So Adirath & family move to Hastinapur, where they are all at the palace of Dhritarashtra for visas to Hastinapur (that was the only way I could interpret it). While there, Shon slips away and Karna goes looking for him, and they all end up in the court of Hastinapur.
There, Dhritarashtra's senapati boasts how he massacred the adivasis. Shon laughs, and Karna is aghast. Gandhari (who has a red blindfold just like in ⭐️B) asks Shon why he laughed. Shon tells them a joke about a general who boasted about cutting of the hands & feet of his enemies. Then the general was asked why he didn't cut off their heads instead, to which the general replied that that had already been done 😆 The entire court of Hastinapur burst into laughter. Gandhari then asked Shon what made him remember that joke. Shon told her that their senapati was the general he was referring to, and that his brother had already killed them. Again, Karna was shocked, as were their parents, who had arrived there by then. Vidura asks Adirath what they were. Karna responded that they were sutas.
Shakuni enters there as well. Vidura then orders the senapati to have his bow brought in, and orders Karna to pick it up. Karna refuses, saying that his mom had ordered him never to touch a bow. Vidura tells him that his mom would have to reverse that order. The general orders the guards to surround them, and Adirath orders Karna to pick up the bow, telling him that it's Radha's order as well, and Radha nods. Karna then tells Vidura about the incident where his uncle's hand was chopped off after he picked up a bow, and that he knows that he'll be punished. Saying this, he picks up the bow.
Dhritarashtra then asks Karna whether he can aim at stationary objects, moving objects or racing objects. Karna responds that he can aim at flying objects. Dhritarashtra then threw his pendant in the air, and Karna aimed at it and successfully struck it. The arrow was once again caught by Bheeshma, and Karna got flashbacks of their last encounter in Pandu's company. He surrendered the bow to Bheeshma, and told him in response that he'd never need to raise a bow again. The general demands that Karna be punished for touching a bow, and Vidura agrees. Gandhari asks to be allowed to mete the punishment, and rules that the punishment is that Karna has to eat 7 laddoos 😆 Shon too confesses his wrongs, and Gandhari sentences him to 8 laddoos. Dhritarashtra grants Adhirath citizenship of Hastinapur, and orders him to go to a certain village.
While they are going, they see some caves in a distance. Karna asks Adirath why is there no sound from their village, and Adirath tells them that it's in those caves. Karna asks him whether sutas aren't allowed to live in open spaces, and Adirath & Radha are both left speechless. Just then, their chariot wheel sinks, and Shon angrily announces that he'll kill the one who caused the wheel to sink.
As they are about to try to get the wheel out, a young girl appears. She meets Adirath and offers to get her father to take their wheel out for 2 gold coins. Adirath tells her that they'd take it out themselves, and the girl offers to reduce the price to 1 gold coin 😆 Adirath asks her her name, and she tells him Vrushali. Her father lives in the Suta village. Karna eyes her suspiciously, and figures out that she was the one who caused their wheel to sink.
Precap: Adirath & Uchchyasena are in the Sutanirman place, and they are told that they'll be allowed to settle there if Karna can be sent underground to recover something. Adirath is hesitant.
