😆 Trust me, I'm in love with Raman (Or is it KP? 🤔) but the character is losing it episode by episode. I understand he is helpless; he is blinded by his son's love and Shagun was right when she said she knows which buttons to push. But seriously, why hurt your wife to that extent? It may have hurt less had he told Ishita "I hate you" to her face than show her these misdirected actions. 😭 Poor soul said she will never experience love. 😭

Great, now we hijacked Aani's thread. Oops? 😳

After reading this, all I want is that this becomes canon. I love the title - Ishita is indeed a scorned woman and Raman better watch his step - because unlike Shagun's revenge, Ishita's 'revenge' on him, though more benign outwardly, will hurt him a great deal.
The main thing that I really enjoyed is how the tables have turned on Raman. We've seen him doing his jasoosi and "heroic" acts by planning dramas over dramas throughout the course of the show... Marrying Ishita for Ruhi's custody was the biggest drama he'd pulled off - and then with Ishita, we have the Parmeet incident, Mihir-Mihika engagement, the accidental Salsa with Shagun, etc...

It's always Raman who outwardly plans something horrible but uses it as a disguise to reach the truth and fix things up. In the course of his 'heroism', however, Ishita is the one who always gets hurt. In this case, too, if he really has some grand master plan behind taking this to court and lying with Shagun just to entrap her or what have you, well, Ishita's trust/blooms of love have been broken in him.

Sometimes, the ends don't justify the means - something RKB has *not* learned.

So to see that Ishita has used his same tried and tested strategy against him, leaving him, the great planner RKB flustered and bewildered is delightful. She definitely shows him that she is on his level, so to speak. At the same time, she's inherently saying that "Even though you couldn't trust me enough to tell me this truth Raman, I still cared about you enough to help you and bring your son..." - which of course is a major guilt trip to Raman.

I definitely hope that this is how its going to be (whether through Mihika's surprise trip to Pathak's house or Adi's blurting of the truth to Ruhi...) because I'm sick and tired of Raman playing around with everyone (esp Ishita's) feelings while trying to find the truth and fix things up. I want him to be at the receiving end of his own strategy, his own medicine. And the way you've portrayed it is like a dream come true.

I admire Toshiji's explanation to Raman: "Raman as your mother, I could have blindly supported you for doing these things, but I stood against you, even slapped you. Does it make you think I love you any less? Tell me." - this is exactly what Raman needs to learn; disciplining your child does not mean that you are a bad parent or *want* to hurt them, rather you care about their future actions and are being proactive.

Adi was so in character - there have been alot of other OSs on the forum which - though completely delightful to read - portray Adi as having a complete 180 degree about face and simply loving his new Ishimaa or at the very least, being nice to her... But even if Adi does find out about Shagun being manipulative, he's not going to change his views towards Ishita in one day, in my opinion. He'd probably do exactly what you showed him doing - start off being extremely rude as a vent for his anger at being separated from his mother (or because of his anger at his mother); then, after someone (Ishita or Raman) shuts him up, he would probably be silently angry/sullen until he realizes how much the Bhallas+Iyers love him.

A child with that much pain and bitterness in him isn't going to turn sweet in one day (I mean, he is RKB's son afterall ;) ).

Ashok+Ishita mini scene - LOL ASHOK - for talking so civilly with Ishita, Shagun is surely going to yell at you later on.

Ishita's punishments to both Shagun and Raman are really befitting her personality. She isn't the type of person to send someone to jail or have a criminal consequence put on them. As a woman who can't conceive and doesn't have children of her own, its like she's using her own experiences and feelings to 'punish' Shagun/Raman. Amazing how a woman who can't become a biological mother is a much better and more understanding parent than either of these two biological parents.

Looking back, especially with yesterday's episode in mind, Trisha being a role in helping uncover the truth (whether actively or just because Mihika had to go to Pathak's house to return her clothes) was an extremely extremely well estimated prediction. *fingers crossed*

Anyways, moving on to your newest OS. I agree with Lucky, you do sound a bit defeated! 😒 But your writing was not affected! 😃

Hey Vanny thank you and I hope you arent over exerting yourself 😊 LOL I am bummed out not defeated 😆

I know you wished for something like this to happen so badly, so do I. I'm all for a strong and determined Ishita! 👍🏼 I hate seeing "helpless" women and Ishita is far from helpless! She's got so many positive supporters amongst all the negative energy around her and I'm sure she is smart enough (like in your piece above) to use this effectively.

🤗 ah a feminist after my own hear, LOL I cant stand damsels in distress either I aint one of them 😉 I dont need or want a hero to rescue me I can do that myself and so wouldnt want that to be reflected in my muse too and hence the statement that she makes with the end of this piece - dont mess with me 😉

Finally, Raman's vow to woo his wife back. I would absolutely love a sequel to this - just to see what you might have in mind for his actual redemption. [Although I believe that he will never be fully redeemed.] Raman needs to grovel at Ishita's feet, honestly. Because if my husband (I'm not married, or even close to it. 😆) trusted another woman's words over mine, I'd create havoc in his damned life; much less the ex-wife! 😡 Idiot!

right now I am a little lost myself as to how can he woo back a wife with whom he has gravely erred, cos this isnt a MU, a simple convo can solve its a bloody rift he has just widened with his lameness and idiocy with each move he made and @bold - hi5 am not married too but I would do the same thing, he would actually see what hell is right on earth LOL 😉 and you are right this will never allow him a chance to fully redeem himself unless a miracle happens which right now I have no idea off 😳

Anyways, I may have partially ranted on your OS! ☺️ My apologies. 🤗

This is awesome stuff! 👏

thanks Vanny 🤗

You have excellent writing skill.
I love smart and sensible ishita, indeed she is the best player among all.
Ishita is right that everyone used her as pawn for their selfish motive.
I like the scene a lot when isihita manipulate aditya to enter in his home, she smartly hadled everything and acted as a real parent unlike raman and shagun.
Her punishment to raman is justified, he will be proud seeing his childrens growing up in front of him in the best manner but he won't be allow to anything in it.
👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏

Hi Javeria thank you

@bold - parents have a way of doing that, ones who know whats best for kids dont they 😉

@blue - thank you, and I feel Raman should realize his actions as a father impact his children loving them is fine but he cannot ruin them because he is too blinded by that love

Hey Aani!

I had a feeling you were going to write an OS today.😆

Hey Sneha wow thats something I honestly had no idea I would write one frankly 😳

Regarding your note, I haven't seen anything like it ever in my life. Crying for me is the most difficult part in acting because you have glycerine for to bring out the tears but what about the pain behind those tears? The way Ishita broke down in front of Toshiji was phenomenal. It was as if Divyanka was actually heart broken at the moment.

I know man she wasnt even sobbing or merely crying it was like she was desolate and that was something as if Divz was crying for real it made me want to hug her too

Next comes Karan as he turns after Ishita leaves with Ruhi, his eyes red and full of tears!👏

I agree only if I wasnt bummed out because of Raman I could like his breakdown more

Coming to the story, what can I say? Adjectives don't seem sufficient. I really liked how you handled the situation. These lines attracted me the most.

thank you 😳

"I never knew I had it in me too Raman, but this game you three play... unfortunately life and fate have made me a part of it. I was a pawn for far too long in this, Shagun played me to get Ruhi, you married me for Ruhi and Ashok he used me to hurt you and Shagun recently. I decided I had had enough of being a pawn and decided to finally join this game as the player I was intended to be.

How true! She has been unwillingly dragged in to the issue and the time has come for her to finally accept the role they set up for her.
Now that they are back to square one, I am eager to see what will happen next. How will Raman and Ishita get back to their friendship. Let's not even mention love.

Thats how I saw it you know she was this stranger who got sucked into a vortex of games and hate and manipulation this trio has and she has had enough of their shit and so I wrote these lines 😳 and yep now with this change in equation it would be a task for Raman to win back her trust, her friendship let alone love... at least I hope it is cos the cvs shouldnt make his majboori his mahaanta

In the real world where we use brains Sneha this would stand true in la-la land I wouldnt place my bets on it 😉
