Twinkle avoided his eyes as she wiped away her tears. Him being so distant from her was slowly killing her inside.

She couldn't take it anymore and felt the best option was to leave from there. May be this was their end? An end to their beautiful relation which never started. She left the room and started running in the hospital corridor. She was colliding in things as well as people because all the tears had made her vision blurred. But that was not a matter of her worry now...

Twinkle reached her car and started driving aimlessly.

Back at Kunj's room.

Kunj's mom explained him about his memory loss when he told her about not remembering anything about his accident.

'Mom woh Twinkle woh yahan kaise aayi? Inte saal baad achanak. Do I know her. Kya main use kabhi in do saal mein mila tha?'

And now Usha knew this was her chance to take the matters in her favour.

But her worry was for a short period because now she knew what she has to say to him. She will tell him that Twinkle brought him to the hospital after she saw him on the road and nothing else. There is no relation between them.

While she was cooking up these dirty ideas in her mind , she noticed how tired kunj has become due to this accident. He was in a deep sleep. On the other side, twinkle was driving the car with tears rolling down her cheeks, uncontrollably. She was just wondering about kunj and his illness and him not able to recollect her was killing her from inside. Her heart was aching to the deepest extent. . . .

Then she stopped on the side of the road and decided to go back as she now couldn't bear to leave him, even if he did not remember much of her. With renewed will to be there for him and shower him her love and care she drove back to the hospital...

But it wasn't easy for twinkle to be with kunj. since usha , the greatest barrier in twinj happy life was present there. She threw bitter tantrums at twinkle, but she was not interested in listening to usha.. she was just staring at kunj, lost in him , with pain filled eyes... still a tiny ray of hope regarding kunj , was there in twinkles painy and teary eyes
