Vijjjiii- 🤗. When I saw you had posted this, I was so happy. Since I read "Water" I have been really excited about the next in this elements series. Right up my street in terms of both concept and execution. I love the fact that it starts with Water and this signals Swara's break (mentally and emotionally) from Lakshya and now we get the next stage of the battle she has to fight- with Fire. However the master stroke for me is the fact that AP is the antagonist in that sense. I am so impressed with the way you thought through AP and fleshed her out. To me, she really has the potential to be the archetype of "the hand that rocked the cradle ruled the world" but I feel in the show we don't get that sense through as yet in detail. I am not sure whether the writers have spent as much effort on deciphering her or whether they are saving her as a potential next villain when Ragini is played out. I certainly see the capacity in her. Also- fab research on the background of the Ranas etc and then perfectly linked to her- she really does have a regal aura and it felt so right to have that as part of her upbringing.
Re SwaSan- what can I say? Their connection, their bond, their soul mate link- all so lovely. I loved that Swara's feelings have transitioned and she now truly appreciates Sanskaar the way he should be - exactly as we hope to see in the show.Cannot wait to read the next one and I hope we will also get Air at some point- I see Ragini and/ or even Lakshya quite suited to be the key character there! Just a thought 😃
Shruti...thanks so much for this comment 😳🤗
So glad you liked my portrayal of Annapurna. I had really wanted to bring out the layers in her character, the "grayness" as it were. She just seems to have such a regal aura around her, I planned in my mind to give her a background of friendship while growing up, with a royal family. 😊 I am a HUGE fan of Jodhpur, the Mehrangarh fort and the Umaid Bhavan palace have so much history and the "feel" in those places is just awesome.
Yes...Swara and Sansku are soulmates, aren't they? Totally meant to be! 😳 You know, I sometimes feel I am crazily obsessed (not Ragini level though!) to care so much about a fictional couple! But maybe, they exist in some parallel universe created by all our words! Fiction can sometimes feel so much more beautiful and evocative than fact, isn't it? 😊
