God damn. GROW THE f**k UP.

Tell me about it.

Anyway, this actually helps us make another point. Souro was aware of Sayali_Babes and Krystal_Watz being one and the same person for years. So how come both were allowed to post on forums and only Sayali_Babes was banned for harassing me while Krystal was left untouched? I thought MIDs were not allowed. But no worries, she has dug her own grave by coming here and admitting to the fact that she is indeed Sayali_Babes which we all already knew before but could not prove.

Just thought I'd make people notice another discrepancy...

So there are a lot of discrepancies and conspiracies going around by moderators against members. This is appaling.

1. Sheldon_Bazinga was taunted and mocked at continously on the Salman Khan thread by Souro. Many lambasted him for it.

2. Inconsistent and unreasonable bans being metted out to Dr3vil and Heisenberg.

3. Lack of consistency in moderator actions. Souro claims one thing, Mandy claims another.

4. Desigal90's request to have a restriction placed was ignored time and again. But the same restriction was placed on EroticGauravMad and Tanya91. Why this inconsistency?? Should not both pairs be treated the same way?

5. Souro's involvement in the xoxo/Priya Tailor MID fiasco that Dr3vil just revealed. That fiasco tore the whole bollywood section apart to pieces for months. Even Shruti had to intervene and make a sticky to calm things down. Dr3vil says he has proof about the conspiracy. So please take this seriously. All the recent MID harassment could all be linked to this incident.

Keeping all this in mind, I urge that the higher admins take note and do something urgently. We cannot have inconsistent and temperamental members moderating BS. We either need a higher up to regulate them or we need to seriously think of replacement.

ok, here is the deal, I got a pm and it clearly said that Gaurav and Tanya are not banned from each other's topics, as it is not fair!!! and I totally agree!!! everyone should be allowed to enter whichever topic they want, plus I have already said that I will try my best to keep out of DG's topic, unless it is something spicy, what more does one want?? seriously!!

Hi! I am sorry I haven't interacted with any of you before but I stumbled upon this thread and I think I have faced some serious nagging issues by the MODS.

Firstly, if a few fellow members and my threads are closed we aren't given a warning like the usual threads around the forum, we face a shut down with "there is too much sarcasm you guys will be put up for a straight ban."

This is the thread I am talking about, No one's having a fight here and niether are people being bashed, in the pure sense we are having fun with a humor backing.

(Please check MOD note)

What's the yardstick for sarcasm?
Why the dictatorship and outright Ban warnings? Are they the PMO accounts of twitter?

We repeatedly PM the MODS asking them our queries and we never get a response.
The DT's also haven't been able to respond to our repeated requests via PMs.

After this thread was shut down, members who participated in the conversation were subsequently stalked and their other threads were shut down as well.
Group targets and No answers.

I put this question up again "WHY THE DICTATORSHIP?"

I read a few pages and i second the support and the demand for Ahaana, She is respected not because she is nice/polite but she is extremely fair even if it is Against the member who PMs her or otherwise.

because its on a record as it is on a public forum thread where both I and Egm got a warning note to not enter each others' threads (basically he used to enter my threads most of the time creating nuisance on purpose) , Mandy even Pmd me that she raised the Wl of Egm as after her warning he still chose to post in my threads.

if u can't believe it, I can post the moderators' Pms to me about it.

I also have the mods pm however I do no think I can post it publically, I can pm it to u

Thank you Serial Junkie! I agree too.

Looks like everyone agrees as well. So this is unanimous. Can we please have Aahana to over see Bollywood Section? We need her there...seriously.

Constructive criticism is something that enhances one's performance on the job..Also if constant negativity and venom is poured out it's bound to stifle creativity.Nobody likes to be on the receiving end constantly. So a fine line divides constructive criticism and vicious criticism. There are fab DT members who do an excellent job and also there are some who disappear once they land a position..A good moderator is one who keeps who keeps her/his head even while the entire world is going crazy and stay focussed on the duties assigned to them ..Nobody should be averse in receiving suggestions as to how to make the forum better..
Also when they do a good job they should be appreciated ..Appreciation gives wings to fly.
Personally speaking when I've had issues I would send pms to the moderators like Aahaana & Nadii and they have always responded.I preferred to raise issues through pms rather than create a furore in the forum.I've also seen moderators like Juleka do a good job and also Sadli They always remained fair and unbiased ..I don't know abt others but these are some of my positive experiences..Also I 've been in a forum where the DT member was on a witch hunt with a personal vendetta..It was so funny to see the person snapping at a gnat while swallowing an entire elephant😆
Communication is a key factor in improving things..Also believe that if bad things happen ..they should be nipped in the bud rather than trying to bury their head in the sand..hoping the probs would go away..

Just wanted to post my opinion. Hope no one minds.

Anyways, I've been on IF, For a pretty long time. And without doubt I will say the old Moderators of BS were the best ones. Such as Swati or Preity.
These days their is a new drama everyday. I'm not really getting rude to the DT of that section. But serious action needs to be taken. Unbiased Members such Aahana or -Nadii- or a few more, Need to be made MODS of the BS section. Because things are getting out of hand.
Anyways I agree with the post.
P.S this post was for sorting out stuff na? then why the personal attacks?
