Yea I know its a bit premature to have an appreciation thread on him already but honestly I've been LOVING his voice texture since day 1

I REALLY want him to get far in this comp. tattoos and all 😛

Yes, I am with you.

He is the most unique singer on this competition. His voice texture is different and he raps well. He might not win the competition but I think he will get playback opportunities because of his style of singing.

I have no doubt about that. Nowadays, music directors are experimenting a lot with songs and voices, and he is the type of singer they are looking for.

I am sure Sonu Nigam said something similar to Anushka.

^ Not at all. He might not be technically correct and needs to work a lot on his breath, but his voice and style is different. Music composers like Pritam would like him and give him singing opportunities.

I hope he wins the competition though just so that he can prove to his Dad that he aint a lofer.
