilled out. Rinki knew the fact that Shagun is faking her change and trying to separate you and ishita since Rinki overheard Shagun's conversation with Manoj. "How come Rinki knew it?" asked confused Raman. Rinki went for pregnancy test because she suspect she is pregnant and the result is negative, explained ACP. Both of them went to the police station, "Shagun!!! You don't deserve to live, burn in hell you murderer!" Raman throw his anger towards the woman who destroyed his life and family. Shagun receive a thapad from Mrs.Bhalla, "You killed my two daughters; Rinki and Ishita!! You don't deserve to be on this earth" yelled Mrs. Bhalla. Shagun accepted the defeat, she once got the chance to change into a better person but yet she is too obsessed to have revenge, at the end the good one always win no matter how strong and wicked the evil one. She received her death note today, her life totally end.period. Mihir and Mihika also arrived at the police station. Raman fell on his knee, he cried miserably. "Mujhe maaf kardo ma,mihir aur mihika..Raman plead with two hands. "I know I failed to be a good son, brother and most importantly husband. I had caused a lot of pain for everyone..Please don't punish me anymore, I lost my sister and my love of life, Ishita. I don't want to be in darkness anymore. Guide me, help me regain back my life.." he spoke with a defeated tone. Everyone helping him to get up. Mrs. Bhalla forgave him, Mihir and Mihika too. "Jiju if you really want to redeem yourself, get back akka's trust and love. She did not deserve this pain. I already forgave you because I knew deep inside your action justify the depth of brother's love." Mihika gave her words to her jiju. "She is right bhai, babhi don't deserve this, win her back, heal her please... I respect you and I know you are blinded by guilty that you chose a wrong path. I support you no matter what because you are my bhai for a thousand time." Mihir spoke with love and sympathy for his bhai.
Raman rush to his room to get back his madrasan. He pick up a nicely wrapped velvety box containing a diamond ring and also beautiful card wishing happy birthday. He is on a mission to win back his madrasan. For him, ishita is the first priority right now. Out of the blue, his phone ringing, "Hello, is this Dr.Ishita's husband? I would like to inform you that she is currently being treated in Bombay hospital. She fainted and there was a bleeding from her nose, doctor supect her to have high grade fever. She is so weak sir, please come fast", assistant in ishita's clinic broke the news to Raman. He is devastated, another big wave hit him, his life partner is struggling for her life, is he really going to loose her forever? He rushed to hospital to meet his love, "Mr. Bhalla your wife is quite unstable considering her past medical history and she is having quite high grade fever, we suspect her bleeding might be from her stomach TB aggrevated by her not eating well and regular. However she had passed the most critical time and lets just keep hope she can fight for her life. He can't cope with it anymore, his madrasan suffered a lot which she did not deserved a bit of this pain. " Sir, are you Dr. Ishita's husband, I'm priya , her assistant, I'm so sorry about Dr. Ishita, here is her mobile phone and a greenish- turquoise book. "When did she fainted?" He really wanted to know the details about ishita's condition. The assistant told everything to him
FLASHBACK
Ishita sat down silently in her clinic. She is lost in her grief, but still able to serve her service for kids, ironically, she loves kids the most but she was cruelly betrayed due to kids. She felt extremely cold, she look pale which was noticed by her assistant. "Mam are you alright? You seem to be ill, did you have fever? I think you should probably take a rest" priya felt concern about Ishita. She replied, "no, I'm okay I just need a minute since there is no more patient". Priya agreed and asked ishita if she need anything just called her. Ishita took out a turquoise diary to write the story of her life. The diary has always been her accompany when she can't even voice out her feelings. Tears were flowing out continuously while she let go everything in her diary. Suddenly she felt so extremely cold and dizzy, she shivered and had blurred vision... "Dr. Ishita there is one more patient...Doctor! Oh my god!" Priya was in panic mode, Ishita lying unconsciously with a bleeding nose. She called another employees to help out ishita.
BACK TO HOSPITAL
Raman thanks the assistant. He walks towards the ICU, "she seems so weak, that is not my ishita, Mera Jhansi Ki Rani, don't punish me like this... fight with me please, how can I live like this ishu..." He cried out his heart. Ishita lying on the bed with every wires cornered her weak body. She is physically and emotionally broken. Raman was taken aback when his phone rang. "Hello papa... where are you and ishima? We've been waiting for you two for birthday celebration. Jaldi ao na papa, help us give surprise to ishima." Ruhi ordered her papa with no idea that her father had to endure a complete breaking situation. "Ha ruhi, papa sorry na, ishima is with me, she is a little bit tired so she took a rest at her clinic, why don't you record a birthday song, papa will let ishima listen to it once she is wake up." Raman try to distract Ruhi from getting angrier. " Ok papa, I'll sing it special for ishima, adi bhaiya going to help me to send it to papa, Don't forget ha papa, come back fast for ishima's birthday, promise? Ruhi give another condition for raman. " Ruhi promise, love you beta, bye". Raman answered while hiding his sob. Ishitaaa... I beg you to wake up meri jaan.. today is your birthday, everyone is waiting for you, if you hate me its ok, don't let down adi and ruhi please.. They are eagerly waiting to celebrate your birthday, their beloved and only one ishima's birthday... Raman in vain trying to make her queen wake up. He found a chair to sit down, his limbs are too weak to stand this heavy test from god. He realized there is a greenish-turquoise book which make him curious to know the content. Ishita is a bookworm but she usually carry her own novel not this kind of untitled book. Out of curiosity, he open ishita's diary. The first page contain their picture together from their wedding. He chuckled to see their photo, it is so obvious back then they are not in good terms, wedding pictures usually potrays happiness in newlywed life but not in their case, they totally seem ready to kill each other in the picture. He caressed ishita's photos. His heart ache knowing that the lifeless body lying in ICU is not his Jhansi ki Rani anymore, she is a woman who was hurt to the core by her own husband. He went to the page written Fairy tales are lies. He wonder why ishita wrote it like that. He started to read and unknown to him, this is going to be a wake up call for him to really redeem himself to win back his ishita.

PS: That's it for now, I'll tell you guys whats in the diary in the next update😉. Sorry to make you guys waiting, I've got clinic and only in evening I can continue writing. I'll try my best to finish the story with happy ending and in nearest time since I'll have a lot of oncalls in next week. I also have another fanfiction entitled SONATA OF MY LIFE to be continued also, so I'm juggling with my works. Hello, this the third part of my story. Sorry for any grammar and language mistake.
PS: I moved fast with shagun part because I can't stand her in my story😉. Sorry about that. Advanced apology for a lot of drama in this chapter.
A crumpled page of the diary attracts raman to read it, "Fairy tales are lies? Why did she write it like this? Raman knew ishita love to read fairy tales for ruhi and happy ending is the must. He starts to read the diary. Today, I got the best shock of my life, a cd showing raman and shagun together and in compromised situation. Heartbroken, tell me which wife don't feel hurt to watch your husband coming close to his ex wife. Did I do something wrong which make him to choose woman who had hurt him to point of no return back then? But I still believe there is a valid reason behind his action. Control ishita, you can ask him the real truth after this... *The scene shift after ishita save raman from being accused as suspect of murderer at the police station with the footage became the alibi*

Who am I to expect him explain everything for me. My heart hurt so much, something happened to my heart that destroy me from inside, but I tried to tolerate the pain because I know he is still my raman. Raman realized it where he started to hurt ishita little by little. "You have done nothing wrong ishita...it's me who took your pure heart for granted... I wish I could turn the time and tell you everything meri jaan..."his tears stats to flow non stop, ishita didn't ask much, an explanation only. If it is another women, they might create a ruckus for their husband, but she acts so mature, respect her marriage... where can I find people like my ishu in this world...He continue to read her writing.
I sense something had change in raman since the miscarriage happened. He suggested me surrogacy, but I totally refused because I still had the tiny tiny hope to become pregnant again, to feel the real motherhood experience. I act normal because I don't want other people to feel guilty, grief especially my two babies ; ruhi and adi, they are too young to bear the pain but trust me, I'm not only lost the life that start to grow inside me but actually I lost a part of my soul. It killed me especially when raman bring up the topic of baby, but I tried to act strong not to make raman felt disappointed and regret with what happened. I do believe with him beside me plus my kids, it is enough to make me move on with my life. I'm Jhansi ki rani right? No matter what I need to be strong when actually I bleed inside, I'm a human too, where can I pour my heart if your loved one also need your strength, perhaps the only way is keep yourself strong in front of everyone even its means you are hurt deep deep inside. Dear diary, you are the only choice I left with to share anything. Your life is funny ishita, you need to become strong when everyone is weak but is there anyone who is willing to be your strength when you are really had no more to give? This took a turmoil of feeling for raman, where is he when ishita is really in need for him? Did he really be there for her or just actually using her strength to heal himself? He questioned himself when he realized how much his ishu suffered from the moment she lost their baby, unknown to him he only care for his lost not from ishita's view. He regret it that he can't see ishu is really in pain but she managed to hide it very well. Is he really blinded by the importance of having baby that he forgot ishita is very sensitive with the issue? Is he in the same place with subbu back then when he reject ishu with reason of having children? A ton of questions hit him once he read ishu's heartfelt writing.
Day by day, I can see raman is getting closer to shagun. He can bail out mihir for shagun, he believed shagun had change for better and defend her in front of other family member. I felt like he mocked me, see ishita, shagun is changing for better but you just became incomplete woman back, why don't I give shagun another chance itself for me? I felt raman throw those statement at me when he is defending shagun and cared for her. It stabbed my heart like hell, it pained murugan...I accepted the fact that I'm incomplete woman again... Today is ruhi's special day at school... my brilliant ruhi chuhi won an award! I will always be proud of you my princess. Never ever I felt sad or disappointed by you ruhi. You had become my life pillar when I had no one to lean on... I thought I can't make it to her school, and when I get there I saw shagun is also there. MY possessiveness for my husband and kids rise up, I became a sherni, I taunt her the way she used to taunt me. It is just an act resulted from impulse of being possessive and truly love for my raman and beloved kids. I can see a change of reaction in shagun which I expect but I got another surprise, raman's reaction changed, but not the way I expect. I was left at the school heartbroken with the facts raman justified my act and chase his first love. My self- respect had been destroyed again... At home, I'm trying to confront him but what I get is another tantrum and defence for his FIRST LOVE, I mean nothing for him I think, what did you expect ishita, a helpless infertile woman to be pampered by his husband? Do you really believe a love is that pure especially for woman like you... Have I done something wrong again raman? Tell me so that I can change into angel that you love in the fairytale. At night, he try to apologize to me, half way he left me again, of course for shagun. In every single aspect, shagun occupied him. Sometimes I felt I'm the one who interfered in their life. Although I will always believe that god tried to test our love but sometimes I think may be its time for me to left my own fairytale. I was not meant for any prince charming in my life... Should I leave first before I was thrown out just because of my defect? "ishita...ishitaa...ishitaa... you are just perfect as you are... You complete me, don't leave my dear, you will always be in our fairytale, how can I let you go when my life totally depend on you?" raman cried his heart out.
Today is my death. My husband cheated on me with his ex wife. He tried to explain everything about it and in the end he spilled the secret of surrogacy. Totally had nothing left in me to understood his action, I announced my self is dead today. He killed my trust, dream, hope, respect and lastly I don't think he spared my love for him. Ishita bhalla is no longer alive in this cruel world. She is defeated. Today is the last day I breath with the name of ishita raman bhalla, I had no idea what is more left for me. Shagun will always be his first wife, first love, mother to his kids, first choice. What about me? Married for the sake of ruhi, love never existed, second choice in every aspects and most important I'm incomplete. Baanj will always be baanj ishita. Which people like defect things huh? Raman had once said, forget being a good mom, you are not even mom. I guess it is true, I'm just aaya to his kids. No matter what you did, you are not even close to replace shagun in his life. You had no place in his life, stop dreaming. Raman, I learn a lot of things the day I married with you, you have become my laughter, my tears, my sky and earth, thanks for everything. Now, I freed you to have your own happy life. If I always be the second choice, let me be the first person god put me into a deep' sleep. I'm too tired to continue the harsh life anymore... That is the end of her writing, there is blood stain on the last paper perhaps from her nose bleed.
The revelation gave raman a true wake up call. Every words he spoke, every action he took had cause him to loose the angel who brought every happiness in his life. Crying is the least thing he can do. How to give back ishita the place she meant to be, which is always in his heart, how can he redeem himself back and most importantly how can he seek her forgiveness and win her trust back? A lot of questions lingered in his heart, he is clueless how to answer the questions. A lot of things need to be taken seriously if he is willing to build back his fairytale with ishita. He need to walk the talk, words are not enough to help him bringing back his madrasn. He went inside ishu's icu room. He sit beside her, he grab her hands, it is so cold, as cold as her broken hearted, ishita lost her heart to his cruel action. "Ishu, I will fight back for our love, help me to create our happy ending for our fairytale story. Give me chance and fight with me... please ishu, wake up jaan, don't leave me like this..." Raman once again attempt to wake up her love, in the end he only able to hug her weak body and cried real hard.
Suddenly mihir came with bhalla and iyer's family. They are devastated to know the sad news. Iyers are really disappointed with raman, only silent treatment they gave for raman. He accepted the bitter truth for that, he deserved the punishment, no, he deserved more heavier punishment! But for iyers, they won't go overboard for the sake of respect for bhallas family and especially their daughter, ishu the angel of kindness who treat everyone with her kindness and mature thinking. Mihir gave full support for his bhai because he know how broken his brother to see his Bhabhi lying helplessly especially the reason being is from raman's action.
Ruhi and adi also came accompanied by mihika. Those two little souls are broken when they saw their mumma lying on the bed with every single wires attached to her. It is supposed to be a very happy day for their mom, they expect she will be excited with surprise that they prepared for her but no, only a lifeless body awaits them. "Ishimaaa... I want to see her" ruhi cried and pleaded to meet her mumma. Adi and ruhi went inside along with raman. "Ishima... we came with your favourite flowers... open your eyes please... mumma, happy birthday, open your eyes naa...don't you love us anymore? Ruhi and adi both tried to wake their mom. They can't take it anymore, crying is the only option left. They hug ishita and suddenly, a slight movement make all three of them stopping their tears. "Ishimaaa...Ishitaaa.." they tried to call her and the same time they told the nurse about ishu's condition. *Sorry for this clich scene, but I can't resist the love of kids brought a thousand miracle in our life😊*
"Mr. bhalla, looks like your wife managed to fight for her life, she is still need to be monitored closely, anyways thanks the god and your kid's love which brought this miracle and please keep her out of any stress, god bless you." The doctor told raman. He can't wait to hug his love, he saw an emotional scene in front of him where their two kids hug and kissed her continuously. "Meri bacha, I love you very much, sorry ishimaa slept longer than usual, too tired" she caressed both of their child. Raman only able to stood at the corner of room, after every family members visit ishita, they all left along with ruhi and adi.. Raman and mihika are left in the room. "Ishita...i,," raman unable to complete his words when ishita fold her two hands and said too tired, please leave... she look away and totally ignored him. He clearly understood that ishita is still angry with him, not to give her any stress, he leave mihika with ishita. Is this going to stop him to fight for his love? No!! He will fight with everything in this world to get back his love. "Akka... please give jiju one more chance...he is so miserable..." mihika try to persuade her akka. " I have nothing left to give him a chance, too tired miku," ishita replied. Her tears continuously flow and she did not know whether she is physically in pain or emotionally more in pain or that is the only thing she can do... crying to help her ease the deep wound...
