Y can't she be shown using her brain for once properly ?
@red - u got some valid points here, Shagun can take this battle Legal as she has rights over Ashok's properties coz she stayed with him in live in relationship for 6 years.
n ya Raman too can reopen Adi custody case rather than entertaining SHagun in his house, but I guess he knows SHagun is Adi's emotional support if he takes Adi away from SHagun - Adi will hate him more n create more problems hence maybe not doing it.
