Yes I know about Karna's popularity quite well... 😆
Despite not being his fan...I have never denied his virtues n even support him where I feel he is right. But unfortunately most people u talked about know about only one side of Karna...His negative side is rarely shown honestly in any show. And I wonder y Karna is called 'the unsung hero'...
I know in the epic he didnt get his due...but in Kaliyug he is getting more than wat anyone deserved with titles like 'AtiMaharathi' which probably didnt even exist in the epic...although I could be wrong here.
In Dwapar Yug he was deprived but in Kaliyug, it's like 'Karna Karna' all the way...so now in today's world he is anything but 'unsung'.
And yes u are right about one thing...Most people like him bcoz of 'tragedy'...sympathy drives it...or so I felt... 😊

Actually wat I meant to say is, if Siddharth Tewary gave importance to wat we say then he would not have repeated his previous mistake again.
Star Plus' Mahabharat was commercially successful but it was a literal letdown.
If Siddharth Tewary was bothered about wat Mahabharat fans think about his show then he would have taken some time, researched more n then made this show on Karna.
What is the point of this show now? Anyway we are saturated with Mahabharat now...
Karna is a very complex character...He should have studied about him a lot before producing another show like this...
He's practically repeating his past mistakes...


And people are bashing Supriya? So Supriya is the new Draupadi here...Poor thing...

I apologize if I have offended any fan group...Disclaimer, just in case... 😭 @amiritat respect ur opinions .nd u sound some of mine too ..this kaliyug karn is very famous more than remaining charts .I feel tht most of people relating with nowadays hardships .nowadays hero by his birth and after facing circumstances .his true friendship and some royal quality s which he possessed was commandable but his other side too there which is greyish yet strong is not coming out from this shows .

this sid t show making him some bolly hero or serial saas bahu by this convulted twists which makes its look like not a mytho show but a sasbahu show who dressing in mytho attire or mytho thyme ..with popular hero star cast .its nothing more .which I feel .my view .no offence .

wanted to C some spl ..and more shades of karn . with less melodrama

yep they were taking pheras in last epi nd bheesma enters at the same point to ask whether bhanu wants this marraige or no!
Bhanu is worried thinking who will marry supri as none will marry kidnapped ladki vrushu hears this convo.. Bhanu blackmails dury that karn shud marry supri or else she wont marry him... Karn rejects... Next morning vrushu goes to karn saying she wants daan nd asks him to marry supri... Karn agrees keeping pathar on his heart... Nd then they get married while vrushu does gatbandhan... Gives garlands to the bride and groom with tears + flashbacks of Karn nd Vrushu love moments
this is wht happened till now!

I hv just one question...is vrushu now will go to vanvass????why ka-vru is crying so much on ka-Su marriege like devdas-parvati????? 😲

TBH, for a change, I don't mind watching SonyPutra Karna being lovelorn, lovetorn, whatever...Better than his throat tearing screams n overly infuriated expressions! So a new Hamari Adhuri Kahaani! LOL!!
