Twinkle managed to reach Sarna bunglow and hurried to Kunj's room. And the first thing she did was a tight hug. ☺️ forgetting that everyone where looking at her and Kunj was feeling embarrassed. 😆😳

@simplysarah - Since the accident has been described to be pretty serious which has landed Kunj in a critical state, it would be logical to progress the story with having Twinkle meet him at the hospital. If the accident had been minor, her meeting him at home would have been acceptable.

Next part for the story:

As Twinkle was frantically driving towards the Sarna's, she got a call from Manoha who told informed her that Kunj had been admitted into the nearby hospital. With her heart pounding against her chest, Twinkle changed lanes and sped towards the building that held her peace and one source of consolation.

As she walked towards Sarnas standing before ICU. She desperately asked about the well being Kunj who has now become the only reason for her to live and love her life. But the reply she got shattered her soul completely. Kunj was in coma. Her Kunj was in danger. She held the wall for support because it was not possible for her to stand anymore.

As she slowly sank down to her knees in shock, she felt someone try and hold her up, distraught she saw yuvi and cried out " Kunj is in danger, Yuvi... he cannot be, he just cannot be, I can't bear him like this" she cried agonized much to Yuvi's shock... He'd never seen her so torn up before and ...

Then he saw a doctor rush out of ICU. The doctor informed them how Kunj was still in danger. And only a miracle could now save his life. This brought a ray of hope for Twinkle because she thought maybe their love can save him as it was no less than a miracle. With determination in her eyes she moved towards ICU because now she knew what she had to do. 'Twinkle wait you can't betray ne like this.' She stopped istening to Yuvi's voice.

"Betray ??? In a moment like this all I care about is Kunj and nothing else matters to me " she cried out... At that yuvi's face flashed with understanding and it did not hurt him as much as he thought it should...

"Yuvi, mere paas abhi tere liye time ni hai. Kunj ko meri zaroorat hai aur mein ussi ke paas jaa ri hoon. Mujhe rok ne ki koshish maat kar." Twinkle removed her hand from his grasp and walked towards the ICU where her fiancee was admitted.

As Twinkle walked toward Kunj's family standing around his bed, she had eyes only for him. As she saw him lying there helpless, unaware of anything, she couldn't help reaching out for his hand and clench it tight, tears pouring out of her eyes. She brokenly whispered to kunj...
