As a mom, am a basket case of emotions right now.. You wish you could hug Adhi and Ruhi and shelter them from the utter unfairness of what they are having to face.
DT was beyond brilliant today đ like you rightly point out G, its hard to believe she is not a mother yet.

Again a contrast between Ishita's kids and Shagun's kids. While Shagun made Adi and Ruhi brother and sister by birthing them, Ishita made them siblings by infusing them with love, tenderness, care and sense of responsibility towards each other, Ishita made them their father's children and gave them a bond of love. Today's Ishita's kids showed that they were siblings and true progeny of their loving and upstanding father, and it will be Ishita's kids, this pair of siblings that will bring the Bhallas out of this mess.
Doc, that was so lovely! @blue: If nothing else, this whole mess is sure to bring the siblings closer.
I loved that the family all came together finally.. Madhavi was for a change not being emotional and being very sensible in calming down Ishita.. Vandu and Bala were in action, so were Romi and Simmi (Toshiji is always about herself first and then gets the point - I choose to ignore her reaction)
Shagun (and AH) was back in her element today. Is she a 'good' mother? No, but I found it interesting that they brought in the grey shades again.. she knows she'll never win Ruhi's affection back but that getting Ru will break IshRa and she also knows that if the exchange does take place, Adhi will be able to get everything she cannot afford to give him.. a little bit of confusion there as to what outcome she wants .. its all about revenge?
Adhi's reaction to the exchange scheme - he'd thought his mom loved him and he was now gaining dad and the extended family's affection and his foundation is shaken.. đ
Raman's mistake (if it can be called that) was to think he finally had Shagun where he could get a clean clinical break from her. Is that really possible though? He may again be making the assumption that what worked for Ruhi (the Ishima magic) will work for Adhi - only it can't, can it? Shagun has been the only constant in Adhi's life so far. Or maybe this mistake of Raman's unintentionally gets the outcome of Adhi deciding he wants a clean break from his mom? In any case the next few days are going to be heart-wrenching.
