Watering still………………..
Asha was moved to a special room on the first floor and was on 24*7 vigilance. Only Chakor, another senior trusted nurse,Tanu and the Chief were allowed to attend to her. The room was under cctv surveillance and curtains were drawn when she was dressed.
Due to the trauma she went into a comatized state, but her parameters were slowly improving.

The Gokul Lodge
He walked in his jeans and plain black T with a back pack to the Gokul lodge. I need a room for couple of days he said at the reception. He was asked to show his ID proof and also his work letter if any as he could not be judged as a student.
He produced all documents which showed his name Aditya…
He very casually enquired about the boy stating he had referred him to stay there as the lodge was very good but did not come to pick him from the bus stop. They said he left for the village and refused to divulge any information as it was confidential. There was a big photo of Kabir Nath. A very simple looking gentleman with a pleasant smile. He had been letting the lodge at very nominal rates. He has many establishments and many businesses but he never visits the lodge.
He was taken around the lodge. The ground floor had the reception and the visitors lounge. There was an office room beside. It was a simple, neat lodge with good sanitation facility. It had three floors with 15 small rooms in each floor and common washrooms in the corner of the corridors of every floor. The stairs were well lit and also had a lift. The ground was very vast with trees around and bushes through and fenced.
At quite a distance there was a small outhouse and was locked. It looked like the old furniture and mattresses were stocked there before being discarded. It was not lit and was very dark. He went towards the outhouse when the lodge manager said.. its an old outhouse and not used. The fence had two gates, one was the regular one and the one behind the outhouse, which was chained and locked as not in use.
He was taken to the room on the third floor and given the keys and said the master key will be with the office. The dos and donts were mentioned especially no alcohol and smoking. He stayed there for sometime locked the room and went down.

Suraj was on his jeep and was thinking about the girl and the word powder… what powder ??talcum powder and why was there a sword as the book mark.. whose book was it???…he was surprised as why suddenly he remembered the sword. She is too bold did not fear even at the gun pointing to her… She ran to save Asha inspite of her life at stake. Why no surname??
Ajay walked to him. Any luck with the lodge he asked.. Not yet… I will go again late night and check he said.
But you have to sleep… its already three days now and you have not even gone to your quarters. You worry about the girl but more so about the Dr.
Suraj looked up Dr??? what nonsense??…
If it’s nonsense then why are you down every night below her room at the dark side of the hospital. He could not answer. Yes why am I here?? Why I don’t want anything to happen to her?? He saw the lights switch off at her room…
He just left Ajay there and drove his jeep … he left the jeep in his quarters and went to the lodge..
It was dark… he went around very cautiously and found…………………. His eyes grew bright….it was dawning when he quickly went to his room.

It was the control room
Ajay got the information that there were two persons at the riverside in a very dazed state.
The two were admitted in a different hospital. Ajay was there to enquire with his team as Suraj had gone to the Gokul lodge…
They were not in sense and were very disoriented. They were put through various tests which was bringing out shocking results.

It was morning and it was Chakor’s off, she wanted to go to the mall nearby and informed the Chief and went ahead……
He called the hospital and checked about Asha and also asked about the Arrogant Lady when he was told that she had gone out as it was her off and Chief is with Asha.
He got a bit agitated…He got ready and was about to make a call when the control room called and told him that news… he just grabbed his guns and drove fast his jeep.

It was the mall…
There were quite a lot of people going about.
She came to the centre of the mall only to realise there was a hue and cry and confusion and all the people were literally fearing and shouting.
There was a tall guy looking like a goonda who was holding Ajay at the knife point. She got shocked. Ajayyyyy she came running towards him and stopped… The guy was huge with a big jacket on him and was literally scaring all the police around. Move move else I will kill him…Call your that Officer the Encounter Specialist....
She ran and stood on the side as the police stopped her when she saw the Devil ramming his jeep's brakes, opening the door while on motion, doubling up the steps to the centre with rage and holding his gun towards the goonda….
By the time there were many police vans and ambulance stationed and the police were clearing the people. Cordoning the mall and specifically the central area.
Suraj shouted.. surrender yourself…. Kasib… don’t die like Garv … Kasib was the thug who had escaped from Bareilly and Suraj was chasing him when he diverted to save Asha. The thug shouted, badla lengey. Aaaoo! you think you are a big Police Officer … You killed my friend in the name of encounter … see I am going to kill your man… pointing the knife at Ajay’s chest. Suraj quickly noticed that he was holding Ajay with his right along with the knife and his left hand was on his jacket packet. Chakor saw this and was jittering…
Surrender Kasib he shouted again. Noo… I am going to kill him in front of your eyes like you did to my friend he said…. Suraj just looked deep into Ajay’s eyes who was standing still …. There was chaos and confusion. Ajay just looked at Suraj with his hands in air.
Suraj lifted his right gun, Down your guns Officer, I will kill your man.. Kasib shouted.
You need not kill I will …In a fraction of seconds before anyone could realise…Suraj quickly shot Ajay on his right shoulder blade with his right gun and shot Kasib straight at his temple with his left and a second shot quickly on his shoulder down so he left the string attached to his jacket. The police rained him with bullets while Ajay slid down in pool of blood to his left holding the knife along with Kasib’s hand .. ….
She screeched Noo…………. Ajayyyy…pushing the police officer she started to run to him when Suraj turned around and saw her…he ran to her…
You are ruthless….. she screamed…. how can you shoot your man…. …. Hey listen… he was trying to hold her. He came trusting you….You are a Devil.
He caught hold of her hands…pulling her close. With stern face…Shut up he said. She was hysterical non stop hitting his chest. You heartless how can you kill Ajay. I can if I have to save all here he said. How can you she teared and shouted holding his collar, you killed your own deputy.
Arrogant Lady can you stop… just shut up and get into the jeep…..dragging her, she was refusing, within no seconds he just lifted her ran down to his jeep pushing her inside... There was too much chaos but the ambulance went fast taking Ajay and another group was taking care of Kasib….
You are a Devil she shouted, tears were rolling.
He just drove his jeep… His walkie talkie was nonstop and he was giving them instructions while trying to hold her……
Stop else I will jump she said trying to grab his hands…
Jump Jump Jump Now he shouted……
She grabbed his uniform collar which gave way and she saw the sword pendent, she froze..
They drove a longway to a river side and the jeep screeched to stop… he got down and got a call and he calmed..
He gave her water.. she just threw it and went down crying… sitting on the stone.

He cried holding his hands…
He was charred completely… the one who has the sword ……He died without completing ….
She cried….he did not take his responsibility… he left her to die…. I saw her suffer and her heart stopped in my hands..
I knew nothing but all I would get is a bookmark with the sword drawn on it.. and a .........and it suddenly stopped…. I trust no one, I fear none as there is none to worry about me…
Their phone battery died.
All were searching the K Jodi……. well Smita winsss it’s the Khadoos Jodi…. and technically the Khatra Jodi tooo.
Ready for the rollercoaster ride of flashbacks and actions…and some ……… hmm togetherness .. of the Arrogant and the Devil......…..
