I have an even better question ... what to do if you know the DT is bias? You can prove it but that proof is nullified because the people deciding are the DT themselves? What to do if it have been made difficult to breathe for you on a forum where as some others are given a free hand for same offenses you are warned for again and again? You are warned but others same mistakes are given a twist and justified by the DT? 😕 So much so that a DT member even justifies molestation just to support the other gang by saying hand holding is not a taboo? 🤢

Great question, Soaps. This is why we must have a forum (accessible only to members)that is solely dedicated to reporting proof of bias. The ones responsible for checking and verifying these claims must be higher authorities such as GMs or admins. This way members can feel secure about reporting moderator bias plus there would be no threat of evidence tampering.

But can we be sure the GMs won't be friends with them? Because most mods, GMs etc are friends with each other which makes matters worst.

I would like to point out that no action was taken about my thread. Shruti did contact me once,but she logs in once in a blue moon.

We just don't understand. And another member whose actions and intentions were seemingly questionable. Who drove rumors about others, ran a secret clandestine agenda against a few and made them look like creeps for their own selfish reasons. So we better stop running off at the mouth and understand his point of view with all honesty. Take a Oath! Everyone that you ll close your eyes. Meditate for a while and think of it and you will know what a blunder it is to call that Saint names. What big time sinners we are.

He always supported the right ones the one who yall thought are the real MID that drove rumors about others vile ones. The spies and snoopers in a friendly disguise. So vile. He does a ban a few members here like Heisenberg ? Dr3vil ? Well well he is sending over a cryptic message to them that this ain't the best place for them to be, the same message he sent to one member SHEEE and many others. But not all were as quick witted as SHEEE. Unfortunately they keep coming back making his task hectic. Without even feeling how knackered he must be feeling at the end of each banning day. What shite. Had it not been for his learned fellow DT member who does half his job with cheerful willingness his life would have been a hell. My heart goes out to them. Same was the case with Dexterkichokri, one of the most popular and sensible members on here. They wanted her to stay away from the Evil eyes of the stalkers and crooks that posted her pic on here. It was pretty apparent by the way that Cute new viewbie acted. He kept a count of the disgusting posts by the abuser and was like Oh! 11 for the day now he / She would come up with another ID hahaha. If it was for some other member that he thought was a real crook he would have banned him / her at the first sight every time.

I feel bad when members like Tanya91 and NKapoor get incessantly harassed by a few. When a few post obscene images but why the heck should we view such images and read such posts ? Its solely our fault. We need more discipline and the new Viewbie is doing a wonderful job by making us realize that. A few have already realized that and awakened to the harsh reality. All thanks to those lovely DT members.

They seldom revert to your PMs ? They read the PMs and then mark them un read? You know that when you get a E Mail notification of that? Hahaha and you still don't get the message, pretty crystalline that you don't deserve an answer? Some people just take

pleasure, Evil pleasure in accusing those anoraks questioning their ability to take decision. Always try to decipher the hidden message is what I would say.

I know many including myself would want their (The DT member's ) pain to end. They are being made to suffer needlessly. With all honesty and respect I urge the higher admin to do the following.

1. Please Make Ahanaa the BS Supremo without any further delay.

2. Please BAN the present DT members ( Now here I should sound stupid I know but this is my honest opinion) and put an end to their misery. Just BAN them. IP BAN I mean

1. Please make Sweta01 the MOD here who according to me is a very reasonable and one of the most trusted MOD. Please make Bheegi Basanti and a other few names that have already been suggested by others the MODs. Cause I think they are the ones who can take rational decisions fearlessly. And justify their actions in the same manner.

1. Please keep this thread open as members must have a right to voice their concerns. Express their candid opinions and retaliate the unjust actions by the people who govern them. Who believe they are the monarchs here. Who believe they are invincible and always right.

So please lets not argue with the DT. They are the dominant power here. And they are our God Fathers.

I am too busy to post on here. But then on explicit request by a few and a self fostered urge to express my view I am posting here for one last time as I won't wanna let go this magnificent opportunity to defend the actions ( Though many would find them atrocious) by the BS DT. So this will be my last as my job is done.

Yes, that is true. But the admin, Priya Nair is unbiased. I know for a fact that Priya Nair is fair and unbiased because she went on for days counseling me and Xaffron via PMs to resolve our differences instead of banning us outright. She took time out to do that. So I am sure someone like her could be trusted with this job.

who is that? sounds so familiar.

It's not the first time and surely not the last time I get this question. Feedback is always good for the advancement of oneself, the forum and anything in general. Feedback helps to get you understand why things work in the first place and why others don't. Provides insight on what can be done to those things that don't work the way it was intended to work and not to put more things to something that works perfectly. It may not be premeditated but still things may get out of control and hence the process of feedback has come to live in our worlds. Everyone wants to try to do best in what they set out to do and feedback surely helps us. At IF we have never been against feedback as we want to hear from you.. Not to mention we have a whole section the one we are on with this topic for just that. We always want to grow the forum with things to help you discuss and make the experience fun.

However feedback can be complicated too especially when you are dealing with people. To begin with feedback needs to given in a positive light not to start as accusations as it more often starts does. Feedback makes people get insecure especially when its out in the open and they start self-doubting. Here everything gets out of bounds very quickly and mudslinging is what is feedback boils down to. Let's face it the topic of feedback only arises when members don't get their way. I have been here way too long and rarely have heard anyone say a nice word to me about how good I am or my team is(btw I am surprised that someone did put in a good word for me in this thread)

Feedback here is always moans and rants, complaints and grievances. This forum is huge and running it with all the masala that gets thrown thanks to shows CV;s and media is no walk in the park. Everyone spams my PM inbox with the complaints with all the negativity and how people do things wrong. What about the things we have in place to help eliminate a chunk of the problem. Why not tell us also what's working so we can try to get things that don't work to fall into the same pattern. Anyways that's fine and I totally understand that's the way life decrees but when the topic of feedback has been raised I had to put it there. Feedback needs to be more positive and productive but rarely that turns to be the case at IF. Over here on the forum even something simple does not tend to stay that way . People come to throw their spin which is not in a positive light and then we end to derail from what we set out to do. What may start as something constructive ends up becoming destructive within a few posts not to mention different tangents brought to the same issue making it look like someone has committed a crime. Let me mention that yes there was an instance where things did get out of control however apart from that for the most part we have been successful in running the forum this way. Given the task at hand with different people setting out to say 5 different things on the same topic the moderators job is not the easiest . And the entire DT give a lot of time and effort to making sure the forum runs smoothly. It may seem at times they sound harsh or have to breathe down your throat but those are what happens when members don't want to listen to us. It may be a few who don't but that still ends up with us being tough and police the forum against your wishes.

It may be only handfuls have a problem with the mods but those handfuls are enough to stir the pot. To rile and instigate and when they bring topics about mods what we have now is a DT backbiting discussion. You are not here for the DT but for topics that you find interesting to discuss and we don't want forums to have members jump on a bashing bandwagon because they get the pleasure of doing that.. We have had people even go down to having to plot against the DT because they feel that the DT member is on some personal vendetta. All the DTs have access to forums where they discuss the issues on day to day basis so although it may seem that one person is against a lot of decisions are made collectively. Some members just cannot restrain themselves from being offensive when they have to get the point across and that spreads even more negativity. We are not against constructive criticism however most of the times its accusations thrown out. This really spoils the mood of the forum and instead of the mods focusing on working on helping members they now have to fend members off their back. This leads to lots of forum work being neglected. Hence there is no open forum policy on giving feedback about mods. But wait before you start getting annoyed at me and start to condemn me let me tell you that does not mean we do not allow feedback on our mods period. All I said is its not allowed in the open forum. You are always free to come up the chain with your complaints and objections. There are lots of complaints we get and we do look at them and take actions based on situations. I know you feel that all this should be done in the open so nothing just gets shoved under the rug. Let me assure you although we do not allow criticism of the DT on the open forum we have no intentions of neglecting or not looking at them via PM. We really are committed to getting answers to your problems. So I request you henceforth that feel free to contact the higher DT via PM and not use the forum to discuss DTs. We may take time as we do get swamped with a lot of issues daily but we surely will try to help you get your issue resolved. Also make sure that when you contact us you got valid reasoning and proof so we can make informed decisions.

From what I see here there seems to be an issue on why different DT;s have a different approach on banned and problematic members. I do not know why since I do not have the full picture on what transpired. Be assured we are here to give everyone a fair treatment so if someone feels that they have been unfairly banned then there is sure to be more to that Right now it does seem that maybe people were jumping to do things hastily but I am sure there is more history and reasoning on why that's the case. There is more to this issue than that meets the eye and hence please be patient till we get to the bottom of what happened. In the meantime if more of this DT bashing happens then we will be left with no choice but to take stringent measures .
