Finally a work of yours which I get to read on my PC & so I can mark all the lines I totally loved & write a long comment!

so many hours alone with her promised to be a wrenching mix of both pleasure and pain- fittingly synonymous of his relationship with Swara perhaps😭

DP suggests Sanskaar take his place at the dinner party & not Lux. Very telling 😈

"Oh these young ones- they do make life unnecessarily complicated," wiser words were never uttered😆

A kiss is no symptom of stress Swara! Actually it is the first sign you have shown of feeling anything normal around your hot husband 😆no need to berate yourself for it...tumhe HAQ hai as you demented sister would say😉😆

Politeness of friends always hurts a lot more than their rudeness Can understand why his polite behaviour is hurting her so much

You were too kind to Swara! Itne jaldi Arpi wali baat clear ho gayi😔 Thoda aur tadpaati usko 😈

Giving in to her senses, Swara let her head gently rest on his chest, both of them still moving in perfect rhythm to the music, their faces mirroring blissful contentment, unseen by each other but somehow shared still. I cannot tell you how much I want to see this happen on the show!

beautifully written once again...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can just imagine Sanky withdrawing into his shell to keep their relationship on "friendship" level.. it is exactly the way he would behave..

Just love swara's awakening awareness of her hubby.. and the jolt of jealousy she felt was the icing on the cake.. .. really hope to see this on screen ..

I'm late!😳
Firstly, no wonder I fell in love with your writing! Amaaazing!!🤗
Secondly, thank you for making me realize the mistake that I did in my work the use conscious instead of sub-conscious. OMG I really am an idiot!😆(I now realize that when you start writing on your own you start reading a piece of work like a writer. That's a new experience for me. *really happy* 😃)

I seriously wish I can someday write as beautifully as you can. It's really just something else. To weave magic with words. Everyone can tell a story but not everyone can manage to do it justice. You definitely are one of those with the talent. How easily you do it is something I really do want to learn.
Oh! I really liked the touch with those really nice lines from that poem. It sort of added so much more to that situation. And that's something new again for me. Because I was always a big fan of stories, however I have never really learned to enjoy reading a poem the same way. I swear I think it's my English teacher.😡 She put me off the whole thing with her "interpreting what the writer wants to convey"🤢 2 lines and one hour? 🥱LOL. Maybe I should start reading and trying to interpret it the way I want to. It's something I realized from one of Viji's post the other day "Books are mirrors, they reflect what is already inside of you." I think I'd definitely like my interpretation of those poems better.😃

Okay before I completely go off topic, let me actually do what I am meant to do with the reply.
I really liked you creating Arpi to get Swara madam realize how much she misses the "friend" Sanskaar. Of course I loved the jealous "wife" Swara but I don't know why but I saw the "friend" more than "wife" during that part. It made it seem more real that she would be jealous with him suddenly being all happy and smiling with another girl, while she was being deprived from it all. She missed their banter and the easy conversations and all the things that used to make him laugh with her. So to see him do those exact same things with a complete stranger( to her) and not with her his "bohat acchi dost" is something she cannot stand seeing. So that part was something I really really loved for some reason. Maybe it's just me 😕 I know there was that part with the Saree and the Jindals commenting on the "almost-rishta". But this was my favorite part. It just stuck with me somehow.

Thank you again for this wonderful piece of work Shruti. I really do envy you you know. I wish I could just steal that brain all for myself.😆

Shruti 🤗
Awesome comments - thanks! Haqq hai- 😆. I so wanted to make Swara suffer more and even have a slight MU type convo with her and Sanky but it was getting so long, I felt i was overdoing it. Bechari Arpita- she thought yahan se khisakle- Maidam toh hyper hai!!! 😆

Geetha 🤗 You are seriously too nice to me, I think it way more than the writing really deserves 😳. Mistake in your work? Arrey na, everyone has their style na, but to be honest I feel like its a learning process every day so if you felt that way, hope it helped! And yes, as a writer I find that learning curve the best and most challenging thing too.
I don't know about doing it justice- the way I write is part instinct and part being conscious about wanting to get it right- I was always a freak about correct grammar etc so even know I sometimes go back and revise and edit stuff that just doesn't stack up for me:).
Poetry has its own magic- and you are absolutely right, you can interpret it how you want, in fact that is the way to read it. I was blessed as during my A Level literature I had an amazing teacher- an English lady who really was my literature soul guide, she made me really explore my love for reading and writing. I still remember her telling me to become a teacher- but in those days I didn't know better 😊. I have a blog too- its www.shruts11@wordpress.com if you ever want to check it out. I haven't updated it for ages but there is the odd poem there- just an example of how random you can make poetry if you want to:)
Ah- that's fascinating what you got from the jealousy part- and yes a lot of it was that she felt someone else was taking her place, which was making her feel terrible. There was the sexual tension built up before then to deliberately make her realise it wasn't just friendship but the route to get through to Swara was to first make her miss their friendship so very interesting that you read that in!
Oh don't wish for this brain- it is an odd place 😆.
Seriously, thank you so much for being so nice to me 🤗

Shruti once again simply awesome...you truly write beautifully be it your letters or this...
Love the flow of words the emotions that you so beautifully portray...

DP...love the Man...😉😆

Swara missing her friend Sanskar...awww...missing their banter...their talk..shared laughs...

Sanskar just love love love...being stoic as he wants more then friendship and is busy guarding his heart from complete heart break..Sanskar is clear with his emotions ...he know what he wants...is looking for and knows that there is no chance of that happening with the way Swara is and her words to him...thus keeping his emotional distance ...protecting his already battered heart...

Arpi...just loved...Loved how she brought out the jealous Swara...the one who misses Sanskar...the one who wants to share the same affection that she had before she opened her big mouth and ruined it all...

We got to see the jealous friend and the confused wife emotions...she is torn between the two...

Her feelings are all over the place for him and she hasn't opened her mind to what she really really wants from him or what she wants for herself...

Loved how you showed us that conflict...

Oh and I love that Poem...its damn beautiful...

Till the next part then...

Here is a link for all those who would love to hear it...

Loved this part ❤️
Poor Sankaar, trying to maintain distance
Swara is dreming of kissie with Sanky? 😆
Kaash, she blurts it out to him 😳
The J-bug has bit Swara, chahe thodi der ke liye hii kyu na ho? 😉
She's just upset ki Arpi got him all happy while he's being all formal and polite with her
Arpiii... 😆 You're cute
And your mom 😛 Swara ki aankhon mein Sujata ko behtar bana diya
Mujhe toh laga he'll be very angry
Sanky's, "What the heck?" Made me laugh hard 🤣
Poor guy got so confused with Swara's plans and reaction. Par kya kare, even she's confused
Arpi ne announce bhi kar diya, for SwaSan to dance 😲
Excited for the next update! 😊

Lord Byron's work was part of my literature paper, I remember reading She Walks in Beauty but can't recall much about it. I think I'll refresh my mind, will need to find my poetry collection...
The heighten emotions, Swara's awareness of Sanskaar was beautifully written...quite poetic...the flow of words. You have placed Swara where I would love to see her, in a state where she is so unsure of herself but jealous of anyone who pays attention to Sanskaar...

The dance scene...beautifully depicted.

Lovely update!
